Very happy experience

Honest and reliable

We had our Franklin battery installed in November last year, and have been grid free since! We feel comfortable using all of our appliances in the house at all times, to live a comfortable life because of the battery. We have yet to experience a winter, as our roof is partially shaded, we look forward to that challenge. The Franklin app is superb.

Outstanding

The staff at Resinc are very friendly, respectful, and not pushy, which is a big plus. The follow-up and after-sales service really stands out compared to most companies, even outside the solar industry.

Things like the post-install meetings make a big difference. With other trades, like a plumber, they’ll come out, do the job, and leave, and can sometimes be hard to deal with if there’s an issue. With Resinc, there’s ongoing support and genuine engagement even after the work is done.

My Solar Review

Our initial contact with these guys was through their door knockers. They came around and spoke to me about a system and how it could help the environment and save on bills. Everyone has been great to deal with, and I can already see a difference in the price of our bill, even though it was only partially with solar.

So supportive!

We wanted to go with solar to do what we could to help with the environment and to also reduce our bills as well. Safe to say our bills have been almost halved from $1200 to the most recent being $650, which we are so glad to see. These guys have been very punctual, helpful and professional, and I recommend them.

Been so helpful!

We decided to go solar with these guys after hearing about the work they’ve done with the surf lifesaving clubs. Having a home right on the water, it was really important to us to have a system that could withstand the harsh coastal environment.

They’ve been amazing to deal with, everyone has been easy to talk to throughout the whole process. Hayley has been a great help, and the installers were fantastic at what they did. I’d definitely recommend them. They are also very knowledgeable and efficient.

Overall great experience

I really liked the explanation of the process and how it would benefit me, the first initial consult reeled me in, it was great. Installation day was smooth, Ethan was punctual, kept us updated throughout the day and set us up on the app before he left. The communication was exemplary!
They're outstanding!
Having that follow up and being able to contact them has been really important to us.
We had older panels before with no app or support, so this has been a game changer. We now use the app every day and couldn’t be happier.

The installation was done very professionally, and even with a slight setback, the team managed to get everything sorted without any issues. The battery has definitely helped lower our monthly bill, and after seeing the performance review, it’s great to understand how everything is working. My biggest motivation to get solar was my really high electricity bills. They were sitting at about $3,000 a quarter. Now, after the system I got with these guys, it is almost next to nothing.
