Amazing service from beginning to end
They were incredibly professional from beginning to end. The sales/quoting process was incredibly detailed with their calculations clearly set out. On the day, the people doing the installation were exceptional and showed a lot of care in their work.Inverter rating: 5/5

Brilliant Customer Service and Installation
Many thanks to Robert for his above and beyond customer service, training and information he provided from start to ongoing. Most sales people once they get their order they don’t care. But not Robert. He kept in contact through the entire installation process ensuring that it all went smoothly. He came out afterwards and checked that I understood how the ap and the system worked. He answered all questions I had and offered at anytime I have any questions to contact him. He provided additional support documentation so that I can track and record the performance of my system purchased. REAL customer service and QUALITY installation. Very happy and highly recommend Solar Intelligence to anyone seeking a reliable solar system from a company that will give you all the details, all the facts and then enable you to decide which system and inverter you wish to proceed with. Not pushing. Real old fashioned customer service that is incredibly rare to receive these days. Thank you Robert, I not only understand my solar system but how the electricity network operates and feel like I have more control over my usage and day to day living expenses. :-) Kim

Everything explained. Delivered as promised
Robert took time to explain everything including those things most people might miss when dealing with Solar companies.The system was quoted and installed in the timeframe that suited everyone with no fuss or problems.
Communications were and still are great.
I totally recommend Solar Intelligence .

A flawless procedure
I rung many solar companies but Robert from Solar Intelligence was the only one that comes on site to give you a quote. He spent a couple of hours explaining different options . He was very informative and I learnt a lot about solar power. Robert wasn't pushy and left me to decide if I would go with him once I absorbed all the information and the quotes he gave me for the different combos of penals and inverters. Presentation was thorough and Robert insisted on answering any questions. He was able to change the orientation of the panels when requested without changing the final result. The installation was efficient and left in a clean state. Both the installers and Robert left clear instructions on how to read the inverter and the application on our phones. We have follow up paper work on dealing with solar panels and inverter.07 August 2023

From Start to finish. The Service and knowledge was impeccable
Following a lengthy review period to understand the intricacies of solar powering systems, Robert was always there to provide the most up to date information about the industry including innovative electricity providers, and the products myriad of products available. Very few others came close to providing this level of understanding and commitment to the industry and his customers. I could not have been more confident in the choice of solar panels and inverter that Robert recommended. Solar Intelligence = quality installation and service.
Getting solar powered electricity was a no brainer! It is very important to do your own research to help make the right decision. Robert Smith from Solar Intelligence explained all aspects including researching of solar installers integrity via Fair Trading, ABN and License No, Insurance certificate, how long a company has been in business, quality of products and services. Robert was the only person to explain how much my future electricity bills would cost to the $dollar by explaining the formula. When I compared Solar Intelligence's detailed quote with other Installers, I found the others fell short on knowledge. I opted for a quality installation and everything was done to plan and without delay. Seven months later after install, I contacted Solar Intelligence to discuss the new energy cost changes that had commenced and Robert was only too happy to provide after service advice as to who would offer the best deal for my size system and local grid provider. Their service is first class and I have already recommended Solar Intelligence to others. I have a quality system and I am very happy with the final outcome from Solar intelligence. Very Thorough and Detailed, all questions answered
Sit down and explanation of system was very thorough and concise, leaving no questions unanswered.Installation was punctual and smooth.
Post installation, all questions answered, and demonstrated how to use App and how to do emergency shutdown. Also service provided to keep track and calculate Solar use, as they will assist and advise if you should change plans or if the system is working at peak efficiency.

36 Longi panels + Fronius Symo 10kw inverter. 13.32 kw system.The whole process was smooth and every single detail was explained by Robert (the owner). Installers came on time, did the job quickly and left everything neat. Would be happy to recommend Solar Intelligence to others. Great value for money and a far better deal than any other quote I got.

1. Each one wanted to sell us something they wanted us to have, not what was required.
2. One quoted on Micro inverters only as though it was the only way to go. The other quoted on power optimisers and string systems, so I could not compare like with like.
3. One would not even come and look at our property and tried over the phone to get us to sign up with them.
It was not until I spoke to my sister, who recently had solar panels installed, that we got on to someone who gave us all the facts and the Tier 1 system we purchased was over $2000 cheaper than one supplier and $3500 cheaper than the other.
Super Solar Intelligence
Robert was a knowledgeable expert who explained in great detail and common sense with no hard sales then left us alone. The installation crew were very friendly, quick and tidied up after themselves. The office even rang to say they were running late which was very thoughtful. Great customer service.100% recommend these guys. A call the next day to make sure we were happy with everything , running through the inverter controls was a nice touch.
