Was sold a system that was too small for our family, always have to use the boost during winter negating any savings. System wasn't pressure tested as I found a leak after a few weeks later and I had to tidy up all the cabling.
System only lasted 5 years and hot water pump failed.

Dissappointed
I felt I am the one who need to do initiative to follow up, most of the time I am waiting what is the next step, the team who installed 2 of the 3 installers are like kids playing around, It was installed on the 15th of May turned on, on the 26th a bit of a wait.We have 3phase power, we are installed 1phase inverter,
