Excellent Installation By SolarEZE
We accepted the quote from SolarEZE because of the helpful and friendly advice from the salesperson.The salesperson was Lindy, who went out of her way to offer advice and answer questions without hesitation each time I contacted her.
Rob, the owner/electrician/installer at SolarEZE, completed the installation with two offsiders.
The installation was done professionally, neatly and on time. The new inverter was installed inside our garage whereas the previous one for the system this installation replaced no doubt failed as it was installed on a hot outside wall.
Once installed Rob showed me how to set up the App for monitoring the system through the Sungrow S100 Smart Meter which was included. It's great to be able to see at any time of the day or night how your power is operating either from the grid or panels.
As we had an existing system, we didn't need a grid connection as we were already sending power to the grid.

Easy to deal with
Had solareze supply/install panels and a bluetti ep760 which i supplied. This was a first for them and I struggled with other installers getting qoutes because of the bluetti, not an issue for solareze.Solareze were incredibly easy to deal with, easy to get in contact with and didn't mind all the revisions I did as I got my head around the bluetti requirements.
Install team were fast, tidy and professional.
From a guy who does his research and is pretty particular, I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic installation & customer service
Jen from Solar EZE was very patient, informative and willing to answer all of our questions when providing a quote.As a result, there were no surprises when Rob and his team arrived to install.
The installation was seamless, professional, efficient and looks great. Rob and his team were friendly, efficient and ensured nothing was left behind after installation.
Rob helped set up the app used to monitor the system and Jen followed up to ensure everything was working and check on any queries we may have.
The price also included adding a hot water timer.

Fantastic Service from start to finish
The team at SolarEZE deserve 5 stars.Please note that I have only given four stars for the quality of the system and value for money as we only had the system installed a week ago, so have not been able to make an informed decision yet. However, the specs look good at this stage and the system is pumping out the KWs. I particularly like the phone app.
Back to SolarEZE. Lindy at the office explained everything in detail and provided all that information on paper. Rob and the team were efficient, professional and friendly. Rob explained everything after the system was installed.
We went for a large number of panels and a 12 WK battery system. There are only two of us and in Sep we are producing around 50+KW per day and only using around 12 KW. The remainder goes into the battery (of which we use around 5KW each night) and the rest feeds into the grid for a small feed in tariff. Can't wait for summer when the production increases and we can run a/c without the big bills.
I highly recommend checking out SolarEZE if you are looking for a panel (and battery) system.

Great customer service and good quality product and price
Jen helped with everything from the quote and the size of the system, as well as helping with any body corp issues.Installation was completed within a week and up and running the same day.
Connected everything the same day. Very tidy and good communication throughout.
Price was mid range to other quotes but happy I went with these guys for their customer service.

Fast installation, friendly sales and installation team.
Quoting process was easy. Jen from their sales team was really patient and answered all my questions.Rob and his team arrived early and ahead of schedule. Installation crew were super fast, power was only out for less than 30 minutes and the team was done and cleaning up by 11am for our huge 20kw system.
We didn't have WiFi setup by installation day so hopefully we can do that over the phone but Rob has offered to come back and set that up if can't manage it myself.
Will update if we have any issues but really happy with Solar Eze and would recommend them to anyone looking for Solar.

Fantastic system + service for a great price
The quoting process was easy, Jen was easy to talk to about the details and the quote I got was great for what I was looking for.Following this, installation day rolled around and the guys smashed it out quickly and cleanly - offering to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
Following this, I've had no issues whatsoever, and can easily monitor the system myself.

From first contact through to installation the service provided by SolarEZE was exceptional.
Lindy is knowledgeable and professional and spoke in terms that we could understand. She took into account our individual needs and provided a highly competitive quote. Great customer service
Lindy has great knowledge and excellent advice about solar systems to suit individual needs, the type of panels and the electricity supply companies to ensure you get the best financial outcomes and system usage. Rob and his team of installers were efficient, neat and tidy and there were no hassles with the installation.We debated having solar panels installed for many months and I wish we would have done it sooner. The whole process was easy and seamless and any questions or concerns we had or still have are followed up and answered. We highly recommend SolarEZE.

