Reliable System

As our home is right on the ocean edge, we have been a little apprehensive of installing solar due to concerns around corrosion. Seeing how Resinc has partnered with the different surf clubs along the east coast, this reassured us of the quality of the system and panels that Resinc uses. We have had great results so far and are very happy with the service they have provided.

Great communication

Everyone I've talked to has been really great and helpful. I'm really busy so if I miss a call there's always a text and email for me to get back to. Their flexibility really worked well for us. The installers were great, they explained everything to us really well.

Excellent Service

We were initially unsure of if we were going to go ahead with installing solar, but Resinc provided us with all the information and payment options. Very trustworthy!

We initially wanted to go solar to try to save on the bills and do our part for the environment too.

What really made me trust these guys to install solar with them was the fact that Joel did not try to upsell us on a system, which we really appreciated, and now it shows even on the bills that the system we went with works so well that we cannot even use all the solar we produce.

If you want a quick and easy process and people you can trust, I would recommend you go with Resinc.

Seamless experience

Everything was quite seamless from the initial contact by the door knocking team, to the sales consultation and to install. They followed through with all expectations that were set. Even with a large pool, we have also seen an immediate reduction in our bills which is great.

Only suprises were good surprises!

The only suprises we had were good ones. After installing our solar and battery system, we were even sent a portable Anker battery which was a unexpected bonus. The communication was consistent and helpful the whole time.

Great system

Firstly, our experience with Resinc has been everything we hoped for and more than we expected. The system has been functioning efficiently and effectively from day one.

If anything, our understanding of the system has been more of a challenge than its performance. That said, the customer service team has been fantastic in supporting us and helping us get the most out of it.

The recent installation of our Anker batteries has been just as efficient and responsive as we hoped. We’re overjoyed with the battery’s performance, its design, and the way it visualises everything so clearly. It’s given us a really strong sense that we’re close to being self sufficient.

We have no hesitation in recommending Resinc to anyone looking to go solar.

The installation of a solar and battery system from RESINC has saved $350 on my first bill so far! Indiana was lovely and came around a few months after install to chat and see how im going. I think that’s lovely extra touch that RESINC offers. They go above and beyond.
