Anker is so sexy!

I now have a battery with my system, and I can use even more of my own generated solar. We have small solar production, but our consumption is also small, and the battery helps manage that. I absolutely love the app that comes with it, and the look of the modular battery system itself is so clean. I’m so happy with my choice of install.

Fantastic installation!

Happy customer

The after care support from Resinc solar is great, Brad was very good at explaining things. Everyone else has turned up on time for appointments and we have never had any problems. They even fixed some damaged tiles on the roof while they were installing the panels. They cleaned up after themselves as well.
Resinc also offers panel cleaning after the installation which is great, the warranty is very good and they also monitor the system to make sure it's working properly.
We highly recommend Resinc Solar!

Perfect for us retirees !

We knew coming into retirement that solar was something we wanted to go with so we could make the absolute most of the power it produces. Safe to say, with how well the app tracks the production and the battery energy stored, we can do that now. I’d also love to mention that Chrissy on the phones has been amazing, she always seems to be available. And Ady, with the Momentum session and all the information after install, has been so helpful. I would also love to say that everyone in the company has been so courteous and just downright easy to speak with.

No regrets from us!

From my experience, I used to work for a solar company, so I know what it’s like to worry about products that may be lower quality and about companies that don’t follow through with their promises or service. But our choice in RESINC has not led us astray. Their service is top notch.

From installation to follow-up and customer service, everyone has been fantastic. I can’t fault them at all. Shoutout to Ady. The Momentum session she did with us was so informative, and she answered every question we had, which made us feel much more secure in our choice.

Lastly, our bills used to be $1,700 a quarter, and now they’re $0. Just amazing to see.

Smooth experience overall!

Everything from sales to install went pretty smoothly and overall I am pretty happy with how its all operating. I'd say its too early to tell what my next bill is like but from the app my usage from the grid looks a lot lower which i am happy with.

Happy with the support in the end!

I’ll be honest, my first go-around with these guys was a little rocky. I felt a bit unsupported and unheard at first. But once Leigh Storr stepped in, I really felt like he cared and listened to what I was saying about my system, and he did his best to make everything right. They even helped out a bit with installing 20 kW Anker battery on my home to help rectify what happened, and I can already see it starting to make a difference on my bills.

Love solar energy!

I’ve always loved the idea of solar, and now that I’ve installed a system with a battery, I’m really seeing the benefits of having it on my home. My usage from the grid has dropped drastically, and I recommend that if you’re in a position to get one, both location wise and financially, you should definitely do it.

It felt great to upgrade our system

We weren't actively looking for a new system at the start as we already had an old system. Resinc knocked on the door one day and talked us through the advantages of upgrading the system. It's now starting to save us money during the winter period and we look forward to saving more money in the summer period.

Installed well

I went with solar and a battery to try and reduce the cost of my bills, and by using the app and seeing how little energy we’ve used from the grid, it looks like it’s going to be much cheaper. These guys as a whole are great and very responsive if anything happens.

Battery is the best thing for solar!

Honestly, my reason for going solar was to become as self-sufficient as possible, and now that we’ve installed a system with a battery, we’ve basically achieved that. Just make sure that if you’re thinking about getting solar, you’re doing it for the right reasons and that it’s the right fit for you.

Customer service is outstanding!

I wanted to get a solar system with a battery to maximise the amount of energy the system would generate, and so we could also use it at night. I really liked what Resinc offered in terms of pricing, and that’s why I chose to go with them. I’d also like to add that their customer service has been excellent, if anything comes up in the background, they’re on it straight away to help.

Awesome service

I had a door knocker approach us about getting a solar system, and we were interested because the system already on the roof when we moved in wasn’t performing as well as we wanted. Safe to say, with our next bill being only $93 for the whole quarter, it’s done exactly what we hoped for.

So easy!

Everyone I dealt with was easy and great to talk to, and the installers even worked around an antenna I had on the roof with no issues. I’m glad to see that after the winter period, my bills have dropped quite a bit, and now going into summer, they’re looking like they’ll stay that way.

My experience with these guys has been really good, very effortless on my part. They’ve made the whole process so easy. Jack Sparrow helped us go solar!

We went with solar because we wanted to put something on our house that would act as an investment, and it’s done exactly that. We had Jacob help us with all the information we needed, and he was absolutely amazing, we even had a good laugh about his name being so similar to Jack Sparrow the pirate. With the system and battery, it’s helped bring our bills down, and the app works great, making it easy to see how the system is operating.
