When my inverter died 2 1/2 years after initial installation, I sent Michael from WBS a video of the error procedure upon start up. He was around with a new inverter free of charge and zero installation cost within a few days. Now 3 years with the system and this has been my only hassle with a Sunny Boy inverter and Bosch panels. Very positive review.

The service received was the best service I have received from an electrican ever, communication was terrific and all questions answered in plain English and they did not leave a mess after the job was finished. Quality of work and system operation explained.28 months later we asked Paul: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes . At this stage no problems with the system working well. No service work required. As happy today as I was when it was installed, first class job.

I had to wait a little longer than expected to get the panels I had ordered (Bosch), so lost a month but all in all a good team and good experience with them.

My second solar system fitted by wide bay solar. I would give Mihael ten out of ten for all aspects of his service.
Wide Bay Solar have been extremely professional. The work, advice and help with all aspects of the job from start to finish rate no less then a ten.Panel rating: 5/5
