Powerwave is a part of Australia's Kingston Group of companies and is based in Queensland. While a privately-owned Australian company, their solar panels are produced in China.
Powerwave solar panels are actually rebadged Seraphim modules - and Seraphim is a pretty good brand in terms of performance vs. cost.
When we last checked, Powerwave was offering two different solar panel product lines in Australia. One is Twin Power featuring mono PERC split cells and available in up to 400 watts capacity. The the other is Obsidian, which are monocrystalline modules in wattages up to 365W. The product warranty for both is 15 years.
We're comfortable enough with the Powerwave brand to include it on our trusted solar brands chart, meaning we'd be confident in having these panels installed on our own rooftops.
