Stunning solar

We first enquired after having a look on the web in our local area. The team were quick to make contact and were out to our home within the next week. Our site visit went very smoothly and all my questions were answered on the spot. After accepting the quote we were booked in and ready to have the solar install. Highly recommend using Solar Air Energy

Couldn’t recommend Solar Air Energy enough! From the very first appointment with Nathan, who explained thoroughly the system that was best suited for us, not just to cover our need but also our budget. To the ladies in the office which were helpful and polite, to the crew that came out to install! The guys Jack. Dylan, Myles and Brodie were punctual, friendly, funny but very professional. The after sales service was definitely helpful and fantastic.
There are so many dodgy solar companies out there now and I found the process easier and more confident going with this company.

Great Quality Solar Install & Amazing after sales service.

After receiving 3 quotes we proceeded with Solar Air Energy and I could not be happier. We have had our system for nearly 2 years now and have not had a power bill since having it installed. We use to get $800 quarterly bills however since having the Solar Installed we have been in credit since. We limit our usage to mostly during the day so have been fortunate to not have too much night time usage however with the feed in Tariff dropping we have started looking into a Sungrow Battery which we will 100% be getting Solar Air Energy to Install when the time is right. They also installed a Hot Water timer to help us save more money and ran us through the system after install to ensure we understood everything but have also been amazing with any questions we have had since the install also. Would absolutely recommend Solar Air Energy to anyone looking for a great quality system with 10/10 amazing after sale service. They have been back after the first 12 months to clean the panels and do a full health check on the system and answer any questions my husband and I had.

Process made so easy!

We’ve put off getting solar for ages as we felt overwhelmed by the process. Solar Air Energy has made it so easy for us!! The process was extremely simple, they worked with us to make sure we could get it financed and wasn’t more expensive than our current electricity bill. Install was a breeze and the team were lovely to deal with from start to finish. Super happy!! So glad we finally ripped the bandaid off, our electricity bill is next to nothing now.

Fantastic service

Called Nathan from a friends recommendation, and what a great recommendation it was. His customer service from the start was amazing. The team that came out and installed were very professional and friendly. Once installed the guys went through everything to get going. I’ve since used Solar air energy for other electrical work including moving some panels to make way a new patio and again service was fantastic. Highly recommend!!

Good solar

Quoting process was great and they attended in person. Installation was on time. Demonstration was provided and the solar has been working well. Only negative was that three tiles were cracked on removal of old system with the installer promising to replace with spares we had. Instead we were advised the next day by a different installer that they would repair the tiles instead which is not ideal. Overall I would recommend this company.

Excellent experience from end to end

We were very happy with the solar and battery system installed by Solar Air Energy. They were professional and responsive in understanding our requirements and investigating options for locating the equipment and cable runs, for a neat end result. Installation was conducted and completed without any problems

The sales process was carried out very professionally and questions were answered usually with a personal visit by a company representative of which we were very impressed.
Installation was carried out with minimum of fuss; the installers were very tidy and conscious of the garden when using ladders to access the roof.
All the arrangements for connections were carried out by the company and did not require me to oversee anything.
A charger was not required to be installed but the battery installation was also carried out very professionally.

Excellent installer - very professional

Have just had a solar system with battery installed by Solar Air Energy. Given the number of providers out there, I tried to do as much research as possible.

Spoke to a few providers and Solar Air Energy were happy to answer all my questions. Quote maximised my bang for buck.

Once I decided on Solar Air Energy (based on reviews and comparing their quote with others), the process was pretty quick.

The team on the day of install were very professional and took time to answer my stupid questions and clarifying my concerns. The whole install was done in about 8 hours and they left the place spotless.

It’s only been two days, but already I am generating more power than I am using (and slightly more than the quote suggested I would make). The real time app is a life saver.

I would definitely recommend the addition of a battery if you can manage it - makes a HUGE difference.

