Go solar with them!
I have pretty high bills. They were over $1,000 a quarter, and with the upcoming price rise, that was going to be almost $5,000 a year just to have power. With the system and battery I got, I expect there will be around a 70% decrease. Using the app and monitoring what appliances use the most power has been really amazing, and you can clearly see the difference it makes. The installation team was great, and the whole experience has been excellent. I would definitely recommend going solar with Resinc!Panel rating: 5/5

Great company!
I have been really satisfied with the panels to begin with, and now the battery as well. I was a little concerned about how the weather might affect everything, but they came around and helped us with our bills and plans, while also reassuring us that the system is working at its best.It's nice to know that they check in so regularly because sometimes you can get busy. They still make the effort to check in and make sure everything is going well

Love Resinc!!

One of the things that really impressed me was the salesperson who helped me choose the system. They looked up how close I lived to the ocean and explained how the salt air and humidity could affect the battery, then recommended the most suitable option based on those conditions. I thought that level of attention to detail was really above and beyond.Another thing that stood out was the after sales support. I thought I had a roof leak caused by the solar installation, so I sent RESINC an email. They had someone at my house within three hours to inspect it. It turned out the leak wasn't related to the solar installation at all, but the fact that they responded so quickly and took my concerns seriously was fantastic.

My experience with Resinc has been wonderful. The installation process was seamless and the team did a great job of fitting our battery. They helped us select a suitable location for the battery and made sure we understood how to use the app so that we could use the system to its maximum potential.The post-installation service has been excellent. Plenty of friendly staff making sure that the system is working to it's maximum potential, and picking up on even the slightest anomalies in our power usage.
I would highly recommend their services if you are looking for a solar battery.

Resinc have been in regular contact, and it does take me a while to respond to them, but we always get there. Everything since the install has been followed up really well. It’s great to know Resinc is monitoring the system so that if anything goes wrong they know before we do and can inform us. We don’t have to think about it much, the system works well and we are happy with the reduction in our bills. It's been a great experience from start to finish. The warranty certificate issue was eventually resolved, which I'm really thankful for. Once that was sorted, everything went smoothly. Communication throughout the process was really good, and the monitoring app has been excellent. I really like it because it's helped us understand and pinpoint our electricity usage much better. The installation team were respectful, worked as quickly as they could without rushing the job, kept us informed, and cleaned up after themselves. Solar and battery
Simple and easy to understand. The communication throughout has been great, and the Zoom meeting we had with Jasmine was extremely helpful. The follow up has also been amazing, and the whole process was clearly set out and followed step by step.Even when they came out to do the measurements and needed to make a few changes, we never felt left in the dark about anything. The installers were also great and did a really good job.
The after sales service has also been incredible. The little messages we get if anything goes wrong with the system show that Resinc are always following up and making sure everything is running smoothly.

We couldn't be happier with our experience! After purchasing our Anker solar battery, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a portable charger from Anker, which has been incredibly useful for our camping trips.Since installing the system, our electricity bills have dropped by around 60%, and the battery has performed flawlessly without a single fault.
