Sensantional follow up !
I went with these guys because of their reputation and the size of the company. I just knew that if I installed a battery with them, their follow up support would be great and they wouldn't disappear on me after installing.As people know, there are a lot of mobs out there that will install and you'll never hear from them again, but with these guys, it's the opposite. I recommend them just for that peace of mind.

Could not ask for anything more
Installation of our Anker system was amazing, very professional and thorough. Each step was outlined clearly which made it quite an easy process. Overall, I am very happy with Resinc, I couldn’t imagine anything more that they could have done. 4 years no issues
We chose Resinc to help bring down our rising power bills and offset the cost of running our spa. The system has been easy to use, the app is helpful, and overall it’s very much set-and-forget. Great follow up!
The initial process with these guys was a little bumpy, but there are systems in place to make sure a lot of that gets smoothed over and that the root cause issues don’t continue any further along.Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the system and how it all works. Plus, the support is great. They call us so often just to make sure we are completely across everything.

Great follow up service

Quality Workmanship

I manifested this!
I was really stoked getting this set up - it genuinely felt like I manifested the door knocker right to my doorstep after months of dreaming about solar! He popped up with great energy, super friendly and not pushy at all. Knowing they support the Central Coast Surf Clubs gave me total peace of mind that their gear could brave our wildest coastal weather, and having their own dedicated in-house team made the whole setup feel safe and seamless. The quote was wonderfully competitive, and now the sunshine works magic on our bills! Running the pool pump and dryer on pure daylight has slashed our costs, leaving our electricity bill sitting happily in credit. Really Happy
Joss, the sales person, he was quite helpful and informative. He really focused on my needs and made sure the battery was sized appropriately. Friendly
Easy process, very friendly staff and helpful with everything, i love the app and the on going support and if I have an issue i can let them know. Easy process
Really happy with the solar overall. The system is still performing above expectations and our bills have come down, especially since we’ve shifted more of our power use into the daytime. We had an issue getting into the new monitoring app, but Bailey got everything reset and working again. Resinc has been great to deal with and we’ve now also booked in a panel clean. Quality Install
With the knowledge of electricity prices continuing to increase, being self-sufficient with solar was the goal. Product warranties and making sure the suppliers have a local presence in Australia was very important to me. Resinc also has quality installers with proper certifications. Good experience
We’ve had a great experience with our solar system over the past year. Since everything was set up and the initial issues were sorted, the system has been working really well with no major problems.We’ve changed the way we use power and now run more appliances during the day to make the most of the solar. We’re also with Amber and our electricity bills have been excellent, sitting at around $100 a month.
The monitoring app is easy to understand, the system is performing better than ever, and Resinc has been great whenever we’ve needed support.
We would definitely get solar again and have already recommended Resinc to others

Great experience with Resinc overall. The installation went really well, even with some asbestos issues that had to be worked around, and the installer did a great job. The system has been easy to live with and has helped reduce our electricity costs. Flexible Installation
We had delays with installing but once the system was installed everything has been great. I was particularly impressed with how flexible the installation team was with allowing us to move things around to suit us. Great experience
We’ve had our solar system with Resinc for around six years now and it has been fantastic. We’ve never had a problem with the system, and we’ve only just received our first electricity bill in all that time, which says a lot about how well it has performed.The biggest benefit has definitely been not having to worry about power bills, and the system has continued to perform really well year after year. Whenever we’ve needed support, Resinc has been great to deal with and the whole experience has been very positive.

Reduced my bills!
I’ve had a completely new system installed with these guys, including new solar panels and an Anker battery.The difference has been incredible. The new panels are performing twice as well as my old ones, and I’m really happy with the new system and the overall experience.

Great savings
I’ve had a great experience with Resinc and the solar system has been running really well with no issues. The biggest difference has been understanding my power usage better, especially at night, and knowing how to get more value from the system.The team has always been helpful and I’ve felt confident that if anything ever did go wrong, Resinc would be onto it quickly. Very happy customers
We’ve been really impressed with Resinc from the very beginning. We initially looked into solar because we wanted to reduce our electricity costs while also doing something positive for the environment.After doing our research, Resinc stood out because of their professionalism, integrity and the quality of the products they offered. It never felt like they were simply trying to sell us a rebate or push us into making a decision. They took the time to do their due diligence, explain everything properly and make sure the system was the right fit for us.
The installation process was excellent. The team took their time, made sure everything was completed properly and explained how the system worked before they left. Having blackout protection was also important to us, and the system has given us that extra peace of mind.
We love using the app and regularly monitor how the system is performing. For the most part, the system looks after itself and has been very easy to live with.
What has impressed us most has been the after-sales support. The follow-ups and check-ins have been above and beyond, and the team has continued to help us understand our system and get the most out of it.
Overall, we’ve had a fantastic experience with Resinc and would happily recommend them to friends and family. If we had to make the decision again, we would absolutely choose Resinc.

Great experience
We’ve had a really positive experience with Resinc and haven’t had any issues with the system. The biggest benefit has been how much we’ve reduced our reliance on the grid. In summer the battery is often charged by around 9:30am, and even through winter it performs really well.The app is straightforward and easy to understand, and the system has continued to perform strongly. We’ve also really appreciated the ongoing support and follow-up after installation.
We would definitely recommend Resinc, and if we had to make the decision again, we’d happily choose them again

Good experience
We’ve had a really positive experience with Resinc and would happily go through the process again. The system has been performing really well and has helped us offset the rising cost of living. We’re much more mindful of how and when we use power now, and the app makes it easy to keep an eye on everything.We had a small issue when our main point of contact changed, but we were eventually able to get in touch with the right person and get everything sorted.
