Fantastic experience from start to finish

Highly recommended in all aspects
Over the past two years the team at Solar Pro have installed our solar system, 2 Tesla Powerwalls, a Tesla Wall Connector charger, 2 heatstrip heaters and did a few new powerpoints that we were wanting done for a while. Their service is brilliant all round from the fast and affordable quoting to the installation and sign off stage. I can’t speak more highly for the two Ben’s, Caleb and the other installers, and the admin staff. Thanks again for your great work.Panel rating: 5/5

Fantastic

High Quality Installation of PV System and Heat Pump
The Consultation/Quoting was clear and comprehensive.The technicians started early and completed the job by the end of the day. They were tidy, efficient and polite.
Upon completion the use of the inverter display panel was clearly explained to us and the heat pump was operational.
Overall it was a flawless transition from gas to electricity.
We chose the right experts and have no hesitation in recommending Solar Pro.

Superb installation by an extremely nice team of young men. Nick, the head installer, ran the job very well and explained the service to us perfectly.
the sales quoting process was very clear and made the service sound easy to understand. The installers were very neat and cleaned up any mess that was made. They were all very polite and apologised if they thought that they may be in the way. They never were in the way. They were very punctual, arriving at the said time and working hard all day until the job was done. We were told how to use the charger and told of any safety issues if they were needed. Couple of months back, after sending an enquiry via their Contact Us form, Ben arranged a site visit to discuss what I wanted to achieve, after that I know Solar Pro Bendigo is the right company to deal with. During the installation, Nick and the team was very accommodating, they answer questions about the installation and what is going on. After the installation, Nick explained what has been done and what is the next step. Just now, three weeks after the system got installed, Ben is very accommodating helping me setup the Solar Web. Fantastic Company to deal with & Great Service
The quoting process was painless, I said what I was after, and discussed if that was the right course of action or if it should be smaller as all others had recommended smaller setups. Ben was happy to go through it with me and go through some of the advantages to it. The installation process was over before I knew they'd started, really happy with their professionalism during it. My job required them to be site inducted with the builder which they were happy to do so while the house was being finished they got to work.Customer service from the entire business was fantastic, easy to work with and really friendly and helpful. Considering how stressful a time it is building a house it was a really good experience and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fast efficient professional instal
Quoting was detailed and efficient. However trying to get the process started required a lot of prompting from my end ie. a lot of texts and phone calls often waiting days for replies.Instal was perfect. Polite : tidy : punctual : professional : helped set up the app.
A slight issue with my meter box after the install but a solar pro team member was there within half an hour to sort the problem.
Grid connect is in the process which they are helping with.

After sales service is exceptional.
From the initial site visit to final installation and sign-off was great, very good communication and friendly knowledgable staff. Installation was very neat, and left job clean and tidy.A small issue arose months after install, and was promptly attended to and fixed with minimum disturbance.
I recommend Solar Pro for a trouble free complete solar and Powerwall installation. Very happy Customer.

Solar pro says it all
The whole team has been very professional with all aspects of the solar system. The sales were courteous and explained all aspects of the system, the office staff were clear and concise in their directions, the installation was punctual, tidy and a good job. The only problem is me connecting to the inverter, which is probably my fault (not good at digital) and I am sure the office will sort it out for me. Great job!

I can highly recommend that you use Solar Pro Bendigo for your solar system installation. They have fully qualified staff selling only quality equipment, with neat and fast installation. They arrange everything for your installation and get your system on the grid saving you money on your power bill. If you are upgrading your system due to losing premium feed in tariff, like myself, they will remove your old solar system and see that all the old system panels and inverter is recycled through the e-waste process. After the installation is completed on the day they will help you download the management app and give you full training to understand how to get the best from your new equipment purchase.
