Friendly, competent and efficient
Ryan was responsive and informative to all requests and questions before efficiently sending a quote.Installation was performed efficiently and as quoted.
They were informative and helpful in explaining the new system.
They also were able to due some on the spot minor electrical work that was unrelated to the quote

Flawless from start to finish
Ryan and his team were professional and polite from the outset and listened to what we were after without trying to upsell us. Ryan returns calls promptly, turns up when he says he will, provides support above and beyond what's technically required of him, and ultimately got the system installed on time and on budget. Professional Approach
From start to finish RTB electronic were professional in their approach,both on pre and post installationCommunication was excellent keeping me informed during the progression of the installation and commissioning

Beyond my expectations Electricity bills down by 80% on last year at this timeReferred my installer to a colleague who has now installed solar and well pleased
Also I have since installed a hot water heat pump which runs off solar, great system, and very happy

Exceptional professionalism, great communications, always on time.
Ryan and the team were absolutely exceptional in everything: the approach, planning, installing and dealing with unexpected difficulties. I was doing a second story extension with existing solar, so that task was: carefully disconnect panels and the inverter, reconnect on the new roof, add a new solar panel with microinverters, connect with Tesla batteries (two phases) and do electrical wiring inside the house on top of that. If not for Ryan I would definitely fail: the new roof is light plastic shingles, the roof tiler simply lied to me that they are absolutely the same as normal tiles. But Ryan challenged that, contacted the manufacture, understood that every tile is screwed to the roof and can’t be shifted after the install. Then Ryan worked simultaneously with the tiler during the install – the only way to make solar work neatly with this type of tiles. Tesla batteries install was flawless, all connections not just neat and tidy – meticulous. The Solar Inspector was impressed with the quality of work. I can absolutely recommend Ryan and the team for superior quality in every detail.Panel rating: 5/5

Everything Installed and working great
I decided to go for a higher end installation due to family members that had had bad experiences with solar and broken inverters. RTB were trustworthy with their recommendations and I was able to make my decisions based on what they recommended. After that it was pretty much stress free RTB ran with the install and did everything from there.7 months later we asked Simon: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
So far I'm wrapped with my system. Couldn't ask for a better system.27 December 2021

Very through and neat installation
Sales quoting was punctual and we were totally pleased with their performance. I would recommend them to my friends who maybe looking to install solar7 months later we asked Barry: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Really happy with how professional Ryan was with prompt quotes and quick follow up with answers for the questions I had. Ryan and Sam were polite and very easy to work with, the installation was done quickly and of a high quality standard very happy with the way it looks on my roof and how well it works. Prompt, Professional and Quality workmanship.
Ryan and Sam from RTB Electric were incredibly professional and prompt. Immediately providing an in-depth quote and went through all of the important factors with me when deciding on the right system, listening to all of my ideas and requirements for the job.The installation was impeccable and tidy, they were a pleasure to have onsite.
Post installation configuration was all done for me and the rest of the steps required were clearly communicated, other than confirming the change to my power company, I didn't have to do anything else.
Highest recommendation for RTB Electric! Absolutely fantastic service.

Fantastic Installer, Best quality installation
Ryan from RTB Eclectic called me after I left my details for the three solar quotes, Ryan was very professional. He came to visit my house before providing a full quote. This greatly helped as I also had the additional cost required to fix my switch board he picked up on early. Ryan gave me the option to do a complete switchboard replacement or amend the board for less cost for solar installation. Ryan also explained the process going forward. When I decided to go with RTB Eclectic I had some issues with registering with solar Victoria, Ryan took my calls and helped me though completing process.Ryan called me prior the installation date with the time he would arrive.
On the day of installation, Ryan and his colleague completed my 7.7kw installation within the day and minimised the times for power loss/disruption, aware I was working from home. Both were very polite especially with me asking plenty of questions throughout the day. The installation looked very professional no visible cables and or cutting to roof.
Ryan took me through the steps on how to operate the inverter and also explained that I have high voltage in my area and set the Fronius inverter up to work with this. I was advised the inspection would follow a few days later and to call Ryan if this hadn't happened. The inspection went well, even the inspector advised Ryan had done an amazing installation and was known for his quality workmanship!
I received the paper work after the installation date with all the summitted documents to my Electricity wholesaler and copy of the certificate of compliance.
I Highly recommend RTB Electric and Ryan, I am very impressed with the price and with quality of workmanship.