And I would thoroughly recommend Solar Air Energy as a provider. They have made the process smooth and worry free.

Vastly exceeded my expectations.

First up, Nathan was very thorough in working out what solar system would work best for us and explaining how everything worked. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns about battery safety. Gail was on the phone straight away to organise a time...and reorganise it when we had to get a new roof installed first! Then Jack, Seth, Jack, Mark and Myles arrived and had our system up and running by 2pm. They were professional, efficient and very neat with the installation, and they cleaned up afterwards really well. I am super happy with the system. It is an impressive piece of kit and It has vastly exceeded my expectations. Nathan is helping us with the network and grid connection process which makes life easier.

I have to say, the REC 410 Alpha Pure R work exceptionally well and easily meet our power needs. The Sungrow 10Kw SH10RS inverter is a marvel and manages to keep our power usage from the Energex grid at zero almost all the time. Original ratings

Simple, efficient process and great installation

The whole process from receiving the initial contact from Solar Air to the installation of the system was simple and efficient. Each step was done/delivered on time and, as an existing solar system was being replaced, the government and site requirements were clearly explained in order to select the best option. These guys are professional, reliable and know their stuff!

I used them for the original solar installation and a year later now with the home battery setup. Couldn’t have asked for better

From start to finish the process of having a new solar system installed was so simple. Trouble-free installation

We installed a replacement solar system with SolarAirEnergy.
It was a smooth and trouble-free process from start to finish. Anthony who came to give us a quote and managed to make a small but significant change to our hot water settings before we even agreed to the work, Corey & Brodie who removed the old panels and installed the new panels, and Tom and Jack who returned with the right smart meter - every one was friendly, professional, efficient and tidy!!
We are really happy with changeover and the novelty of being able to see exactly what the system is doing and how we are using power hasn't worn off yet!!

Service Visit to our 4 year old 6.6kW Solar Power System.

After the severe storm that hit the Gold Coast on Christmas day evening, we lost a few roof tiles and were concerned the Solar Panels may have been damaged thus affecting the operation of our 4 year old System. After contacting Solar Air Energy they promptly sent 2 Technicians and after a thorough examination and cleaning of the Panels and updating of the Inverter software, they pronounced the system was in perfect working order.

What is even more amazing is that this work took several hours and was carried out at no charge to us!

Solar system inclusion battery back up.

Nathan Bill, arrived exactly on time in his working gear to quote a price and information/advice, impressed me that there was no sales pitch or over promising during the quoting dance.

I have over time researched solar electricity/hot water and have never really been impressed. I decided to look at the solar electricity side from an econometrics point of view.

I may add I have a iStore hot water system fitted now that comes on at 1300h and runs for approximately 45minutes.

I rarely respond to surveys etc, but the team SAE has a professional outfit. This is how this all happened, I was referred to SAE by a friend, he had a complete system/battery installed by SAE and I was impressed by his install.

I originally had two roof solar hot water services fitted to the roof over time, should have learnt the first time to not do this but at the time there was not a lot of options. The ongoing costs to service them is not a good feeling to the wallet!

SAE were here at 0700h and installed a 8.8kw complete system, along with removal of existing solar hot waster service on the roof, gone by 1300h's.

As per the normal instructions from government advice, I Googled and engaged two other quotes, not even close to SAE's.

The tradies he has are in my option about as good as you can get, really impressed with their instal. The App was set up and explained to us how it worked and what to expect, rained for a week after installation but still had a good k/w input.

Three weeks later a Sungrow 9.6kw battery was added, again a professional fit and 3k under the nearest quote!

The instal was on the 7th February, now 12th April. The complete system is working above my expectations and I am very pleased that I had this fitted and current results.

To date I am in credit with Origin. The average daily yield has been 37.5kw, consumption approximately 15.6kw/day. The Sungrow battery is usually 100% by 1000h.

Our intention is to insulate ourselves from the growing electricity costs by adding to battery back up shortly.
