Quality system for a good price

Quote and admin was very straightforward. Installation went smoothly and to plan. Tidy jand high quality job. Broke 2 tiles not expected. Installer informed me and swapped out for 2 on my carport.

Installer had poor knowledge of Flexible Exports, didn't close out my install on the day. Instead it was left to the office 3 days later. Exports were capped at 1.1kW until the closeout was completed.

All round good experience.

From my first contact with Pete, I felt at ease with the process of installing a solar array with battery at my house. I was offered several options, not necessarily based on price, but what my needs were. Specifically, I wanted blackout protection for the three-phase power on my house. A good solution was offered, and while doing some price comparison with other companies, I could see that the price was particularly competitive.
Scheduling of the work was done well. The installation team were efficient and cheerful. Follow up since installation has been impeccable.

Very happy - excellent service

We recently had an 11.6KW system installed by Solar Wholesalers and couldn't be happier with the experience. We received the quote and detailed information without delay, and Sam and the team were always quick to answer our questions to help with the decision making process. The installation itself seemed quite straightforward and there was very little for us to do. The system is performing very well so far, and I'm loving the SolarEdge app so we can monitor our energy generation and usage! Original ratings

Mostly yes, although see above. The solar we are producing through winter is only covering about a quarter of our household electricity usage. But before the colder months set in, it was great! We haven't had any issues with the system.

Great company

Solar Wholesalers were professional and friendly at every stage of the process. The fellas that installed the system were easy to talk to and attentive. They were invested in accommodating our preferences and had attention to detail when installing the electrical work.

Turn around time from quote to installation was only a couple of weeks or so because there had been a cancellation so that suited us beautifully.
I would definitely use them again and recommend their product. The inverter and panels are good quality products and the price is very competitive.

The only company we would recommend for solar

The best service we’ve ever experienced from any business.

From the beginning, nothing we asked for was too much for them. What I had previously been told by other companies was an impossible job, Solar Wholesalers made look easy.

The entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional and always happy to spend the time making sure I understood exactly what I was getting and how everything worked.

Pricing was competitive and the quality of product, installation and post-installation service has been fantastic and was worth every dollar.

The difficult nature of our install (two storey in Stirling, high pitched, multiple rooflines with mains power on an adjoining building) initially led to some technical difficulties with the monitoring software. Rather than us having to chase them up, the Solar Wholesalers team proactively contacted us and came back to the site on numerous occasions to work through the issues until both we and they were completely satisfied (at no further cost to us).

Timeframes were as promised, there was no damage to surrounding trees and gardens and the site was left immaculately clean.

We would never use or recommend anybody else.

Fantastic company with great workmanship - strongly recommended

Solar wholesalers exceeded my expectations. Very professional and helpful from quoting to installation.

Competitive pricing with good quality components. Very transparent and punctual with installation timeframes. No extra costs other than what was quoted. It was a difficult installation due to the house build, but the installers were fantastic. Discussed all installation options with me, and completed quality work, leaving the property very clean after installation was completed.

Solar Wholesalers helped me to navigate a meter change with my electricity company and provided me with helpful tips to further utilise the solar and reduce power bills.

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Quality all round

After getting a quote from about 6 different suppliers, we felt very comfortable going with Solar Wholesalers, and they didnt let us down.

The price was great (signifantly better than some others) and they explained every aspect of the planned setup and the reasoning behind it.

Installation happened within 2 weeks of accepting the quote and was completed well and truly on time. The installers were fantastic to deal with.

Great service from quote to installation. Very helpful in identifying suitable system and completed the install within their estimated time frame (and squeezed in before the xmas break). Thoroughly recommended

I've been putting off installing solar panels for a long time. My official excuse was that I was waiting for the cost of batteries to come down but I think the real reason was that solar panel installers got a bad rap quite a few years ago, being seen as "snake oil salesmen" by many, when there were all sorts of government grants and subsidies.

Having dealt with Solar Wholesalers I can say that my fears were unfounded and nothing could be further from the truth (at least in my dealings with them) and they were extremely professional and helpful in explaining the intricacies of solar panels and batteries.

I now have a fully functioning system that I'm very happy with, no more electricity bills (hopefully) and half the power I'm generating is going back into the grid (and I'm making money on it, subsidising the installation cost).

It's a win-win!

Quick, efficient installation

The quoting process was fine - similar to others that we've dealt with but I was impressed with the detail and the company's capacity to pre-empt questions. We had to wait a while for installation after paying the deposit; fortunately the team were able to squeeze us in on short notice (no problem with that, by the way). The lads who did the installation were friendly and efficient and consulted us on all aspects of the process. The office followed up next day to check on how things went. Now just waiting for the new meter so that we can start using the system.

Great Pre-Sales Support with Excellent Installation Quality

The sales process was simpe and straight forward. It began with an half an hour phone conversation to ascertain my requiremtns from the system and to answer any questions I had. Follow up questions were answered propmptly and to the point.

The installers were great Working at 35 degree heat they started early and completed the work by 3pm. The electrical work looked clean and organised. The panels were neatly placed according to plan. No visible cables or loose ends. The system was up and running by the end of the day.

The installers checked the system was working as expected. I received the SolarEdge account and was able to check the solar production and energy consumption.

Perfect Every Step Of The Way

From the moment I called to talk about the system at 4:45 one afternoon to the installation, everyone was very helpful. They made sure we understood everything that we were getting. Excellent installation and setup for a replacement system.

Our 6kW 'Fronius' based installation was a replacement for an older, smaller system, and consisted of two 'strings' of panels, an inverter and a 'smart meter'. We initially looked into getting a battery system, but life intervened and found a better use for the extra dollars involved in this option. We still have the option of adding the batteries later on with this system, though. I actually had a good idea about the system I wanted, and approached a couple of installers for their comments on my ideas and an indication of pricing, Both the sales-people I talked with were informative and courteous, and provided extra information to help me reach a decision.

The team of installers arrived exactly on time, and got to work as soon as they had scoped the job. Our old system came off, the new system went on, with only a minor hiccup with getting larger cables through the small spaces within the walls. That was expertly resolved, and in a few hours the system was producing (and exporting) energy. There was a minor bug in the inverter connection to the remote web site, but that was fixed after consulting the manufacturer, (a software update?) and the inverter is now running at full throttle.

The app to access the inverter's operation is pretty easy to use; I have it running full time on my office PC. The installer explained how to set it up and access the performance data on both a phone and a PC, and with a little digging thru the user accessible menus, I found the technical data reporting and graphing system, which is very comprehensive.

All told, we are very happy with both the install and the solar energy system. The team got into the job, and just kept going until it was finished. They cleaned up the site when they had finished, were not unnecessarily noisy while they were working, and impressed me as being an efficient, competent team. The equipment certainly seems to be high quality, and to work quietly and without fuss or intervention. I would cheerfully recommend both the installers and the equipment to anyone who is considering replacing an old system or installing a new one.

Once again extremely happy!!

This is the second time we have used Solar Wholesalers and once again they were fantastic. We just installed 2 batteries at different properties and replaced an old solar at one property.

From the quoting stage right through to the installation and payment everything went smoothly. From our city property to our country beach house nothing was too much trouble. Both properties were left very clean at the installation, and time was taken to ensure I understood the app.

The sales team and follow up after installation again were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions.
