Prompt, not pushy
The whole process was smooth and speedy from the visit to receiving the quote to install. Took one star off the installation because the boys left a couple of handfuls of mounting hardware from the old system and screws and wire offcuts lying on the roof and ground.17 December 2021

Amazingly Easy!
The team at Stralis were amazing, responsive and reliable.I had worked in solar years ago so had a bit of an idea but had forgotten most of it.
This was our first experience with Solar as customers and they made it really easy to understand.
The quoting was in my inbox when I was told it would be.
The install was done swiftly but with precision and care, the follow up was exactly what I was expecting.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Solar!

Look no further.
These guys were professional. I felt like I was in the hands of experienced solar engineers. They turned up on time. They did not harass me after quoting. I know I didn't pay too much for a good quality system and I avoided being sold a poor system for the sake of a low price. Their after sales service was first class. Really nice guys. I can highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to navigate the hugely complex task of installing solar and is concerned about the quality of their provider.11 September 2020
Great installer, great service, honest consultation and options
I found Stralis through Solar Quotes, they were the first to respond to me, came straight out and visited our house. They found a great solution to our needs, even calling up with an idea for a different and cheaper system when we were looking at a more expensive option. Honest, professional service. A pleasant all round experience.
I found David Jackson to be very accommodating and helpful all the way through.The three installers that arrived were also very professional.all the way through to connecting the WiFi.

great system bad initial installation - conjute all over my roof but I sorted it
The sales process was good, Installation a nightmare but eventually they fixed it - the installation guys didn't get briefed from the company - they wanted to get in and out as fast as possible I would not recommend Stralis to any one for this reason - they told me they were electrical engineers - I didn't dream their installation contractors could do such a bad job!!! They only gave me a form for the grid connection.Supplier Reply:
Hi Kerrie,It’s very unfortunate that were unhappy with the installation process and apologies that you feel we let you down. As an Electrical Engineering company with a vast amount of experience in all aspects of the electrical and renewable industries we strive to deliver the highest level of product and service to our customers. Our installers are highly regarded and have a detailed history of doing fantastic work.
In regards to the conduit, we will make sure from now on that installation specifics are more clearly explained to our customers to avoid such misunderstandings.
Your home has cathedral ceilings and the location of the conduit visually can be an issue when this is the case. Please note that this was discussed, and approved by you prior to installation, as well as the location of the panels and inverter. Once installed you informed us you were not happy with the look of the conduit in this location, so we worked out another design and we reinstalled it.
We also returned to change the SMA inverter for another option because after installation you informed us you didn't want a red inverter, as well as moving it from the original undercover location to the outside wall as you asked.
We did not charge for these services, nor did we charge to upgrade the racking system after the panels were changed for an all-black model (which were not included in the original system design).
In regards to grid connection, we completed your Essential Energy grid connection prior to installation and the final phase required is a smart meter installation. For this we provided the completed documents for you, and as instructed by your electricity provider (who organise installation of the meter) the homeowner needs to sign this to submit the form, we cannot sign the form for you as we are not the account holder. This process is noted on the first page of the system proposal provided to our customers.

Very happy with the outcome.
Right from the start we were impressed with Stralis. They listened to our needs, provided professional advice and then offered us a very cost effective solution. The installation team were great and had the system up and running before we knew it.So, if your are after an informed and friendly solar installation company, then these are the guys for you.

I'm probably the hardest customer to deal with, wanted everything perfect, black rails, black panels and black fixings.
We worked on the best install and panels based on our layout and ensured aesthetically the panels looked good, David worked hard to ensure all this happened!
The system works better than I expected exceeding the KW production we thought we'd produce given our split roof West and North.
Sales and Install were professional and attention to detail was second to none.

Had quality service from both organisations. Went with Stralis on experience and the confidence they gave me. They matched a cheaper quote from the other and provided me new beaut black framed panels.8 months later we asked Kerry: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
We are happy with our system. We took so long to get our Energy Company to install the smart meter for the solar system. Our first account only took in a small portion of solar but we are expecting a better result for our next bill which will include 3 months of solar.11 September 2018
David was always contactable and always got back to me with answers to questions. Left all the sale techniques out of it and seemed pretty genuine. Installers did a great job in one day, pretty steep roof to contend with but got it all done

We experienced good, fast service. David was responsive and helpful in his advice. The installers were friendly, respectful and did a good job. Installation only took 1 day.
We were surprised that with the government rebate that the 6.1kw system wasn’t much more than the 5kw system so we went with the bigger system.
They system has been running for about 4 weeks now with no issues yet and seems to be generating a good amount of power.

Awesome guys, Josh and Dan the two owners are top blokes. Extremely honest and purely want the best for the customer. They have done everything for our business in the last 12 months, from Solar to Swtichboard upgrades, all working in with us so we have never had to close the facility at all.
