Great service
Scott was great to deal with not pushy at all - and gave some alter options on system sizes.Installation was arranged very quickly and the team were professional and communicated effectively

Excellent support and install, highly recommended
I recently had a system installed by Solar Power Panels. From the first contact, Scott provided exceptional customer service by patiently answering all my questions and guiding me through multiple different quote options. He took the time to explain the differences and benefits, ensuring that I made an informed decision. I ended up settling on 10kw of Jinko panels with an 8kw SunGrow invertor and smart meter. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes I received.Installation was scheduled for the next week, Jacob, the installer, demonstrated his professionalism and punctuality by arriving on time for the installation. All went smoothly with the setup and handover. I climbed up on the roof after and was impressed with the level of precision and neatness in his work.
After the installation, both Scott and Jacob continued to provide outstanding support. They addressed any follow-up questions I had regarding the operation of the app, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with solar power panels was great. Thanks!

These guys are awesome
No muck around with these guys, and they know what they are doing, Scott was great to deal with, from the configuration of the panels on the roof to organizing the electrician. The installation was prompt, professional and spot on for a very hot day last week. Also did the connection paperwork. Big Big Thank you. Jinko Neo 415 panels pumping out a total of 58 kwh the first day from a 9.13 system, i am so happy i chose solar power panels.Panel rating: 5/5

A very happy customer.
Fortunately, whilst researching solar systems last year I came across a webpage from Solar Power Panels and decided to give them a call. It was the best decision in regards to solar I could of made. Scott answered my call, and after asking a few simple questions he designed a system that has since proved to be cost effective and extremely efficient. At no time during the sales process did I feel pressured. Scott was at all times polite, professional and informative. On the day of installation, the electricians and the installers arrived at the agreed time and fully completed the the job in under five hours. A few hours after the installation team had left, I received a follow up phone call from Scott to ensure I was happy with the installation process and asked if I had any further questions. I have been extremely happy with the immediate reduction in our electric bill from an average of $500 per quarter to an average of $30 per quarter since installing the 6.6kW system Scott suggested. My system has run without fail since installation last year, but the after sales service provided by Scott has been fantastic. Scott rang me once again a few weeks after install to check I was happy and the system. I am a genuine and extremely satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend the services of Solar Power Panels to anyone who may be seeking a quality solar system.

The guys that installed were polite, fast, clean, and fun to have at my property doing the job.Scott, who I had been dealing with through the quotation process was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He was able to keep tuning and adjusting my quote as I changed which brand panels and inverter I wanted. He was also happy to have a random chat about genera solar stuff. He just loves solar! :)
For value for money, I’m very very happy with the service and product I got. For anyone on a budget, I would highly recommend Scott and the team to provide a great upper middle setup at very competitive pricing.
