Affordable solar package and the best customer service
The sales process was clear and explained thoroughly. The team who did the installation was punctual, polite and tidy. The customer service was really good, the sales person looked after us and helped organize everything.30 May 2022
Not a good system
Sunray power is not worth it. Promised ,follow up never happens...have rung numerous times noone turns up. Still have same electricity bill ... was told we would be using solar not happening... now we have to pay for panels on top of the electricity bill18 April 2021
No after installation service, promised after installation service but have not heard from them, price not the best. Make sure of price before signing
Never given a price until the financial services gave me details. I think I paid too much. After installation service not good haven't heard from them after installation. They promised so much for nothing to happen.Inverter rating: 1/5

Informative. Polite conversation. Quick TATs. Easy and neat installation process
Excellent quality and installation
We are extremely happy with Sunray Power. Soni is very helpful and provided excellent communication from the start. We installed a 11kw panels with 10kw inverter and 12.8kw Sungrow battery. Sam the installer was also excellent and careful. The system is working perfectly and essentially I have used no electricity from the grid since installation.The after installation support and help has been excellent. I highly recommend Sunray power.
