Great service from enquiry to installation
As the first company that contacted me South East Solar Sales person Jordan explained in detail all about the different panels and inverters and the way panels could be connected ( string of with micro inverters). He provided me with some basic quotes and let me continue on with my research.When Jordan called again about a week later to follow up on the initial quotes, he listened to what our needs and concerns were and answered my list of questions.
He arranged for Mario to attend on site so my concerns about where the inverter and the size of the inverter could be installed.
Jordan was patient and provided numerous quotes as I increased my knowledge and determined that we wanted a 10.86kW system comprised of Trina panels with micro inverters and an Enphase inverter so we could perhaps add a battery in years to come.
We also factored in the future possibility of changing over to an EV car, a heat water pump and induction cooktop as existing appliances fail.
The installation was done by a sub contractor company called Maxwell Solar and they were great.
