Bosch is a well-known name in Australia. The company briefly dabbled in solar inverters but discontinued production in 2016. It seems a bunch of Bosch solar inverters were sold to a major Australian solar installer, who is now out of business - so there could be quite a few Bosch solar inverters installed across Australia.
Bosch Solar Inverter Reviews
Have had to replace mine twice & now no warranty as they tell me warranty for the replacement commences from the original purchase date!!!!!!!
So I’ll be having a discussion with the ACCC & Fair Trading about that.

4.6kw Bosch inverter with 17 x 270w Jinko poly panels, installed 4 year's ago. Not one fault with it yet. Asked the installer to place the inverter under my porch so the sun and weather won't get to it. I know it's weatherproof but I feel internally it will likely last longer if it's not exposed to extreme heat and rain. For a True value solar installation it has exceeded what I expected for less than $5000. I think I am just one of the lucky one's that had good Aussie electricians install it. Makes roughly 6000kwh of power each year even 4 years on, it hasn't degraded much at all.

I was able to connect it to the internet via LAN cable to a $49 Wifi extender. Now I have access to the daily, weekly, monthly performance of solar power generated. Unfortunately my model of Bosch inverter doesn't tell me how much grid power I have avoided, this would have been nice.

Had a couple of software issues, which, with help from Bosch have been addressed. I suppose the upgrades should have been done by supplier
but with laptop and Bosch's direction it was very simple.
