Amazing
From the initial door knock through to the Resinc information, sales and follow-up process, everyone has been really friendly, thorough and clear. They were very flexible around our schedules, and whenever I sent an email, I received a response very quickly. The company has been really responsive, and the decision to go ahead was an easy one.The installation was seamless, and I really appreciate the ease of the follow-up calls and face-to-face appointments. In terms of the products, they certainly seem to be good quality, they look visually appealing, and the monitoring app is intuitive and easy to use.

Joey was great!
I just want to say the whole experience has been great, right from the beginning, with the doorknocker Joey coming to the door and speaking to me about the battery rebate, to the installers that came past and were very tidy and professional, also making sure the dogs were secure as I was worried they might get out. Great Company

Happy customer
These guys are AMAZING! We used to get $1,000 electricity bills, but after installing our Longi solar panels and Anker battery, our first bill since installation was down to $300-and that’s during winter!From Joss in sales to the super efficient installation team, the customer service has been fantastic. The follow-up care is outstanding, right up to today with Indi from the post-install team!

Easy experience
We initially went solar to reduce the cost of our electricity. We’re very happy with the performance of both the solar and battery. Our electricity bills used to be around $700, and now they’re next to nothing.Everyone has been really helpful and provided us with plenty of information throughout the process. Everything was transparent, and the warranties and guarantees have given us a lot of peace of mind.
The Green Loan setup was also super easy, which made the whole process really straightforward to go ahead with.

Using the sun for free energy!
The month after we installed our solar system, our electricity provider actually paid us! Although this was 5 years ago, we saw an immediate reduction in our bills. Easy decision to make

Battery works great

The customer service side from these guys has been so good. They're all so nice and very personable. They come with a lot of knowledge and answer any questions we have. I also find that if they don't have the answers, they get them for us. It really is a noticeable customer focus, which is really rare to find these days. Great solar experience
We found Resinc to be quite easy to deal with. Knowing the panels that are installed are durable and don't rust was important to us. The sales rep was great to deal with and flexible to accommodate our needs around appointment times. The rundown of the whys and the hows was really good. Fantastic service
We bought our solar system back in 2021, and Indi came out to do a check-in to see how everything was going. While she was here, she noticed that our battery (which we had purchased from a different company) was actually offline. She went above and beyond to help us get it back up and running right then and there! Indi provided outstanding 5-star service - she was friendly, super informative, and offered some great suggestions on how we can lower our power bills even further. 5 consistent years!
When they first came around, there wasn't a lot for me to refer to, and this was five years ago. However, now that a lot of time has passed, I can say that the experience has been great.
