Customer service at times was lacking as was given an installation date and no one turned up or made contact. Very happy with the installation person who did finally install.

Got a number of quotes that offered better quality products but the costs were much higher and the ROI was too long. I got a quote from Sunmate who were offering 'okay' but not great products for a much cheaper price so I thought I would give them a go. System got installed only a few days later and the installer was excellent. Local contractor who went out of his way to do a neat and tidy job. Helped me set up the app on my phone and now I just watch the kWh's coming in each day! Would happily recommend them.Panel rating: 5/5
