Quality service.

Adrian and the team were amazing for us.
We went to them with a $300 bill and he has manage to bring it under $50 bucks by adding more panels and monitoring the system.

What a fantastic experience

Wow, what a fantastic experience from the moment Adrian from Thoroughtec Solar returned my phone call seeking advice on problems with our then solar system through to the installation of our new system, Through every step of the process involving visiting our home, diagnosing our problems, quoting alternative system options, installing our chosen new system and giving advice on alternative energy providers, Adrian’s communication and customer service was first class. The installation commenced on the promised date and the staff involved were professional, polite, friendly, efficient and best of all the site was fully cleaned up before they left. Post installation service has also been excellent. We would highly recommend Adrian and his team.

Great install and excellent system

The Thoroughtec Solar team provided a great service installing a PV and battery solution in our new house. Their quote was very competitive compared with 3 other suppliers. The location and installation of the 24 × 440W Jinko Solar Tiger Neo panels looks rock solid coupled with a Sungrow 3 Phase inverter and a Sungrow 9.6kWH battery. Final installation and setup was quick and the iSolarCloud app and website make it dead easy to understand what the system is doing. Even with a fairly low feed-in tariff I'm actually making money out of this system, at least in the cooler months. Overall highly recommend Thoroughtec Solar.

They sent videos of the install and gave a detailed run down on the system.

Great team and exceptional work and service

Professional installation and good people.to deal with

Prior to sending me the quotation, Adrian from Thoroughtec came to my property to discuss my needs and assess the potential installation, which I really appreciated.
The quotation was professionally presented.
The installation went smoothly over 2 days and the team installed all components neatly and cleaned up upon completion.
Thoroughtec followed up with documentation and information, helped me to use my app and provided additional links to show how I can take advantage of my system's capacity.
All in all I am very happy with how the installation has gone.

Excellent every step of the way

Adrian listened to what my solar needs were and then quoted on a system that met all of those needs. The installation was on time and looks great. They are still in the process of having the meter changed but have been helpful all of the way and kept us informed.

A Quality company with fantastic installation

Adrian and the team at Thoroughtec Solar and Electrical were fantastic right from the start of proceedings, to the final installation.Adrian came out to my premises and completed a site inspection, taking note of shading issues on my north facing roof as well suggesting the most beneficial location of the solar inverter and the panels.Adrian was the only representative from a solar company to do this as the majority were only online quotes with google satellite views for location of the solar panels.The fact that he actually went out of his way to come out to my premises before sending a quote shows a level of consideration of the customers needs and concerns they may have.The final quote was not over priced or under priced for the equipment installed and I was given an option to use inferior equipment for a cheaper price .The installation team arrived on time and completed the whole job in about 4 and a half hours.They were courteous and answered any questions asked of them with a explanation that was clear and concise.Overall a fantastic experience and I wholeheartedly recommend them for your solar installation.

Thoughtful service

The Thoroughtec quote benefited from a site inspection as they were adding to an existing 13 year old system. The price was competitive. They provided an eficient and well managed installation. They thought carefully about options and we ended up with the inverter in a different - and better - location. Their staff were tidy and courteous and the handover was done well. Space was limited in the house switchboard and so they changed plan on the day and installed new switchgear in the meter box, leaving space for a EV charger connection at a later date. This change resulted in a small price reduction and a tidier overall result. I was consulted properly about the changes.

Smooth installation

Great customer service and easy to deal with. The team worked hard even though it was raining at times and completed the installation of our 10kW system in one and a half days. Without the rain, they probably would have finished in one day. The whole team were very friendly.

Quick response to my initial enquiry and kept in touch regularly without being pushy. They were open to listen to what we wanted/needed and adapt to that.
On the day of installation it was 35 degrees and the installation team worked until the job was done.

Helpful, Efficient & Quality 6.6kw Sungrow Solar

Easy and efficient solar process. Our old 1.5kw system died so we got quotes for repairs and then figured we'd quote up a new system. Adrian was helpful from the get go and happy to discuss options and our needs on the phone before coming out for a measure and quote. He gave a few options that suited our situation, and shortly after an install date was organised. A couple of weeks or so later and his team show up to do the install - they were punctual, polite, efficient and helpful.

Highly recommend and really happy that we chose them for the install. Smooth process, competitive quote, and highest quality service compared to some others we got quotes from.