Highly recommended
Starting from Jen who was awesome throughout the sales/design process and Rob is a leader who is doing an awesome job with his team. Gets his hands dirty to make sure things are installed correctly and the boys were also great. Did a very neat and clean job. Great system, great installation
We are really happy with the solar solution that SolarEze installed, as well as their service right from the initial discussion with the sales person (thanks Lindy!) to the installation of the system. We had a few false starts with installation - wet weather on two occasions, having to remove old (non-working) solar panels and a large old (non-working) solar hot water system, major roof repairs (partial replacement); none of these were because of the installer, but they agreeably worked in with us through a fairly drawn out process for a great final result. Solareze really made Solar easy
As an engineer I research everything to death. Committing to have solar installed was only going to happen when I was 100% satisfied with all the answers. The customer service of the Solareze team with Jen as the first point of contact was incredible. Jen was happy to keep answering more and more questions via phone calls and emails and had good answers for everything that I needed to know. Never once was I asked to put down a deposit to be locked in. On installation day, Rob and his team were excellent too, all working together to provide a neat, tidy and good looking installation of panels and inverter with no visible cables or conduiting. Dealing with SolarEZE was a breeze
Getting a quote from SolarEZE was easy. The salesperson provided lots of information and was happy to discuss a range of options. The installation was quick and on time. Customer service has been exceptional and the app very easy to comprehend. The price was very competitive and they even rang around to find a great price on a scissor lift (necessary for installation) to save us money. Very impressive.23 May 2024
So far so good !
Lindy from Solareze had a lot of knowledge and was able to communicate it to me in layman's terms so I felt that I understood how to choose the appropriate system to meet my requirements. Robs installation was to the level I would have expected when spending thousands of dollars on a system. He and his team were efficient and cleaned up etc. The system was commissioned immediately and Rob called energex to notify them for the process of feed in to commence. Nicest most professional group of people i have dealt with since moving to Bribie from the bush no hassles no ripoffs
Sales quoting by Jen was professional personal no nonsense and very polite, all questions i had were answered promptly and correctly with speed. The installation went without any hick ups and the boys were more friend than workers, but they went about the job with great care. After the install Rob set my phone up so i could see what my unit was doing when ever i wanted i am hopeless with tecky stuff but Rob did it and did not make me feel stupid. My system that i had replaced was only 5 years old but the owner of the company had changed hands several times so no help there, i got a company around to see what my problems were $180 cash later no help at all very upsetting for a pensioner, i firmly believe that my new installer will not let me down.Panel rating: 5/5

Great Customer Services all round
The Sales consultant sat down with us and actually worked out the best size solar and battery to suit our energy usage. Other companies just turned up and asked what we wanted.It was great to deal with the Owner of the company who did the install for us, not just the install team we get allocated.

Down to earth, simple advice. Great installation experience
When Jen came over to discuss a quote, she got out a sheet of paper and asked me a ton of questions about energy use, appliances, power costs and did the math right in front of us for multiple scenarios. She took the time to discuss different brands, and answered my many follow up questions. They weren't the cheapest, but I could tell they really stood behind what the did and I trusted them with my installation. They did not disappoint. Nearly 6 months on and the system is working great!Panel rating: 5/5

Best ever Service from start to finish.
I'd contacted 6 Solar Installers & didn't feel at all comfortable, our neighbour suggested I talk with Solareze, I'd noticed them when checking Solar Quotes.Within a minute of talking with Jen I knew we were on to the right people, Jen is beyond Customer Service, her knowledge (via her questions of our system that needed replacing) is amazing, she knows her job.
Rob' & his installation team arrived early today, yoohoo, replaced 22 panels with 14 new ones, plus of course it was a totally new System. Rob' & his team left us a few hours later feeling absolutely confident & that we'd made the right choice with the whole process as smooth as.
Customer Service? Jen rang this arvo to check if we were happy, had any questions, etc etc, how good is that?
Thank you big time Solareze, we have already provided another neighbour with your business card.

Great installation!
I had three quotes for the same inverter system and Solareze came in cheaper than the other two (even with slightly more reputable panels). I was a little worried initially as they were the only installer to not make a site inspection at point of quote and we are on a 2 storey Queenslander with a reasonably sheer roof. I called and spoke with Jen and was reassured that everything was in order.To be honest, the decider for me was working with Jen. She took the time not to just sell me the system I said I wanted, but to work through options with me thoroughly, even analysing my current power provider plan and working through potential savings with other providers to go for a better deal. In the end, by the time it came to installation I felt well informed and confident not just in the company installing but in my understanding of my system, my decision on the system type and size, but also in my energy bill!
I had a smaller old system already installed and decided to have to removed and disposed of at the same time. This was included in the quote at no additional cost.
Rob and the fellas arrived when they said they would and worked quickly on a hot day to strip off the old system and replace it with the new, all in about 4 hours. Rob made sure to walk me through any decisions that were needed, as well as the app. A quick, thorough job, including a thorough cleanup at the end!
All in all the experience has been great and I will be looking at working with them again directly in the future if I hop off the fence and get a battery.

