Give them a fair go! Exemplary Efforts!
Like any business, this company has its fair share of bad employees/subcons who let them down and ruin their reputation. Being affected, I was very very angry and has vented my spleen on their staffs so many times. I was moved by the way they responded, full of humiliy, sincerity and they really tried to reach out to sort things out. My instatllation, though delayed, turned out very well! I say work with them and give them another chance! I give them 5 stars for the Exemplary efforts!Inverter rating: 5/5

A wonderful team a professionals who assist you with your queries in a timely manner offering exceptional customer service. Post equipment installation at my property they have followed up on multiple occasions to see that the system is working properly. They are thorough with explaining the process and what’s in it for you as a customer. They acted in a transparent and ethical manner ensuring proper correspondence was maintained throughout the process. Quick process from getting quote to install
Sales quote was excellent answered all questions. Installation was quick very professional was told everything that was going to happen from where best position of panels to install of inverter, clean and tidy.Customer service was excellent everything was done even with my electricity supplier to arrange new meter

A very genuine and honest crowd.
Very genuine people from sales to admin to installers. Not the cheapest in town but surely worth spending extra, super quick communications. Really good products which is keeping us away from energy bills even in winter.Panel rating: 5/5

Good experience end to end
Sales process was good. Clear quote, explanation of products, reasoning and explanation of all stages. Installers were good, efficient and done in good time. Customer service has been good till date. Still awaiting connection at time of review.
