Excellent customer service. Explained system fully also quality of panels and inverter to suit needs. Installation was very efficient. Highly recommend.8 months later we asked Gordon: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Sorry I hadn't got back to you in regards to your obtaining the quotes for us.All 3 were very comparable.We went with Solar Systems Cairns after a hick up with their sales rep.
Elliot,the owner of the business stepped in and sorted out what we required and came up with a good quote.
During the instillation his hands on approach, trade skills,and the skills he has instilled in his workers was very commendable.
Lets hope the sun does its job equally well.
Once again thanks for your web site and the arranging of our quotes.

The only downside is waiting for Ergon to change their meters. Panels are on the roof sitting idle.8 months later we asked Greg : "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
As we live in a high rainfall area we weren't expecting really good results with a 3.9Kw system but it has halved our bill on average so far. The last full moon , I was up at 3am - witha cloudless sky and saw the inverter lights were green. Were the panels producing power ???

Very pleased with the whole experience , right from initial quote through to installation.
The owner ( Elliott) inspected the site , gave the quote and worked on the installation personally
A few minor problems with our house layout were quickly addressed and the job was completed on time with all packaging removed
Follow up assistance was first rate and we would highly recommend Elliott and Solar Systems Cairns.
At end of day there was a lot of comfort in having the owner personally attend to the process all the way through,.... no middle men or back office to deal with.

Elliot Fox of Solar Systems Cairns was the first of the three referred installers to contact me. He was the only one who brought a ladder and physically checked the roof. He has 15 years experience as an electrician, and ‘knows his stuff.’ He discussed my requirements and clearly explained options to me with no sales pressure, and described how to get the best out of the solar panels. For example, the hot water system was removed from “off peak†which operates at night, and now operates via a timer during the middle of the day when the solar system is usually at peak output. On the arranged installation date he arrived on time with a team of guys who completed the job as planned and cleaned up everything behind them. He took the time to explain the system itself and an app to monitor the system. Elliot operates a smart business model with minimal overhead costs which enables him to compete on price as well as quality.8 months later we asked Graeme: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

The team were friendly and very efficient and even though they were a man down they stayed until finish . Very helpful and explained everything and it was no bother to them to come back and go through it again when asked. Highly recommend
