Amazing experience with the vendor

Mridul from solarseed has given me a very good quotation and everyone said that he will not be able to provide the services as the quote is very very competitive. However, his team has finished the installation job in less than 48 hours. Installation guys are very friendly and did the job without any mess(not even single tile broken) and have finished the installation very quickly. I highly recommend Solarseed, if you would like to have solar.

Excellent Customer Service!

We got our solar panels installed about 6 months ago.
The process was super easy -- Sanya always responded to our call/messages very quickly. She considered our specific needs and recommended us just the right product.

Few days ago there was a minor issue (a surge in our grid voltage caused the solar inverter to go into safe mode and hence it stopped feeding). Within half an hour of our phone call, someone was at our place to reset the system.

Seamless Experience

Solar seed was breath of fresh air after being frustrated with number of solar installers over the last few months! Mridul took great initiative around getting the approvals from Powercor on our behalf making it easy for us, and then Brendan made sure the installation process was meticulous. We went ahead with 10KW system (Fronius & Longi Panels) and couldn't be happier with the performance. Highly recommended.

professionalism

I have just had my solar panels installed today. From the start the installers were professional, polite and prompt. After installation they set up the system on all my digital tools and showed me how to use it.
When I first looked into solar systems Solar Seeds looked at my power needs and recommended an optimal system for me.
In my opinion Solar Seed are the only solar seller and installer to deal with.

Great price, great service, great installation..Happy Customer

I would highly recommend Solar Seed as they are very professional and give value for money solutions which are very competitive. I am extremely satisfied with my overall solar system (10.36 kw system). The installation was a bit tricky as the Solar inverter had to be installed away from the main Electricity meter box due to space constraints, however Brendan did a perfect job which came out very neatly. 5 stars to him. Even the panels were installed with utmost care.

All my paperwork was taken care off by very helpful staff. It was a great experience dealing with this company. I would give them 5 star overall rating

Quick, no hassle install with a reliable service

No visit to my property occurred prior to installation but all correspondence by phone and email was swift and helpful. After my solar rebate was accepted I notified Solar Seed and the system was installed one week later.

The Contractor was polite and professional and carried out a nice, tidy job.

I'm no expert but all looks good post install and all appears to be working as it should> At this point I would be happy to recommend.

Excellent Customer Service Start to Finish

Mridul and his team were just amazing from the very start to the completion of the installation -
1. Sales Pitch - For a person who didn't know anything about solar except for the adverts seen on Google or TV the sales team took time out to come over to our home and explain the complete functioning of the Solar, where and when we would save money, which system would best suite our needs from all perspectives including budget.
2. Help with Rebate - The team were always available for a quick call. In the 10's of 100's calls I would have made on queries pertaining to the rebate there were only a few times when the phone was not answered however we received a call back almost within 5 minutes supporting the fact that the guys at Solar Seed take customer service to the next level.
3. Post Application Installation - The team scheduled our installation around our requirements rather than pushing us with dates. We were able to reschedule with ease and the team at Solar Seed were quick to accommodate us even though it was short notice.
4. Safety Equipment Installation - We received a message letting us know of the safety equipment install on our roof. This was done in a smooth fashion, we didnt even realise when the installers came and finished the job.
5. Solar Install - The team were onsite promptly on time and finished promptly on time. There were no concerns what so ever during the install.
6. Post Install - The team just didn't leave us hanging post installation, we had a post install visit from the Solar Seed team who setup our app on the phone and explained to us how the system monitoring works. This even after we were ok to do it ourselves. This only goes to show how customer focused the team at Solar Seed is.
I would highly recommend anyone thinking of solar panels to talk to the team at Solar Seed as -

Great service and good value for money

I was looking for a large size and good quality solar system that will fulfill the requirements for my large house and last several years. Mridul took time to understand my requirements and expectations, gave me a good understanding of available options and encouraged me to do my own research including getting quotes.

Once I decided on the solution (one of the options he gave), he then gave me a very competitive price (I received 5 other quotes). Installers came on time and did a tidy job. Even inspector said that they did a good installation. Mridul was available throughout this journey including getting the rebate application through to Solar Vic.

