Just the most seamless process!

I just want to start by saying that the installers were great. They installed the system perfectly and cleaned up after themselves, and they also put the app on my phone and helped me understand how to use it.

The customer service has been incredible from the very beginning, starting with the young guy who knocked on the door and booked the appointment. We had our chat with Liam on the 9th of July, and by the 14th we had the installation date confirmed. It was really quick and all felt seamless. They are always emailing and checking in with us to make sure we are comfortable using the system and that everything is working as promised.

Fantastic follow up

We're really happy with the ongoing service, it's really professional and extremely rare these days. They also monitor the system for us, they were proactive in contacting us when our system was disconnected from the internet so we could get it back online.

Glad they followed up

Our experience with these guys unfortunately started with a miscommunication. The system that was initially installed was not the original design we wanted and was smaller than anticipated, which understandably led to rearranging the savings guarantees and postponing the installation.

However, following this, the communication and follow-up after installation have been exactly what we wanted. They have been very supportive in checking in on the system, and we are now considering expanding the system and installing a battery.

Easy and Quick Installation

It has been very good to talk to them and access their services, and I found them very helpful. The installation was very good and tidy, not to mention very quick.

So far, the system has been performing well, and thanks to monitoring through the app we can clearly see that. It is also reassuring to have someone come out and check on things to make sure everything is going well and that we can maximise our savings.

I genuinely feel like I can reach out to them at any time and they will respond. I do wish they offered services for the installation of EV chargers, as I feel that would make the process a smooth, all-in-one experience and more affordable for anyone going down the electric car route.

Excited for low bills!

Honestly, everything has been very streamlined and informative along the way. All communication has been thorough, and I feel like they have been with us every step of the process.

I would also love to add that before our system was installed our bills would reach upwards of $1000+ and now our next projected bill is less than $100!

Excellent very pleased with the system!

The fact that they came out and installed the solar system with a battery on my home and that when a blackout occurs I still have power in basically most of my home as if there wasn’t even one to begin with is just fantastic. I also think that the fact that the inverter module and the battery modules are all joined into one system makes the whole thing look really well put together.

No brainer!

From start to finish, the whole process has been an absolute no brainer. We now have full blackout protection and our power bills have dropped dramatically from around $600 to $800 per month down to just $25.

The warranties on both the panels and the batteries are incredible and give us real peace of mind. Another thing I would love to highlight is the technical team who analysed our home and designed the right system for our needs. They were spot on with their recommendations and made sure to keep us informed throughout the entire process so we were never left in the dark.

To say it again, the biggest thing is that it really is a no brainer. The whole process was easy, and we have worked out that our system will pay for itself in around five years.

Reputable company!

We’ve had an amazing experience so far! The team has been incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful. No long waits at all.
Our bills dropped from about $300 down to just $60, which is unbelievable! We also had an Anker battery installed, and it looks fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them! I found them to be such a reputable company. There is security in dealing with them.

Fantastic for everything!

I have always found everyone there to be extremely polite and genuinely helpful. The girls are absolutely lovely and make you feel very welcome from the moment they walk in. Chrissy, in particular, was such a pleasure especially working over the Christmas period. She was kind, patient, and very easy to talk to, which I truly appreciated. It’s so nice to be treated with such care and friendliness these days. I couldn’t fault them at all.

Our RESINC experience!

We really trusted the door knocker who came to our house. He was such a nice bloke we nearly invited him to dinner. Long after he left, the interaction stayed with us.

A few months later, another door knocker from Resinc came by, and once again it was a genuinely positive experience. It was reassuring to see the same organisation still around and still delivering respectful, friendly interactions.

There was never any pressure. I didn’t feel that usual urge to shut the door quickly like you do with most door knockers. Instead, he was approachable, happy to answer questions, and completely unhurried. There was no push to sign up or even make a call, just “take your time and let us know.”

What I loved as a woman was that I felt included in the conversation. We were simply talking and chatting, and it was genuinely lovely. I didn’t feel any sales pressure, and I never felt silly for asking questions. If I didn’t understand something, instead of waiting to ask my husband later, the salesman would ask me first, “Do you understand? Do you have any questions?” That made me feel included, which I really appreciated.

It was refreshing. We felt reassured that we could make the decision in our own time and trust that, when we were ready, we’d be looked after by professionals offering the right advice for our family and our solar needs.

Can’t fault them!

The experience has been very professional. Customer support has been efficient, and communication has been consistent throughout. I never had to chase them; they were always proactive in providing feedback and support, with regular check-ins along the way. The installers communicated directly with our builders, and the installation was flawless. I genuinely can’t find a fault and would 100% recommend them.

Highly Recommended

They installed my solar system in 2021 and the whole process was smooth from start to finish the team explained everything clearly they where reliable and the installation went well the system has reduced my electricity bill over the past few years. Trustworthy solar company

The initial instalment of the panels impressed me, a few men turned up and in less than a day it was fully installed. I've saved roughly $250-$300 a quarter on my bills. My electricity bills have been really good. I've had no problems. I'm not afraid to leave the Aircon on 24/7, which is a huge relief during the Australian Heat. I would highly recommend going with this company they're very trustworthy. I feel that I have bought a quality product from a high quality business.

Great service and equipment

We’ve been extremely happy with our solar system. The performance has exceeded our expectations, and it’s been working great even with the shade we have from nearby trees. The team took the time to tailor the system to our property and added a booster to make sure we’d still get the best possible results, which we really appreciated.

Everyone we’ve dealt with throughout the process has been wonderful. The entire staff has been knowledgeable, friendly, and truly fabulous to work with. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend them.

First class everything!

I would like to alert people to the fact that the winter period is really the only concerning time, as the lack of sun is evident when viewing it in my app. However, since the sun has come out, my bills have been completely zero. The service that came with installing the system, both pre-sales and post-sales, has been first class. I highly recommend them.

Happy with the system…

The system performs really well. The LONGi Hi-Mo 6 panels are excellent and far better than the previous system we had from another company. Upgrading with Resinc was well worth it. Our old system had multiple faults and was so poorly installed it was actually shut down by Energy Australia. The Resinc installers were professional, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job. We finally have confidence that our solar is working safely and efficiently, and we are already seeing the difference. Another positive, our bills have been very low. We're usually at home all day and we're able to use our appliances like the aircon all day.

Glad the bills are lower!

I am really happy with the service overall. We were door knocked by the company and they provided great, informative advice at just the right time, which made us feel confident in choosing them for the install. We have absolutely loved it ever since.

Batteries are the best!

We had a door knocker talk to us about installing a solar system with a battery and we decided to go ahead with it, which we’re really glad we did. It’s been great to track the system’s performance through the app and see how much our grid electricity usage has decreased. Great Reliable System

Very happy with a high quality, low maintenance system. After install, haven't have to think about our solar needs. Resinc reached out and assisted us in reviewing our solar feed in tariffs to save on bills as well. No issues and high output since 2021.
