We made the right decision
The system has been reliable, and the service has been excellent. Follow-ups have always been handled efficiently. We had a technical issue after installation, which was resolved within 48 hours. Battery works great
I love the battery and the fact that I can store power and the ability to use the power the sun generates, which in turn also makes me more power aware by default. We love it. I also want to add that the finance option was great, so we didn't have to look at it ourselves.Panel rating: 5/5

After sales is terrific
The after sales service has been terrific. From start to go, they take time to explain things through. Installation process was very smooth and people turned up on time and did a really good job.I felt no pressure during the sales process which was a big differentiator between other companies.

Seamless

Have a battery now!
The customer service side from these guys has been so good. They're all so nice and very personable. They come with a lot of knowledge and answer any questions we have. I also find that if they don't have the answers, they get them for us. It really is a noticeable customer focus, which is really rare to find these days. I'd also love to add that their chosen partners, whether it's the installer or the finance company, have been absolutely lovely, and we haven't had a single issue with them.Panel rating: 5/5

Great solar experience
We found Resinc to be quite easy to deal with. Knowing the panels that are installed are durable and don't rust was important to us. The sales rep was great to deal with and flexible to accommodate our needs around appointment times. The rundown of the whys and the hows was really good. My husband is an engineer, the explanations provided, were great from a technical perspective. Our solar has also added great property value to our home.Panel rating: 5/5

Fantastic service
We bought our solar system back in 2021, and Indi came out to do a check-in to see how everything was going. While she was here, she noticed that our battery (which we had purchased from a different company) was actually offline. She went above and beyond to help us get it back up and running right then and there! Indi provided outstanding 5-star service - she was friendly, super informative, and offered some great suggestions on how we can lower our power bills even further. 5 consistent years!
When they first came around, there wasn't a lot for me to refer to, and this was five years ago. However, now that a lot of time has passed, I can say that the experience has been great. The follow-up from them is consistent. They make sure my panels are clean and help keep my bills low. You hear some bad stories around solar, but this is definitely not one of them.Panel rating: 5/5

Everything has been easy!
From sales to install, we haven't had any issues with these guys. Everything went smoothly with the install too, and using the app, we can see that we're using less than 1 percent from the grid, which should look nicely on our bills. The follow up is amazing
Since the last time someone was out a year ago, another person has come out and made sure everything is working as it should. The monitoring in the background is very good, and if they didn't let me know when the Wi-Fi dropped out, I sometimes wouldn't have even noticed.Panel rating: 5/5

I initially got solar back in 2010, but when the feed-in tariffs started to drop, I realised it was probably time to upgrade the system. I’ve only just received my first bill since having the Resinc system installed, and it came in at $0, which is great to see. It’s all been pretty seamless. We received great advice initially, had the system installed within a few weeks, and it has been running perfectly for four years with no issues. The whole installation process was seamless, even throughout COVID. The team was professional, and the panels were installed very quickly. Over the past six years, their performance has been fantastic, and I only wish I’d installed them sooner. Easy experience
The service has been exceptional. We initially went solar for environmental reasons, and the follow-up from Resinc has been incredible. It’s great knowing that if I have a blackout, I’ll still have power. Some tiles were broken during installation, but Resinc replaced them very quickly and have been very proactive. They delivered
Resinc was very realistic about what was involved, what the financial returns were going to be, and what they promise is what they delivered. They kept to all the time frames. Incredible
We initially went solar to reduce our crazy $1,500 electricity bills. We already had an existing system on the roof, but it was heavily shaded and wasn't performing as well as we needed.When Resinc came out and installed the new system with optimisers, the difference was immediately noticeable our electricity bill dropping by over a thousand dollars was absolutely incredible. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was professional, helpful and great to deal with.
The whole experience from start to finish was very professional, and I would highly recommend Resinc to anyone looking at going solar
