Satisfaction Plus.
Excellent experience. Staff on time, easy to converse with, very professional. Apart from the Solar unit and the panels you wouldn’t know that been - place left tidy and no rubbish left. Helpful with effort to set my mobile in action - has been in touch since.10 months later we asked Kathlyn : "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

It hasn't even been a week yet but so far so good
In total I received about 15 quotes from 10 installers both local and Sydney based and in the end I went with a quote from Sunrise Power Solutions.David at Sunrise was very patient with me while I tried to make my mind up on what solar set up was right for me, he didn't have the "Snake oil saleman" vibe that others companies I spoke with had and was willing to match products and prices, he replied to my many emails and answered my calls in a timely manner and it was his customer service in the end that won my business.
Installation had a tiny hiccup but once brought to the attention of David it was sorted out very quickly and overall very happy with. It was completed within a day and they removed my old solar set up and took it away for me which was included in the price so that was one less thing to worry about.

Wasted my time, a complete waste of a week
Sunrise Power Solutions knew that we had a busted Hot Water system. I told them what I wanted. They provided a quote we got approval and then we waited and waited, was told that he could not get one until June. I got on the phone and got him one in a matter of an hour and they assured us that they could ship and we'd have it the next day the next day, nothing. They claimed they were sorting out shipping, then he came back with another unit we could get, I did not want that brand, and then another brand, the same that made the system that was defective and no way was I going to go with them, so a week later he offered to refund us and the only good thing he can state is that he refunded me within minutes... I got a new installer with the help of the supplier of the system that we wanted, and with in 2 hours, the installer was here at the house, we got a quote for the same system but $700 cheaper and guess what will be here tomorrow and will be installed tomorrow, and to think I wasted a week trying to get Sunrise Solar to help me and do the right thing too...I will never use them or never recommend them to anyone.

Better Late than Never
Our installer was hit badly by COVID absences, and didn't call us for over a week after Solar Quotes send out our details.It was worth the wait. Andrew had done his homework and came with prepared quotes for 3 different options including one with a battery, which i had asked for. Whilst his quote was a little higher, his warranty was also higher, with premium panels and an option to expand once i have finished my house extensions. I am currently waiting for my very busy painter to complete painting the roof and the installation will commence. I will send an update after the install is completed.

Yes it has - I look forward to adding a battery in the near future as well, and expanding my system to match my 3 phase allowance. I believe I may have paid a little over market rate - make sure you get matching quotes from your suppliers - I had 3 different systems quoted so it want ideal for comparison purposes.

Fantastic Customer Service
The whole process through the 1st time we stepped through the door to the complete installation was very efficient, keeping us informed of what was happening at every step of the way. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful steering us towards a system to suit our requirements. The installation team were polite, very efficient and worked extremely well together.When it came to organising our connection to the grid, our Project Manager Ryan constantly chased the power provider on our behalf, so we didn't have to worry about it, making the whole process stress free, and for this reason we would highly recommend Sunrise Power Solutions to be your Solar Installer.

Glad we went with Sunrise
We are so glad we chose to go through Sunrise Power Solutions, we had competitor quotes, and although Sunrise wasn't the cheapest option, it really does matter to pay that little bit extra, for the service, the quality and the amazing team that work at Sunrise. From starting at the quote right, through to install and the after sales process was nothing short of amazing. all the team members really took the time to get to know my needs and wants and nothing at all was too much trouble. Fabulous service saved our bacon
Another installer let us down by not being slow and bureaucratic and not being sufficiently pro active and agile to make sure that our second battery to expand our storage was ordered in time while supplies were limited during a model phase out. David from Sunrise gave us a very reasonable quote to take over the job and supply and install the battery compatible with our existing one. However despite Sunrise best efforts to make sure we got the correct battery while stock was still available on installation day the wholesale supplier delivered the wrong battery model which was incompatible with our existing battery. Although these were stocks of the correct battery still available when Sunrise first quoted. By now the battery we needed was superseded and no stock was available. Sunrise worked tirelessly for weeks to find a solution including searching high and low for any remaining stock of the compatible model and a technical solution to allow the two different models to be combined. In the end Sunrise traded-in our existing one year old battery for two new batteries at a modest increase in cost compared to one new battery. None of this problem was caused by Sunrise, they were not the ones initially tardy, on the contrary they were always very prompt. It was not them who delivered the wrong battery. However they took our problem on as their problem and delivered a working solution for us a a attractive cost. These are the guys to have on your side when things go wrong.Battery rating: 5/5

I could not be happier

Excellent company. Super easy process from start to finish.
From the initial quote to the final install Sunrise made the process easy and painless. Provided us with all the options and were happy to discuss our needs in depth. Kept us informed throughout on where things were and and delivered on everything they promised.Sunrise went out of their way to help us out.
Everything was done neatly and professionally. All the trades people were polite, knew what they were doing and were happy to explain everything in detail. Sunrise followed up to make sure we were satisfied and were happy to answer any questions we had. They even came out post installation to give us a detailed walk through of the monitoring app for the system and tips on getting the most out of it.

Sunrise 6.6Kw System
The sales and quoting process was excellent. I looked at other installers and sunrise was the only one to take the time and come to my premises to inspect the location of the installation , prior to giving a written quote.The installers were very polite and arrived on the day that they said they would. There was no rubbish left from the installation after they were completed.
Sunrise organized the installation,electrical safety compliance and finally the grid connection with my preferred electrical supplier.

