Very happy with process
Steve Vine replied promptly my query. Did the job in a day. No dramas and no surprises. No mess left. Did all the necessary paperwork on my behalf for the energy retailer. Now just waiting for the smart meter install. It was nice to use a local buisness and he was very easy to deal with.
Professional, flexible and personable
The installer provided a personable service from confirming quote, determining our solar needs and how best to fit our site. They were flexible in timing their installation that allowed project efficiencies when working with other onsite builders. Provided information and demonstrated support apps and monitoring of solar (and electrical supplier apps) that gave us confidence in understanding are solar system. They further provided confirmation follow up of a succesfull installation after an initial period and have offered any ongoing support that we require. very very satisfied
