Do not deal with Solarpath
Do not deal with Solarpath, they are not licensed to sell Solar Systems in Australia. They are not even NETCC Approved Seller, which is also important for any Solar company to operate. NSW Fair Trading has confirmed this to me after I filed a complaint with them. Fair Trading do not help consumers in case of any dispute with unlicensed companies. You'll have to go to court for even the smallest disputes with them, which will cost you money. I am still struggling after getting solar installed at my home from them and I regret it. They are not responsive once you pay them the money and get the Solar system installed. Forget about warranty. They promise but don't honor it in spite of written in the agreement. Solarpath misleads people using CEC membership. CEC Membership is also not something to brag about, it doesn't benefit consumers, nor will they support you. CEC's sole purpose is to provide industry insights & networking opportunities to member companies. Find other reputable companies, even if they are costing you more than what Solarpath quotes you. I don't want you to struggle the way I am. All their reviews and claims on their website are total BS.They were poor with organising the grid connection, and Feed-In Tariff activation, they were unaware of the whole process, yet they claim they have 10 years of experience, which doesn't make sense.
They have failed to provide the required support, product documentations and CCEW (as per NSW Fair Trading they must provide it).

Top Quality Service
The company was great to deal with. They do not put any pressure or provide any "special deals" as all companies were offering. They are up front with the costs but the service is great.Inverter rating: 5/5

Fantastic Service - Top Quality
Solarpath was fantastic from start until end. They are the only company in Blacktown District/Hills District I could find that has an legit office with a massive showroom. Positive work from start until end. Clean work on the day, finished in 5 hours.Regards Gaber