If you are looking to install solar, I would strong recommend talking with Mridul at SolarSeed. You will get a high quality solution with professional installation and a very competitive price.

professional job with strong work ethics

Solar seed handled our installation really professionally and all their work was done as per Safe work victoria standards. highly efficient with very quick turnaround time of 5 to 10 days. All our paperwork starting from quotes to uploading documents to govt websites and to our electricity provider was done by them. highly recommended.

Quick turn around from order to installation. The sub contracted installers, Ramselec, were friendly and happy to discuss with me the best array setup on the day. The inspector was happy with the installation.
My only minor criticism is I read inverters should not be installed in direct sunlight and this was also stated in the manufacturers manual. My inverter was installed on a west wall where it receives a few hours of direct sunlight per day however when I questioned Solar Seed about an awning or cover they said Goodwe don’t supply covers. Solar Seed could install an awning from Bunnings for an extra cost (from memory about $150) so I decided I’ll do this myself. It would have been nice to be made aware of this prior to installation instead of on the day when I brought it up on the installation day.

From the first phone call to Mridul through to installation and follow up I can not praise these guys highly enough. Mridul was friendly and highly knowledgeable in regards to the Solar system and explained everything about how it was going to benefit us. I was initially very suspicious of solar installers as I heard lots of nightmare stories.
I contacted and talked to a few of them. One of them, luckily was Mridul.
He explained me everything in detail and offered me a good price compared to the others.
I got the 6kW system installed. I am very happy with their attitude workmanship and professionalism.
Because I was so happy with their price, service and friendliness I got them to install another system for the new house I got built in Craigieburn.
I highly recommend them to anyone.

Simply brilliant!
These nice folks really know their stuff.
Our system was installed within 2 days. Solar panel placement was excellent, considering our place had a nearby tree which was a concern. The power produced the next day was over 39KWH - 3 times the power we normally consume!
The inverter placement was ideal, solar panels are almost invisible from the front of the house.
Could not ask for more.

SolarSeed were able to install in same week as my initial quote request. Installers were informative, professional and asked where we would like panels and inverter located before proceeding, letting me know if they thought my request was not the best idea. I ended up settling for 8 panels on East & 12 panels on West side. Mridul (Director of SolarSeed) was great with his communication and knows his stuff. I did a lot of research on Solarquotes website as well as other websites so was able to verify any comments made. Initially offered a Goodwe Inverter, I asked Mridul to quote a Fronius Inverter and he agreed that this was a better option. Mridul personally helped setup Wi-Fi monitoring.

Paperwork & Victorian Solar Rebate application is all looked after by SolarSeed, although I preferred to look after Victorian Solar Rebate application myself.

I think SolarSeed pricing is better than most other installers could offer. Mridul discounted price a further $100 just for mentioning that we had seen a vehicle advertising SolarSeed. I highly recommend SolarSeed for anyone looking for installation of a solar system and will be recommending them to our friends who have been waiting several months for other installers to install their systems.

So far system is producing more energy than I was expecting, but I'm yet to consume any of it as waiting for inspection and go ahead from Electricity Distributor. Will review again after receiving first Electricity Bill and again in 12 months.

I was very pleased and was offered Quality System were given few options of panels likes of Canadian, QCell , Rec and LG.
We opted to go for LG NEON R as quality of the panels and warranties offered were one big reason to choose them.
Very happy with our installation.Installer arrived on time as provided before 10 am and they finished the job before 3 Pm and job was inspected within 3 days of installation.
My power retailer got the paperwork within 2 days of Inspection.

SOLARSEED from the point of contact to signing up with them and organising our install everything was a smooth process. We opted with Jinko Solar Panels with Fronius Inverter along with Smart Meter in order to monitor and see our own consumption.There sales rep Ryan was straight to the point explaining everything including the roof orientation and placing of our inverter in the garage. Overall happy customer and monitoring shows we are generating decent over 30kWh even these winter days.

I was happy with the way mridul approached us and provided several options for the solar solution for our house.
We had several appointments with other providers prior to Solarseed but they never used pressure tactics and at the end we choose fronius primo with smart meter along with Jinko solar panels. The installation was done nice and clean and grid connection forms were sent soon after the inspection.
