Awesome team
The internal Resinc team that installed our battery were awesome. Everyone has been great to deal with and they made it really easy to understand what was happening throughout the process. We wish we purchased with Resinc for our other properties.23 July 2026
High integrity business; quality product & installation
I found the sales person David to be honest. He showed integrity and did not attempt to sell anything unnecessary. The follow up has been really helpful. With cheaper batteries, I doubt you would get this type of service. The knowledge and quality of the installers was excellent. Solar and battery
We went solar to reduce the cost of our electricity bills and become less reliant on the grid. We haven't had any issues in the three years we've had our system, and RESINC has always been friendly and reliable. A few months ago, we had a Sungrow battery installed, and it's been helping to offset some of our electricity usage over winter. I would highly recommend RESINC. I recently sat down with Bailey for my post-install meeting, and he provided excellent advice on energy providers and helpful information about getting the most out of our battery. Support had been good!

Battery
We initially went solar to reduce the cost of our electricity bills. We haven't had any complaints with resinc. If we'd known about them when we first installed our solar panels, we would have gone with them then as well, but we only got our battery through resinc.Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. If every company operated the way Resinc does, the world would be a better place

I think the after-sales support has been incredible. I really like the fact that Resinc is watching our system in the background, as it gives us a lot of confidence knowing everything is being looked after. Jasmine was awesome during the Momentum Session, it was really helpful and she explained everything clearly. The fact that Resinc even offers panel cleaning is fantastic because it saves us from having to get up there ourselves. The Zoom meeting with Colin at the start was also really informative. Overall great experience
Our biggest motivation for getting a system with these guys was to try and save money on the bills and utilise the rebate that came with the batteries too. Happy to say we've done exactly that.
