About

Solar Wave Australia started as an electrical engineering company before recognising the opportunities that exist in the renewable energy market. The family-run business is based at Tweed Heads on the north coast and all its installers are accredited by the Clean Energy Council.

The company is committed to providing the best level of customer service, while relying on top quality products and workmanship.

Solar panels are provided by renowned manufacturers such as Q.Cells, REC, Ecsolar and Perlight Solar Co. Inverters, on the other hand, are sourced from the likes of SMA and Samil Power.

At the time of this survey the installation had not been completed yet, but everything leading up to it has been perfect. Chris @ SolarWave is a credit to the industry and I wish everyone purchase a system off him! Original ratings

Yes. Highly recommended installer, and package. Service was fantastic. Package performs perfectly. Don't hesitate if you're umm'ing and ahh'ing (like I was).

Not many salespeople know exactly what their product is technically capable of. i.e. Mono crystalline versus Multi - Difference in energy output if cells have by pass diodes or other etc. Also some only have 190w panels, some have 250w panels . Warranties etc should be made available to read prior to signing any contract, and indeed the contract should be made available prior to any deposit being taken by the sales rep.

The company physically came out and inspected and quoted on the most appropriate system. The salesman was not pushy and well informed about their products (this was refreshing as other companies did not inspect and rang back repeatedly with the heavy sell) the installation was within the time they nominated (4-6 wks) after signing.

The tradesmen called in advance of the due day then arrived on time as expected. The tradesmen did a neat and efficient install and were also knowledgable about the product. It was installed on the day without mishap. The electrical inspection took place 2 weeks later which again was the nominated time frame and tested and turned unit on. It has been working ever since. Am happy to recommend.
