Communication from installers was outstanding backup service from Damien and Sales was excellent as well

I initially dealt with Damien over the phone for a quote (and several other companies). Then I followed up by asking Damien to come see the property to ensure the phone/internet quote was accurate. When Damien arrived he checked the property, gave me a lot of information on the system, where everything would be located etc., and then advised he could go with a bigger system and it would be the same price. I jumped on board and the installation was done within the week.

The guys were very respectful and enjoyable to deal with, they had a bit of winter weather to deal with and that was worked around no problem. So Good Solar handled the dealings with Western Power/Synergy for me and the system was completed from quote to finalisation within 1 week, with only Western Power to follow up with their end.

Excellent Company. The installers were professional, courteous & a pleasure to have on site. Unlike previous tradesman we have had here, there was no bad language, no tantrums, no mess, no hassles, no dramas.
There was always excellent communication from SoGood and we are thrilled with the job.

From the salesman Damien to the installers Brendan and Joe, I found the whole team very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and did a great job of removing my existing 1.5kW system and installing the new 6.6kW one. A very neat installation and super quick turnaround from order.
