The first graph indicates average $/watt paid for rooftop solar power systems in VIC, while the second displays average system prices. The averages are generated from pricing reported by Victorian reviewers on SolarQuotes and are based on system purchase date.

Note that the significant price drop in 2019 was due to the Victorian solar rebate coming into play, which reduced system installation costs considerably.
