About

Ultimate Solar Solutions is a Brisbane solar energy company and is CEC (Clean Energy Council) accredited. The company is an authorized Conergy dealer. They say that they supply high quality German designed and made systems from Conergy and SMA. Ultimate Solar Solutions say that every system is designed by a CEC accredited design expert who will tailor the system to a customer’s needs. Also they say that the systems are installed by accredited electricians, and that after sales service is guaranteed.

Easy to deal with. Good Customer Service

I had a 13kw solar system and a Tesla charger installed by Ultimate Solar. Maisam has guide me through the process from start to finish and he manage to move forward my installation date when another client cancelled.
It's been 3 months now since the installation and really happy with the performance of the system.
I highly recommend recommend Ultimate Solar due to workmanship, in-house installer, competitive price and a good customer service.

Only one of the 3 suggested suppliers even contacted me (SAE). They called me once, sent me info, promised to call me back and made an appointment to do so but didn't. I went with Ultimate Solar Solutions due to a personal recommendation from a colleague at work.

Chris was great. He came out to our house, spent time looking at the layout and discussed options for the installation. Explained the process and got up on our roof to measure and inspect it. He has been available to answer any questions the have arisen and has made the process smooth and easy. Original ratings

25 months later we asked Grant: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

So very glad we went ahead when we did. At present output levels and the feed-in-tariff of 52¢/KWh we achieve a credit of about $1200/year and don't pay anything for electricity. I reckon on the system paying for itself in 3 to 4 years. Probably the best investment I've ever made. For the purposes of this review I should mention that the company we used has ceased trading this year due to changed market conditions.

These guys ticked all the boxes. Got back to me asap, owner came to my house he was lovely to deal with and answered all my questions. The system is high quality, instillation was fast. The price wqs dearer than some.other quotes but was well priced for the quality system that was installed. I highly rate!

Rep from Ultimate solar solutions was very thorough & professional from the first meeting. He climbed up onto the roof and explained everything about the different systems & their quality, performance etc. We personally researched every solar seller/installer we could find and his explainations were spot-on!

We had no reservations, just paying our deposit and the rep was true to his word - keeping us informed when our system would be installed. On the day of installation it all went like clockwork - job done smoothly & efficiently - any & all questions explained clearly. All finished in a couple of hours.

Very pleased with our decision and looking forward to receiving our first quarterly "bill"

Thanks to Finn Peacock of "solarQuotes" for thoroughly helping us with all our research prior to purchase & to the rep at "Ultimate Solar Solutions" and his installers/elelctricians on a job well done!!

has definately performed to our expectations - after we'd done all the research we decided on the conergy system (german panels) - a 2.6kw system. most definitely performed as well as expected and maybe even better than expected.

I would definately recommend this system & the guys who we bought it from who installed it as well.-
ultimate solar solutions pty. ltd.
the system is: 2.3kw power plus package featuring 10 x conergy 230 watt modules with an SMA SB2500 inverter.the guy's name is chris burrows.

I can't comment on value for money or quality of system as I have only just had it installed but if the other parties do their job half as well then I will be a very happy man. I did get to see my meter in reverse and that was pleasing. I did have 2 systems installed and both were done in one day from 7 am until just before 5pm. No long stops good solid hard work. System yield has dropped from the first year, the inverter needs to be reset occasionally.

The owner, who did the quote was very thorough. It seemed like his priority was to install a quality system. He readily answered several follow up emails and calls from us. Installers came at appointed time and were very polite and accommodating to our questions about where cables would run. Happy so far - it was installed 2 days ago so I can't rate the system yet!

Ultimate Solar know their products well, with lots of good information given, that was easily correlated on the internet. Able to explain differences between systems and options.

Very efficient was done within 2-3 hrs. Friendly and explained to us how the meter worked. Was installed within 6 weeks after signing the contract (installed on 24/3). Now will wait to see how much it will save us.

We are very impressed with the service, product and price we received from Ultimate Solar Solutions. The salesman was also the installer so Chris knew what he was talking about (he was the only one that actually got up on the roof!), spent a lot of time answering all our questions and provided a very professional installation. We are extremely happy with the end result!

2KW system for beach house. Conergy slow to provide components. 9KW system for home, we are STILL waiting for inverters! Installation yet to begin. Ultimate SS tell us we may have to accept 2 x 4.5kw inverters if we want job started this FY! They have been excellent both for the beach house job, and for keeping us advised on delays from Conergy, who seem to have major supply problems.

Once you have a quote for a system, ask other companies if the quoted system will do the job.

See if other companies will say it is a good system or not. When we receieved our first quote we did not know anything about the different systems.

We were ready to sign on the bottom line. I saw the SolarQuotes Web page and when the companies responded, I asked about the original quoted system.

All of the companies said that the system we were originally quoted will not work.

The inverter needed to be a dual input inverter and the quoted inverter was only a single input inverter.

We avoided a costly mistake by asking around and not accepting the first quote.
