Good installer
-the sales/quoting was a bit on the expensive side, but the deal they made was for all hooked up to regulations, working, no hidden costs. I have an old house, so I didn't a price blow out if they had problems.-the installation went well, very polite, very tidy, however took a bit longer to complete as they were overextended with work and had to source special parts to complete the job. On the other hand, very professional job done.
-didn't have to lift a finger everything was sorted by them.
did not do all the ratings above, the jury is still out whether it is value for money or a quality system as it has to pass the test of time yet, so far so good
11 months later we asked Mark: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
No, I didn't expect to get power bills anymore, and I was told that I didn't need a bigger system. I started getting power bills I have to admit they were a lot cheaper, but the day extra power did not counsel out the night use. In short, I need a bigger system or a battery, or the power grid should start paying more for the power they're receiving from me (I don't think that will happen)08 September 2022

The team hands down has to be one of the kindness and most helpful team I have ever worked with, I never felt like I couldn’t ask a questions or pressured into a situation I didn’t want to be in. I was reassured with their knowledge and experience, they honestly made me feel like I was apart of their family! I recommend Your Choice Solar to anyone who feels unsure by door knockers or weird phone callers who just want your money. Your choice
Sales process was convenient and informative. Salesperson explained thoroughly different options and pricings.installation was conducted by very professional and experienced sparkies who knew their job. They also double checked as to fitting instructions and if any changes were required before starting. Extremely happy with finished result
Customer service with Ellie is excellent. From her follow up a couple of days after signing to answering queries and requests before fitting was always no problem.
All contact and organising with energy supplier has been carried out by Your Choice.
8 months later we asked Brian: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Just want to say from the the time we got our quote which was very well explained by Simon to the work grew who installed the system was very professional all our questions answered without any hassle,To the wonderful customer service from Ellie this lovely lady went above and beyond I must have rang her a million times and nothing was any trouble at all thank you so very much for everything you did from a very happy customer.

Excited to see our bills reduce
Your Choice Solar rep was very clear in explanation of how the system and instal would go and it was all done with no hassles. We have 2 Delta inverters and the app is not that easy to set up but can’t fault the rest of the instal. Now we watch our electricity bills reduce. Happy customerInverter rating: 4/5

Fantastic Service!!

Perfect Solution.
Jason who was our first contact knew his stuff, was not a backpacker selling door to door, was a solar person, and has a passion for solar not commissions and quotas.We had our quote promptly and the payment sorted within days. Install was the following week, the only thing that holds us up at the moment is getting our electricity provider to install a smarter meter, this was the longest wait for the whole procedure.
Would I recommend them? YES

Great experience
Appreciated the genuine old fashioned service from our very first meeting. Rachael and Brett worked with us for an initial meeting time with Simon. Simon took the time to work out our needs and was open and honest to any questions we had. Simon explained that Ellie would be in touch regarding the process. Ellie has been a legend throughout our solar system journey. Our installation went to plan and Scott installed the panels in a very friendly manner. Excellent experience
I must say that I've been happy with my dealings with Choice Solar from start to finish. Their canvasing was very polite and easy, everything was explained in easy to understand terms and without sales pressure....the installation was done when stated and the installer was great, explained every detail of the system...follow up has been excellent...a special shout out to Jay for great customer service and all the help from head office. Would definitely recommend speaking with Choice Solar before making a final decision.Inverter rating: 5/5

Quoting process took a long time 2 convince usInstallation run behind time frame.
Customer service well there is non 2 be honest as they don't want 2 talk about non working products and we are now paying for solar and electricity instead of just an electricity bill biggest mistake we ever made

Steer clear if you want follow up support
Original quote started at 23k. After realising how inflated the quote was, I got them down to 15k. The only reason I went ahead was because I was told it would cost 3k to break contract.Installation went ok, installer did break my roof mounted antenna however I wasn’t too worried as we don’t watch free to air tv anyway
Fast forward to December 2023 and one of my inverters stopped working, I didn’t realise until getting a large power bill in March 2024 (disappointing because I was told they monitored systems and would know of any failures). Initial customer service was very good, we went through troubleshooting only to determine an electrician would be required. I was told to organise an electrician at my cost and have a report written up for them, which I did. An independent electrician told me I was lucky I hadn’t had a fire as the feed in cable to the inverter was installed too tightly (cable stretched) causing a poor connection resulting in ongoing ‘arcing out’ at the connection point. This caused the fitting and end of cable to melt over time before inverter eventually stopped working. Over the last few months I have sent numerous emails and called numerous times to no avail. All I have been told is their head electrician is reviewing the report and photos from my independent electrician. This shouldn’t take months, I feel like they’re just waiting it out for me to just sort myself
