Seamless

Friendly and professional

Whole process waa flawless
Installers were tops. The whole process was flawless. We experienced some issues with the electricity supply from our battery, but the team attended to us and got everything resolved. The issue actually ended up being my fault, but everything has been working well since.Panel rating: 5/5

Seamless experience
We went solar initially due to the rising cost of our power bills, and we also wanted to do the right thing for the environment.RESINC have been excellent, with very little hassle throughout the installation process and the follow-up. We never had to ask many questions, as everything was explained clearly. The installation was very smooth we could hardly tell the installers were there.
We haven't received our first electricity bill yet, but we're looking forward to seeing how much we've started to save.

Saving on electricity
We went solar to try and mitigate the cost of forever rising bills and the price of electricity. Safe to say with Resinc we have definitely done that. Our bills were sitting at around $450 a month, and now they are at $280, even with the addition of an EV car! The whole after sales service has been great, and I would just say go for it if you're thinking about getting solar!Panel rating: 5/5

Looking forward to summer!
We decided to go for a battery with these guys due to the rebates bringing down the cost of batteries overall. They have been good with their service, and the install, even though it took some time, was good as well. Very helpful!
We chose to install a system with these guys because we wanted to upgrade the size of the previous one we had. With the rebates dropping each year, we just knew it would be more worth it to install a bigger system. Now, having the battery, we have seen our bills drop to a third of what they were last year, which is really great to see. Down to earth
RESINC's presentation was excellent. Everything from the initial contact through to the post-install follow-ups has been absolutely amazing. The customer service has been outstanding, and the products are of very high quality.Everyone I dealt with was friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. The worksite was always welcoming, and the team made the whole process feel simple and stress-free.
One of the biggest advantages is the ongoing support. If you ever have a question or need help, there's always someone available to assist. The monitoring portal makes it easy to keep track of how your system is performing, giving you confidence that everything is working as it should.
While RESINC may be a little more expensive than some competitors, you're paying for the security, reassurance, and long-term support that comes with it. Knowing RESINC will always be there if you need them gives you real peace of mind, and for me, that's worth every cent.

Seamless
We originally went solar because of rising energy costs and wanted to reduce our carbon footprint. RESINC has been friendly, professional, and always on time. Franklin battery install

Solar and battery
We went solar to reduce the cost of our electricity bills and become less reliant on the grid. We haven't had any issues in the three years we've had our system, and RESINC has always been friendly and reliable. A few months ago, we had a Sungrow battery installed, and it's been helping to offset some of our electricity usage over winter. I would highly recommend RESINC. I recently sat down with Bailey for my post-install meeting, and he provided excellent advice on energy providers and helpful information about getting the most out of our battery.
