Go with solar!

Amongst several companies i went through Resinc provided the best presentation, customer service and user experience. Jeremy was a stand out to me with all the information he was able to present me with and he was always available and reassuring of the quality of the products i was going to be receiving. The process was made very easy to understand and everybody has been very proactive in making sure everything ran seamlessly. I also had an online meeting that allowed me to access solar analytics that gives me insight in to how my solar is performing so i can be aware of just how good the system is going myself and track performance to ensure i'm getting what i paid for. Resinc is absolutely who you should go through for solar.

The service of the company from the beginning to the visit i received today has been outstanding and all the staff including the installers have been beautiful with their demeanour especially Hayley, Anthony and jack whom we've spoken over the phone with on occasion and in person. Amazing service

Super reliable company

My extensive time with Resinc has proven to be very good. I've been looked after very well, they stay on top of contacting me with any changes surrounding my system or newer/better plans. I'll be talking with them soon about batteries as well since i know they know what they're talking about

Cant get better!

The system we got with Resinc has been working extremely well and up until the electricity companies dropped our FiT we were in credit. The after sales service where they sit down and help wherever possible is also great and takes a lot of stress of us knowing we're being looked after.

Very simple

Superior product, price guarantee, super helpful team

We DID get a cold call from Resinc which we know is usually a warning sign - but we immediately checked them out, and hit up SolarQuotes and CHOICE to do our due diligence and compare to other providers. Resinc ticked all the boxes Finn said to tick. We did pay more for our system than the other quotes we received but Resinc guarantees post-installation service for many years, repair SLA's and a price guarantee over 10 years, and we made the decision that having those was vital to us. We didn't just want a product and installation, we wanted the whole package.

Resinc ensured we had details of people to call and they have provided thorough support when I have had basic solar questions. The guys who installed on the day were on time, happy, professional, quick and dealt easily with our tight roofline. We felt in capable hands. They took me through the app and showed me the system was all working. Resinc was in immediate contact afterwards to book us in for a check-in for some time after the meter was switched over and we had time to review the data.

There are so many good things to say about Resinc - the time they took to explain everything (and lots of follow up calls we requested, thanks H!), the deal we received, the products we installed - not to mention the company's social responsibility credentials which was important to us. Really happy with the choice we made.

Solar savings
