Excellent installer. Gave confidence
Quote/sales was well practiced by a sales person. The installer came on the day specified and due to weather which was extremely hot took 3 days. That was not a problem. Everything clearly explained and the worksite left tidy (swept).As there was a delay between decision to go with top house and the installation date, I felt the communication could have been better, but since install, the company has been excellent in helping with follow on questions.

Understanding and responsive company. Very personal and honest
What can I say about Top House Solar - first of all what a great company!!! They really have top notch solutions backed by a very personal and sincere customer service. From start to finish the attention to our needs as well as the actual work itself was fantastic.Bryan spent the time to ensure the 13.2kW solution was the right one for us and Andrew ensured the team lead by Gary did an awesome job with the install. There were no problems getting a quick book in date once we decided to go and no sales pressure at all.
This is my 4th house with solar dating back to 2010 so I know a little about solar, but the team didn't beat around the bush and gave honest sales and service - what more could you ask?
A very happy customer and totally recommend to anyone.
