Solar Panels & Hot Water is Australian Owned and operates from our showroom in Tweed Heads South, NSW. We install solar systems in the Gold Coast & Northern Rivers region of NSW. We've put together a team with over 20 years combined experience in solar. By using the same trusted Clean Energy Council Accredited installer in each area, we can guarantee quality of design, installation & workmanship in our jobs. One of the main reasons we find customers have not got solar installed already is that it has never been explained to them properly & in a way that they could understand. We've partnered with some excellent finance companies who provide some of the most flexible & cost effective payment plans in the industry. When you select these companies, they are not the ones who actually install the system. They outsource /sub contract to someone else, however, both companies that I deal with were efficient and on time and organised everything, including access to the property with the tenants, and sending me photos of finished installation (as I am not living in the house - yet)

I had to down grade my system from a 5kw to a 4kw due to the energy supplier not allowing the larger system into their network. The transformer for the area would NOT have coped?

It just goes to show that when you want something done right first time you need to have the right people to do that job. SP& HW was selected to do our install and they were prompt, courteous, helpful, timely and very efficient. They even cleaned up after themselves!... (Don't get that too often from tradesmen).
In all our appraisal of this firm and its standard of efficiency rates a good ten from ten and we certainly can endorse them to future customers.

Ours was a very small replacement job. These people were great and their service exceptional!
