Reliable installer quick to get quote done and come out and see me.
Twyford organised everything weren’t pushy told me benefits and negatives of various systems panels, inverters battery etc promptly sent quotes and installed when they said they would installers were nice and explained system to me when all done. Good overall experience.23 August 2022

Exceptional Solar Company
After expressing interest in getting a quote, the company was very prompt and professional in their approach to our needs. Instillation was very professional and carried out with no hassles. After instillation the follow up service was very good.Inverter rating: 5/5

Good install despite weather interruptions
Company representative, Shane, met me on site and produced a design that met my requirements. Installation crew were great and installation ran smoothly despite heavy rain interrupting the schedule. System is operating fine and Twyfords have arranged meter replacement with Ergon (energy retailer).8 months later we asked Gary: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
The system has performed to my expectations generating over 9MWh since installation in November 2021.

Great people to deal with,very professional
Spot on quoting, installation was done without a hitch and the customer service from Matt and Shane was nothing but top shelf8 months later we asked Baz: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
It has definetly performed to my expectations as we only pay $10 to $14 a month which works out to be just for administration fees. Running in house is 82"~55"~32" TV's ~ 170lt Deep Freezer, 510lt double door fridge/freezer, 230lt double door fridge/freezer, Air Con with heater and electric stove.And that is on the lowest rebate of 6 cents.

Local company. Professional and helpful staff
The installers were polite and professional. They arrived on the promised date and finished the job on that day. When they were finished, they carefully cleaned up after themselves.The whole process was smooth and easy and once the installation was finished, they contacted the power company to organize for connection to the grid.
We couldn´t have asked for a better company than Twyford to provide our new Solar

Professional installers.
Turned up on time and installed the system to how I wanted. Very polite careful installers. Showed me how to read the readout on the inverter and the app. Also replaced all the lights in the house at the same time. Highly recommend this provider for all your electrical work.21 June 2021

Highly recommend
From start to finish Shane and the boys made the whole process of removing my failing system abs replacing with new keeping my .44c feed in easy. No pressure, great information and very knowledgeable not only on time but early for both quoting and install. Install lads were tidy and courteous.05 May 2021
Happy customer
Prompt and satisfactory quote with excellent explanations. All aspects of the process were dealt with for us. Some shade issues with an overhanging tree during winter however this will be rectified if system performance is inadequate once turned on and daily yield can be measured. We are currently waiting on our electricity provider to instal a new meter before the solar can be used.25 November 2020
Shane was great and not pushy at all and the boys did a wonderful job, on time, quick and efficient. We are very happy with our choice of installers and would recommend them to anyone.

Great Job
Very Efficient, answered most questions before they were asked, extremely knowledgeable especially on questions that we asked.The Installation was perform efficiently, they arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. The team was very friendly and very professional work-wise and in appearance.
Everything was well organised from woe to go.
Their Customer Service was great with followup contact to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

Patient, Non Pushy, Customer Service
Sales quoting process was complete and easy for ignorant people like us. Not a pushy sales tactic. In fact we waited more than 8 months before going ahead. Quote was written and emailed and very easy to understand.Installation was easy as they did all the work without any bother.
All Installers were extremely polite, very tidy, and came when they said they would.
Customer service afterwards has been exceptional. As I indicated we are pretty ignorant with the technology, but the help has been outstanding.
Always get a local person as you get the best after sales service ever!

Professional local company, Great Serice
The entire process from the sales / quoting to the installation was handled very professionally. Shane has a fantastic knowledge of solar systems and offered some great advice.
