The proprietor was very enthusiastic about everything solar and gave great service. I asked him about after sales service, should it be necessary. He told me he had no intention of leaving the area - sadly, he passed away about a year later and, I am reasonably certain, the firm no longer operates.

Buying from a local supplier and therefore, a local fall back if any problems.
All German products.
The only minus is that because we only have a very small roof area facing north, our 7 panels are on the east facing roof therefore, full value from 8am to about 3pm.
Now, know that it is not the sunlight but the position of the sun.
