Very professional and informative sales approach from all suppliers interviewed (4). Chose a supplier who was not the cheapest but I selected on criteria that I believed would provide the best quality installation and after-sales service.
Installation carried out by installers who believed in what they did and provided a first class service. Delay in obtaining Gross electricity meter from Energy Australia following installation of system. Still waiting 3 weeks later but have been notified by the supplier that the installer will be here within the next 2 days, weather permitting.
However, system working well and providing the solar energy spec's as nominated in the quotation.
Thank you SolarQuotes for providing excellent information about the holistic approach to selecting solar panels. Very useful and practical.