10.5kW Solar System Purchase and Installation
It perhaps would have been better had the site been inspected prior to the installation (only one of the quoting companies offered this and even they ended up getting the information over the phone from me). As it was, the installation was deleyed by a week as the roof material required special items for mounting. Having said that the installers removed the old 1kW system, a wasps nest and the disconnected solar HWS for no additional cost. Apart from the delay I was very happy with the whole process.10 months later we asked Phil: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Solareze, Great overall experience and excellent service.
I went through solar quotes to obtain quotes for installing a suitable system for our needs. Solareze was one of the three recommended to me.From the moment they answered the call to provide a quote, I spoke with Jen, I could tell straight away that Solareze didn't see customers the same way that others did and I felt very comfortable. Jen went through all our needs, usage and previous bills and advised of a suitable system that would fulfill our requirements. There was no hard sales pitch, straight to the point and best of all asked us a lot of questions we didn't think about as well as answered ours. A plan of the set out of the panels was sent in the quote and was subject to approval of Rob who would do the install. We have a shady part on the roof and this was taken into account and panels were not placed there.
Installation day was a breeze. The guys were right on time, professional and everything was explained and assurance given should anything go wrong, on completion Rob set up the app on phone, explained how to use it and left the place clean and tidy.

Extremely efficient and experienced solar installer
I recently purchased a house and started getting quotes before settlement so access was limited. I got a call from Jen very soon after requesting three quotes from SolarQuotes. She listened to my needs and quickly provided a quote with a couple of options. She also mapped out the solar panels with GPS images to avoid shade from trees on the north end of the house (unlike some installers who planned to use the whole roof, which would result in poor performance over winter). SolarEZE was not the cheapest but had a very good price on a mid-range system and really seemed to know what they were doing. I booked in for about five weeks later but they were able to bring installation forward by two weeks when someone cancelled. On the day, Rob and his team showed up at 6:30 am and were finished by about 11! I was impressed by how efficiently they worked and how clean they left the place. The installation looks great and is working perfectly so far.Panel rating: 5/5

Great to deal with a competitive on price
The quoting process was easy and the installation went really smoothly. The people were great (both the sales and installers). Polite, helpful and efficient.They were also willing to help with after sales services like connection to the grid and rang to check everything was working through the tracking app and to help me interpret the data.

Lindy was easily the best of our four options for the sales side. Installation was quick and tidy, Rob and crew did a great job. Great installer
Jen was particularly helpful during the quotation and was able to provide all necessary information for us to make an informed decision on the size and configuration of a suitable system to meet our needs.Rob and his team arrived at 7:00 am on the appointed day and had the system completely installed and feeding power to the house and battery by 11:30 am.
At all stages of the installation Rob and his guys were friendly, polite and able to answer any queries that we had. The system included a timer for the hot water circuit to ensure that the thermostat could only connect the water heater when the solar system was generating adequate power to avoid the load being on the battery during the night. But it appears that the original electrician who wired up the house had mislabelled circuit breakers in the switchboard, so the timer was actually connected to our electric oven which would not operate in the early morning or evening.
Rob arranged for this to fixed on a separate trip by one of his electricians at no addition cost.
We are very pleased that we chose SolarEZE to install our system

Quality all round and superior service
From beginning to end, SolarEZE were professional, provided an extraordinary service which was both personalised, accommodating, professional and quality products. I was impressed with the quality of service in the time they took to educate me on how to think about what type and size of solar system to match our needs as a family. Their advice was thorough and they didn't drop the ball on any changes I needed made to the quote. Their flexibility with timing was also impressive. We were quoted approximately 8 months prior to installation and the price did not change. They pointed me to financiers that I could use because I needed a loan for our system. I am very happy with the service I received. Value for money. My experience from go to whoa was above and beyond any expectations in terms of the care, their responsiveness to calls, and all the way to fit out. My builder warned me about solar providers cracking roof tiles and not saying anything. It was a relief when I spoke of this concern to my representative and she responded saying that they used to carry spare roof tiles with them in case this happened and because they were damaged in the car, they would buy and replace whatever they broke. I'm happy to say none of this happened. I recommend SolarEZE to everyone who I know needs a solar system.Panel rating: 5/5

Efficiency plus.
From the get go I was very happy with this company. Jenn was most helpful with advice and keeping abreast of my unfortunate building delays. I found the quote process easy to follow and any questions I had were quickly responded to. Once the date was set, Rob and his team were there early and it all ran like clockwork. Friendly guys and they cleaned up afterwards as well. Rob was most helpful after the installation as I was having trouble with my NBN connection. Great experience from start to finish
I had a lot of questions during the initial phase and Jen answered them all. She was fantastic to deal with and was happy to change the quotes a few times as I kept changing my mind. The installation wait was about 4 weeks which wasn't too bad compared to other installers.Rob and his crew turned up nice and early and got stuck into the work. They were all polite and tidy with the work they did. Rob went over and above in installing the inverter exactly where I wanted it, and he also cleaned up my electrical switchboard as it was a bit of a mess (at no additional cost). I also got pigeon proofing done as I had a lot of problems with this at my previous place and this is something a lot of installers don't do.
All in all, a very good experience. Much much better compared to my last installation done with a different company many years ago.

Great installer
Quoting was the quickest of companies I sourced from. Not the cheapest but still competitive. Very good communication and service. They answered all my questions and concerns promptly and honestly.They organised everything with energy retailer including meter upgrade.
