Total Solar Solutions was established by A-Grade electrician Reece Kennedy when he experienced the great divide between solar sales companies and installers. Wanting to bring a higher level of customer service, Reece had a vision to create a solar company with a full inhouse team of sales consultants, office support and team of electricians. Not to be the biggest solar company but a company with the highest attention to detail and immaculate installations using only the best quality products available.
As a Clean Energy Council approved solar retailer, and a Platinum authorised installation partner for LG, we are proud to install not only the very best LG solar panels, but also quality inverter brands such as Fronius, SolarEdge and Enphase. We are proud to be 100% Australian owned and operated and a Clean Energy Council approved Retailer since June 2016 so you can rest assured you are in great hands.

Premium installation well executed and supported.
The quoting process was initiated through SolarQuotes.com.au and was clear and detailed. Total Solar Solutions were professional in their approach and advice regarding the system configuration and the vendor equipment they were specifying. Upon discussing the original quote they recommended Zenaji batteries based on my preference for quality and longevity over price.The installation was physically completed on schedule including integration of works to upgrade my existing solar boosted gas hot water to an electric heat pump. Some teething issues were experienced with regard to inverter firmware compatibility between the solar and battery inverters which was resolved by them over the following few weeks after installation. The system has performed exceptionally well now almost 18 months after installation.
Total Solar Solutions completed all the necessary paperwork to have my system connected to the grid and have been exceptionally helpful in supporting their product post installation answering all of my questions.

Very competent and professional company
Comprehensive quotation professionally presented and contained all the information you could need. A very busy company that uses good quality components. Other quotes were all cheaper but used cheaper equipment, and some employed high pressure sales techniques ringing every single day despite being told I was waiting for all the quotes to arrive.Installers arrived at agreed time and completed the install quickly. The roof tiles I was able to source in case of breakages were unfortunately a different colour but the boys swapped them all over with tiles that were under the panels (only 2 tiles broke) so I now have correct colour spare tiles should i need them in the future. I had absolutely nothing to clean up afterwards, they left everything spotless.
The paperwork for Government rebates etc was handled with minimum fuss and completed smoothly.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Total Solar Solution!

Great Installation
Sales happy to answer any questions.They organise everything and was polite and punctual.
Still early days but everything seems to be working great.
Glad I asked for the Fronius smart meter as it a great way to see simple production & usage real time with a small time delay.

I would like to say a big thank you to the entire team at Total Solar Solutions for their excellent servicewith the installation of our solar system.
My experience with Total Solar Solutions has been extremely professional compared to another solar company, I originally got a quote from.
Due to this bad experience I was hesitant to trust anyone in the Solar Industry.
Reece restored my faith, and I wish to give him a special thank you for his assistance and guidance on which system should be chosen.

Pure class faultless Service
Just had Solar installed on my property by this company I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Daniel and Reece and Christine you guys provide quality service and brilliant product Daniel you were fantastic in assisting me with obtaining my permit with my council and your knowledge of product is impeccable. Excellent Service
Total Solar Solutions were outstanding from a to z.Reece and his team were polite and professional. Reece communicated via email initially and then cam around for a site inspection. He was the only installer (out of four) who actually had a look at the roof and other aspects of the installation. We felt confident that someone who is genuinely interested in this and is not just a salesperson would deliver a good end product.
We were not disappointed! TSS's communication, installation and service were flawless. The entire installation was done in a day and the follow-up (inspection, registration etc) was hassle free so far.
We would absolutely recommend Reece and his team to fiends and family.

Excellent company, Great Installation
We decided to go with Total Solar Solutions because they use quality hardware and components. While not the cheapest quote; we feel safe in the knowledge that we have had a reliable system installed. The crew arrived at the agreed time; their work was neat and tidy with no clean up on our part required. Any questions we had were happily answered and the wireless set up the inverter done without any problems. Great service, reasonable quote
Reece was very knowledgeable on what he does, he gave me a reasonable quote the suits my needs.The installation was straight forward and the team made sure all my questions are answered.
My system was immediately registered with LG and electricity provider.
Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent installers top job
If you want the best solar system and installers then speak to Daniel. No pressure selling professional advice, I have a large house with a pool and a business operating from it. Dan recommended a 12kw LG /SolarEdge system and now a year on no problems and I have barely payed a electricity bill.The installers were professional and did a top job even the gaps between the panels are spot on. Total wasn’t the cheapest, but If you want cheap stuff call the guys advertised on tv

Some of your chosen suppliers Listened to what I wanted and then quoted something else.One did not fit solar edge.
One was more expensive.
The most expensive quote was not from a Solar Quote supplier. ( A company in Croydon.) Very high pressure and not listening to the customer.
Thank you for having a great web site with a lot of information.
Comment to my supplier. It is easier to produce power than the paper work for the Vic solar rebate.

I needed my panels installed in a hurry as off to VCAT fighting overshadowing development and they installed before the hearing!
Installation was excellent, every person from admin to the blokes on site were a credit to the company - I now know why they have so many good reviews.
Highly recommend them for quality, value and friendly service which is better than virtually every other company I've dealt with!

The sales person (Daniel) is very enthusiastic, helpful and was upfront about the cost and quality of their products.
Sure they are not the cheapest in town, but from what I have seen, the quality of the installation and products justifies the cost.
The installers took their time and all was done in a very professional manner.
It is still early days but the system produces plenty of power. The big advantage is that thanks to the micro inverters we could split the panels into different directions.
I can really recommend this company. Should be top of your list.

I bought a SolarEdge system with LG panels from these guys in June and I couldn't be more happy. It's now pumping 30kw a day. After dealing with hopeless trades people for years, I can certainly spot the difference! The system reeks of quality and their installation was top notch. The salesman Daniel is always open to questions and I've never felt pressured into buying more or better. The SolarEdge app is fantastic for observing what's happening. I've just ordered an LG Chem battery with Total Solar Solutions, which makes me a returning customer. 5 stars guys!

Excellent services, price and value
Excellent customer services. Went above and beyond to inform me, answer all my questions and provide a tailored solution for the best possible long term outcome. Good price for high quality product and install. Was considerate of the layout and presentation aesthetics of the completed job.Excellent communication and follow up service.
