Finn Peacock has been a Chartered Electrical Engineer since 1998, and is ex-CSIRO
Canadian Solar panels are great, but I wouldn’t choose a Canadian Solar inverter. Let Canadian Solar do what they do best – solar panels – and buy your inverter from a proper inverter manufacturer.

Company Info
Canadian Solar has two business segments: CSI Solar and Recurrent Energy. It's CSI Solar that manufactures solar components such as solar modules, battery energy storage systems and inverters.
Despite the "Canadian" in the name, Canadian Solar's inverters used in home solar installations are manufactured in China. That's not a bad thing, just worth knowing.
