Original Review on 05-09-2020:
Attention to detail excelled
Ben Scales, Southern Cross Solar Renewables, seems to be the local installer of choice that other installers recommend when a job is challenging. Pricing was as you would expect for a top tier installation; no bargains but not excessive either. The proposal contract is extensive and explains what will be installed quite well. The sub-contractors certainly seem to know what they are doing. A Tesla battery PV install is quite complex, with LOTS of wiring, especially when using microinverters with assocaited controllers. They keep cabling neat and as unobtrusive as possible in a very challenging builduing construction they were dealing with.
Still awaiting final stages of approval from supply authority, but system has been commissioned and working as expected.
8 months later we asked David: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
The system is actually producing more energy than expected. Most likely due to the double-sided glass panels.07 November 2020

I found the Solar Quotes service extremely important in helping me research the solar systems. In fact I based all my decisions on what I learnt from the Web site.16 months later we asked Kate: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Original Review on 22-11-2010:
The supplier was one of two using BP equipment. The supplier chosen was not one of those recommended but I did get quotes from one of those recommended by you. My current supplier undercut the other supplier by $2000. Your recommended supplier was certanily prompt and friendly but in the end I went with a local installer who used BP systems.22 months later we asked Vern: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Better than expected. I haven't paid an electricity bill since they were installed and have enough credit to not pay bills for the next quarter if they were to stop working. Best move I ever made.
Both installations were strait forward no issues from our point of view
Add hock to say the least again you can not be to picky as the options were very limited back in the day ,things may have changed since we had our system installed, same deal with battery's.Panel rating: 4/5
