Big job done in 1 day
Quoting was pretty much straight forward. A lot more than some of the others, but we wanted Quality and Australian made Solar panels.They removed the old system without damaging anything and installed the new 6.6kW system all in one day.
The team of 2 Installers looked and worked as if they had done this sort of thing many times before. They answered all of my technical questions.

Beautiful Installation. Knowledgeable and incredible team.
The entire experience from contacting the team at Virtual Power Co for a quote on a solar battery to the final install date and even post-install support has been beyond stellar. Matt and his team have been with me every step of the way to deliver the best solar battery solution for my needs.Matt came by my home right away after I asked for a quote to sit down with me and go over the best options for my particular situation and existing solar setup. He sold me on the Tesla Powerwall 2 as the best option and I am sure glad I went with his advice as I love the battery, its app and its performance.
It was a mere week later that they had the Tesla PW2 installed and it was online and powering my home the very same day. Their installer was very helpful and knowledgeable, he suggested an alternate install location which ended up being perfect and it's little things like this that truly elevate a solar installer over the rest - delivering the best performing system and the best aesthetic appearance for your customers.
I received multiple follow up emails and calls to check in with how the battery is performing and if there's anything they can do to help me get the most out of the new system.
I have since engaged them for another install, to fill the rest of my roof with panels (12.6kw) and to install 2x5kw sungrow inverters & a second powerwall to meet my projected energy needs. They are also going to help me take further advantage of the stored energy for FiT during peak ToU pricing (Amber Electric).
Thank you Virtual Power Co for the simply amazing installation! I can't wait for the second install in 2 weeks.
