We really wish we woudl've done this sooner! Everything has ran smoothly with the company. It was important to us to have good follow up service.The Anker battery has really made a difference, we're not using much grid usage at all now and it really shows on the bills.

Great service
Rising definitely aren’t the cheapest, but I knew I wanted the after sales service and support. There’s no point putting a system on the roof if you don’t have backup from the company when you need it.I have to say, I really appreciate the support after the install. I had a small issue with the system backup, but Resinc had someone come out and fix it quickly with no hassle.
The install itself was seamless and the team left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The main thing for me though is the ongoing service after install. It’s second to none and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking at going solar.

Glad I have a battery!
We wanted to get a solar system with a battery to protect ourselves from blackouts that happen during the colder seasons, as well as reduce how much our bills are going to cost over time as energy prices keep rising.There were a few issues during the installation process, but they came out and fixed everything, which was great. We’re looking forward to seeing how things go over the next few years with the system.

Great installation
The service is 5 star, they always answered our questions in a simple way even when i though my questions might be silly. They answer the phone! They are very calm and patient on the phone. I was very impressed the installers finished the job within a day! They cleaned up all their rubbish and kept it really neat. & explained to us what they were doing while they were installing. Amazing service
We were approached by a door knocker and I guess it was the right day and time because I was already thinking about going solar. At the time, it felt like a no brainer. Everything from there has been seamless and easy. The installation was quick and they even cleaned up after themselves. The system works so well!
Everything is working better than I thought it would. Not even just from a revenue point of view, but also for the simplicity of it. Being able to clearly see how much power we are producing versus what we are sending back to the grid and using ourselves has been really good.The last time someone came around, I mentioned how well the panels were working, and this time I’m actually thinking about getting a battery as well. Their follow ups have really helped, and it’s enabled me to ask any questions I’ve needed to along the way.

Incredible company!
I got my system installed at the back end of last year and the guys that came out were amazing. I honestly can’t fault anyone. Rheanna on the phones has been amazing, Ady with the Momentum session was great as well, and shoutout to Chrissy too, she’s the best.The system works really well and I’m glad they follow up as much as they do to help me save money. Great company
We initially went solar because a door knocker kept bugging us. At first, we didn’t think we’d even be able to get solar because we thought we’d need to replace our roof after it was damaged in a storm. But Resinc came out, checked everything over, and got it all sorted for us.
They’ve been amazing from start to finish. I’ve got absolutely no complaints, and their customer service has been second to none. The installation was smooth with no issues at all, and they even came back the next day to clean up properly after the install.
Overall, it’s been a very positive experience and I’d definitely recommend them.

Amazing system
For me, being with Resinc feels like dealing with a company that genuinely focuses on building rapport with its customers. It’s not one of those companies that just tries to sell you something and disappear afterwards.The ongoing support after installation has been second to none. They continue to check in and come out to make sure we’re getting the most out of our system and achieving the best value possible. Fabulous
I recently had RESINC upgrade my solar and battery system, to a 10.45kw Solar and a 30kw Sungrow Battery installed by RESINC and I couldn't be happier with the process. From the very beginning, David was fantastic.We're very happy with our solar panels an battery from RESINC. Very satisfied with the communication.
The installation day of the system ran smoothly and we were regularly updated through the day.
We appreciated the installer went through the App with us and answered our questions.

Outstanding!!
We’ve had our panels for about 5 years now, and through the whole process the customer service has been absolutely top notch.About 3 months ago we decided to add a battery, and the difference is really showing. They’ve been very responsive to our enquiries, and they never pushed for an oversell. They simply told us what they recommended and let us decide.
The fact they managed to fit the battery where they did is another example of their attention to detail. It only sticks out about a brick length from the wall, so it’s nicely out of the way.
Overall, we couldn’t fault them if we tried.

Panels & Batteries
I’ve had the system for around 6 months now and I’ve pretty much put it through everything it needs to handle. The system has been working really well with no issues at all. I’ve had a couple of power outages during that time and the battery has kicked in seamlessly each time, covering everything without any problems.A key point for me is that I’m sitting at around 95 percent self-sufficiency, which I’m really happy with.
I also really appreciate the way RESINC operates, especially the proactive care visit reminders, as it gives me real peace of mind knowing the system is being looked after properly. I’m very appreciative of the ongoing support and overall experience.