Have a problem with solar. These folks can fix it.

I had an old system which had failed and I rang around a few companies. Adrian from thoroughtec called me back, gave me advice to make the system safe and came round quickly to assess and fix the issue. He gave me a range of options to resolve the issue and we decided that a whole new system would be the best course. The new system was bigger and fitted onto my roof perfectly. The installation was scheduled and the team arrived on time and completed the job quickly and cleanly. The team were extremely friendly , helpful and professional. The area was left immaculate. I received messages after the installation to confirm that everything was to my liking and that I was satisfied.

I could not be happier with my new system and the whole team involved in fixing my problem.

Great Solar Installation Experience

I recently had the pleasure of working with Thoroughtec and I am happy to share my positive experience. From start to finish, their service has met or exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

The installation process was completed much quicker than I anticipated, without compromising on quality. The team was very well prepared and finished the whole job (10.5kW system, single inverter) in less than a day. The panels, wiring and the inverter were all expertly installed with attention to detail. All cracked/broken tiles were replaced free of charge and the roof was carefully inspected afterwards. I have confidence that the system will operate flawlessly for years to come.

Throughout the entire project, the communication from Thoroughtec was superb. Adrian was consistently responsive, keeping me informed at every step of the process. Their transparency and willingness to address my questions and concerns demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I was very impressed by the valuable advice and guidance I received from Adrian and Andre. They took the time to assess my specific needs and provided insightful recommendations to optimize my solar setup. They also put my existing hot water system on a timer, reducing future water heating bills.

Fantastic company to deal with, couldn't be happier with the installation.

We had plenty of quotes before we decided to have solar installed. From the moment we first spoke with Adrian from Thoroughtec solar and electrical we knew we were in capable hands. His professional and down to earth nature convinced us they were perfect for the job. They weren't the cheapest quote we had, but the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Incredibly professional install from all involved at this business

The quote was a very easy process through their sales manager, very polite, very knowledgeable and no nonsense.

I had the installation done on a residential rental property, the team at Thoroughtech liaised with my property manager and the tenants to ensure a very smooth and punctual install.

Excellent customer service, again very streamlined, no messing around from quote to install. As at completion I was provided a mobile application to show the current energy production, consumption and grid drawdown to track the systems performance.

100% will use them again on future projects.

Very happy with the installation

The whole installation was completed in just under 1 day. Adrian was very helpful and had the time to answer every question I had before and during the installation. After doing my homework on solar systems Adrian was consistent with what I have read on solar beforehand. Workmanship was very professional, too the book. Adrian and his staff even took off their boots when doing work inside the house. All in all very happy with Throughtec and will definitely recommend them.

I could not be happier with the experience of working Adrian and the team from the quote through to post-installation. Through receiving four quotes for a solar and battery package, Adrian was the only one who came out to look at the house to physically see the roof space to determine the best panel positioning and to fully understand our electricity usage. He also has the same solar components that we chose, so I knew he was talking from true experience when recommending our options and alleviating my concerns. Andre and the installation team were all great to deal with and were friendly and polite, despite our install day being the one day of the week where it rained all day – they just pushed through and got the job done! Post-install and paying the invoice, Adrian has continued to answer my questions and queries making me feel like a valued customer and not just another job done!

Great service and quality of work

Adrian replaced a failed system for me and did a fantastic job and made the whole process painless. It was a little bit of a tricky job as he had to integrate it with an existing system and a Tesla battery. He handled it all perfectly. His professionalism
was a big relief after dealing with another installer who didn’t remember me every time that I called (5 calls!).

He turned up exactly when stated - multiple times, for the initial inspection, to do the job, to come back and have a look at the app, and then to do a meter upgrade. He even texted to check that all was okay. I can highly recommend. This is the second system that Adrian has done for me.

Brilliant from the quote by Adrian. Stated he is very particular about the appearance of the finished product which I also am. Professional. I had to make many adjustments to my installation date. Always accommodating. Offered another date without any problems. Great communication at all times. They were happy to do other electrical work I wanted. The jobs were done on time as I was informed. The team cleaned up after the jobs were done. Pleasant friendly team members. Everything was explained to me after the installation about the converter etc. Adrian organised the solar app which was shown to me after the installation.
