Solar and battery
We returned to Resinc after our first great experience having the solar panels installed and recently used them again for a battery installation. Once again, the experience was excellent. Terrific system
I think for us it was a no brainer to get the battery. We even took out a loan to get the solar system and battery and the repayments are less than what I was paying for my power bills. I would even consider adding more backup to my battery in the future.Panel rating: 5/5

Solar and battery
Resinc has been reliable from start to finish. The post install support has been extremely helpful and the customer service has been superb whenever I've called. Everyone I've spoken to has been respectful and never made me feel like I didn't understand what I was talking about.I can already see a reduction in my power bills, which has been great. Overall, I think Resinc is a very ethical company and I've been really happy with my experience

Honest and reliable and care taken

Solar
We’ve been very happy with the system. The monitoring portal is excellent and easy to use, and we’re happy with the way solar has reduced our bills.Resinc also came out and showed us a better energy plan to help us save even more. They’ve done an excellent job overall and are quick to follow up if anything goes wrong, which gives us confidence knowing the company has our back.
Bailey, the post install rep, has also done an excellent job providing proactive support and service.

Solar and battery
From our point of view, Ben made it very clear from the initial contact what the rebates were all about. The whole process was very transparent and easy to understand. We didn't know much about the battery side of things, but Ben explained everything clearly and helped us understand why batteries are important and how they can benefit us.We're looking forward to receiving our first bill so we can see the savings and confirm that we've made the right decision. Resinc have been very helpful, honest and transparent throughout the entire process, and we've felt supported every step of the way.
We also really like the way Resinc operates as a company. The fact that they give back to the community and support charities is something that's important to us and was another reason we felt comfortable choosing them, we would recommend Resinc to everyone

Trustworthy company!
Having been burned in the past by a solar company, I found Resinc to be honest and reliable. We have had a few issues here and there, but they have always listened to our concerns and done everything they could to rectify them.No company is perfect, and issues can arise from time to time, but what stands out is that Resinc is genuine and willing to work with us to resolve any problems.
Other than that, we are very happy with the company and the support they have provided

Great company and product.
Company was always helpful and forthcoming with information - but never pushy or trying to rush things.Installation was straight forward. Communication both before and after installation has been outstanding. They have even visited personally to make certain that I am comfortable with the features of their app and happy with things overall.

Our experience with Resinc has been nothing but pleasant. We've had the system since 2019 and, while there were times when support wasn't immediately available, whenever we've had an issue it has always been attended to within a reasonable timeframe.Our electricity bills have dropped by around half since installing solar, which has made a significant difference. We're now looking into adding a battery to get even more value from the system.
We would definitely recommend Resinc to anyone considering solar.

He was very informative and knowledgeable, especially for such a young man, and gave us confidence that the system is still performing as it should.He also took the time to help us compare energy providers to make sure we're on a good plan, which gave us peace of mind.