Very professional installer. A good experience all round.
The team at Sunrise Power Solutions were very helpful and professional. David answered all my questions, without being pushy in any way. The installation went smoothly. I like the fact that they are a local company, and are keen to have an ongoing relationships with us, giving us advice as we need it, on appliances, batteries and making the most of our solar power. No Nonsense Installation
This instillation was an extension to an existing system and the sales person was able to find a way to add on to the system with only minor changes to the existing system. The new design was quoted and displayed with a brief visit from one of the sales team, the simplicity of the new design gave Sunrise the successful quote.The instillation was extremely well organised, and all tradesmen came on time, and left as planned, with the system up and running with very little interuption to our daily routine.
Sunrise staff contacted us soon after the instillation to check that the system was operating satisfactorily, because this was an extension to an existing system there was no need to organise a grid connection.

Overall Satisfactory Result
The quoting process was disappointing as only one company visited and quoted. Two others promised but did not arrive One Melbourne based company quoted without visiting. I don't know how they got our details.The salesperson was prompt, pleasant and informative.
The installation was disappointing as the 6.6 kw system requested was not installed. The installers claimed the top level of the A Frame building was not suitable for panels something the salesman did not comment on or that I could dispute at the time.
We now have a 3.5 system instead.
Apart from that issue everything went smoothly.

Great service right from the start! System seems to be working well. Installation a breeze!
From the first phone call after we contacted Sunrise, we knew that we had made a great choice. Quoting process was very smooth with all our questions answered clearly. When we came down to two quotes, we asked both companies to compare and tell us why we should go with them. Again, Sunrise were clear in their response and explained what we needed to know to make a decision. Even though Sunrise was slightly more expensive, we went with them and we are very glad that we did. Removal of the old system and installation of the new all went very smoothly and well within the acceptable timeframes.The installers were magnificent, polite, and accepting of our wishes. They went beyond their remit to explain a few technical matters and we were left assured. They were some of the tidiest tradespeople we have had around for a good while. It is early days yet but the system seems to be working very well, reaching its peak output on sunny days as might be expected, but also working quite well on overcast days. Customer service throughout has been excellent. Sunrise Power Solutions is highly recommended.

Awesome from start to finish
We needed to update quotes and sunrise power solutions were more than helpful even telling us there was a better system available for less, which actually allowed us to go up in size for even more power.The installation was well done and the trades people used polite, informative and top quality.
Customer service was exceptional with calls returned quickly if not answered directly, updates on installation and arrival times made for a seamless installation.
We highly recommend Sunrise Power Solutions to anyone looking to install solar, we will be dealing with them again with future projects at the Branch.

Fantastic Service
The sales/quoting process was relaxed and truthful and very informative especially about the differences between the string effects of the panels and having individual inverters on each panel plus they asked what I wanted rather than tell me what they will give me. The installation crew were great,friendly,punctual and tidy,got it all installed on 21st of January 2020 and good follow up by all involved and had me connected in a coupla days (already had smartbox installed from previous small system) so updating system worked out well.Thanx very much for your suggestions.9 months later we asked David: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Energizer HOMEPOWER HP-6M/1S 12.28kWh Battery. The system has been working great. Only problem I've had is having a 5kWh reverse cycle air conditioning system on a cold night with only 2 out of 5 units on heating the house the battery runs out of power during the night and goes back onto the grid. (should've thought about putting in 2 batteries) no problems otherwise, I'm saving up the pennies towards an extra battery.01 November 2021
It just works
A few years ago, Sunrise set me up with a 6.6kW solar system, which has alway done exactly what it was supposed to do, with no problems. So, when I wanted to extend with another 4kW of solar and a Powerwall 2, I went straight back to them and again, it went in with no problems and does exactly what it's supposed to do.Panel rating: 5/5

Impressed with Sunrise Power Solutions Pty Ltd
Jodi and I have been thinking about Solar Power for 12 months or so. We spoke to several companies and obtained quotes. A friend, who had a system installed by Sunrise Power Solutions, recommended them to us. We spoke to them over the phone and were given several options. We then attended their office in Wodonga and were given further information about the options available along with literature which was relevant to what were looking at.Several months after obtaining the quote we again attended the office of Sunrise Power Solutions and further discussed what we wanted and again obtained another quote. Several days after obtaining this new quote we purchased a solar system from Sunrise Power Solutions.
About two weeks after paying the deposit the system was installed. The installers attended a day earlier as it was forecast to rain on the date instillation was to take place. Installation was completed in a day. The installers were very efficient, polite and talked us through how the system worked.
We could not be happier with Sunrise Power Solutions. They completed all the work and lodged paperwork to the energy company to have them attend and connect our solar system to the grid. We have nothing negative to say about Sunrise Power Solutions. The things that impressed us most about them are : There was no pressure on us to purchase by the salesperson. They listened and advised us of the best system for us and explained the reasoning for this. Installation was completed in a timely manner and very professional manner. Follow up from them after the system has been installed.

Sales good, install ok.
Sunrise Rise solar, sales good and the quote was good, without alterations. Installation was handled by subcontractors, Install began on a Monday, the panels did not arrive. After a week they arrived and the install was completed. Polite ok, punctual ok, but we did ring to find out what happened to our panels, an email from sunrise the day before the panel install to organise times and an apology for the delay. Grid connection has been organised to be completed on the 21st June. Original ratingsPanel rating: 4/5

I certainly don't believe this arrangement of 11.8kw comes anywhere near 10kw, have cleaned the panels, but still underproforming. Worst still SUNRISE power does not exist any more. So where does that leave us for warranty?
