Prompt service, great advice.
Zac replied to our quote request promptly and did a site inspection. He explained our options thoroughly and supplied a quote which outlined details clearly. He also supplied product information sheets for us. Installation was done promptly considering our previous smaller system had to be removed, all of these components were removed from site. All after sales information Was provided the next day in regard to warranties and documents to forward to our energy supplier.7 months later we asked Mark: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Our system has operated as expected, our power bills have been reduced to zero (excluding the access supply charge $140) which was explained to us before installation. The system heats our hot water through the day and adequate to supply other needs around this time. Very happy with Zac Power support and very pleased we went for higher quality LG panels and Fronius inverter.

Will recommend this installer.
Very happy with the installer. Very polite punctual and Helped organise the grid connections. Most helpful explaining how it all works. Would recommend Zac Power to anyone that is wanting Solar connected.8 months later we asked Sue and Peter: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Knowledgable, Friendly, Careful and Efficient.
After a horror install gone wrong that we had removed, we engaged Zac for a replacement system.He was prompt, and friendly when he came to inspect the property before starting the quote and spent time asking what we wanted to achieve, what the options were and what he could suggest and then prepared a detailed quote. A total difference to our previous experience, all options were included and detailed in pricing, extra work that we discussed was detailed and quoted. The expected performance was detailed.
He came buy the week before the install to look over the site and explain what would happen. The system was installed over a day and a half with care and precision, compered to the 5 hour rush job we experienced previously. Zac spent time with us explaining the Fronius Inverter panel, and the Solar Analytics software and is coming back in a week to review and follow up.
This young man and his team were punctual, friendly, clean and professional at every point.
We are extremely happy with the quality of the products that he supplied and the workmanship that went into preparing and uninstalling the equipment.

Good job, great bloke!
When presented with our requirements, there was no fluffy sales mumbo jumbo. Andrew knew exactly what we needed and the best configuration of our setup.He maximized our return on investment and helped us with the paperwork.
The boys arrived on time and were polite and courteous.
This is what tradesmen should be like.
I would recommend AMAX Electrical to all my mates .... and often do!

Excellent installer
Quoted two systems with alternative prices. Installation started on time but there was a problem ordering the solar panels so ran a little over projected finish time. Customer service was exceptionally good and system has been working well since day 1.8 months later we asked Ian: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
The system has performed almost exactly as Zac Jones from Zac Power P/L predicted. We were in credit with AGL during the summer months and our winter power bill was half the amount we paid this time last year. By monitoring the amount of power used and consumed using the phone app I can accurately predict our power bill every month. The system has performed faultlessly and when the prices are right we will be adding a battery and get Zac Power to install it
Great service, follow up and ROI over the last year.
I had some previous quotes before Zac was referred to me by Solar Quotes. He provided an initial quote based on my requirements and followed that up with variations requested based on different asimus for the panels and different Kw ratings including estimates of production that enabled me to decide on the best return. He also provided suggestions on whether to remain with 3 phase or just go single phase and the financial and practical implication of micro vs a single inverter.Installation was a breeze. Zac was careful not to damage the roof (it was pretty muddy here when he did the install), tidied up and explained what he was doing.
Follow up was great with the addition of a monitor system at a later date that was out of stock at time of install. Took his suggestion on not changing supplier quickly and he provided all the paperwork for the grid connection.
