Been amazing all round!

I’d been thinking about solar for years and finally went ahead with a loan option, which made the biggest difference in helping me make the decision. The whole team has been great, especially Joss, who was really informative and easy to deal with. Installation went smoothly and my usage already looks like it’s dropped. I’ve already recommended them to people at work and told them to get a battery too, I believe it’s a must have, especially with the rebates available.

Awesome service

Whatever Resinc said they would do, they did and within the timeframe they promised.
Customer service was top-notch from start to finish.

When our battery had an issue, the team reached out before we even realised there was a problem, which was amazing. The follow-up service has been extremely helpful the whole way through.

They were also very pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience.

Lovely experience

Haven't paid cent since install!

The biggest thing for us is that the whole process from beginning to end, everyone has been polite, helpful and supportive, and the ongoing support has always been there. We would also like to add that our bills were around $800 a quarter and since the installation we have not paid a cent.

Fantastic install

Franklin battery is great!

These guys have been pretty good. The customer service has been brilliant, the girls in the office have always gotten back to me very quickly whenever I have had any questions. I also really like the look of the Franklin battery and I am quite happy with how it operates.

The best service

Happy we went for it!

The biggest motivation for me to install solar with these guys was to bring my power bills down, as they keep going up every year and without solar it’s hard to combat that. We had an older system for a few years which helped a bit, but since adding their new system and a battery, our bills have dropped from around $850–$900 per quarter to about $250–$300. I’d definitely recommend getting solar and pairing it with a battery to help maximise the savings.

Great system

Positive experience

Our experience with RESINC has been great and we were very impressed from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with did a really great job, especially with communication, which made the whole process easy and stress free.

Installation day went really smoothly. They did have to split it across days due to the weather, but there were minimal disruptions and everything was handled professionally. All safety precautions were taken, which gave us a lot of confidence in the team.

We have been using the app to monitor our system and it has been great to see how everything is performing. I was obsessed with checking it at the start.

We have not received our first bill yet, but we are expecting it to be very low based on what we have seen so far.

I have already told a few friends about RESINC and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about solar.

Fantastic crew

We went solar to lower our energy bills and our experience with Resinc has been excellent. They have been around for a long time so that's why we chose to go with them, we trust their high quality. The installation was punctual, tidy and professional. The monitoring app is great to use and makes tracking our solar simple. We have a large household and our quarterly bill has dropped from around $600/Q to about $200/Q, which is a huge difference. After doing our research and having a great experience from start to finish, I would recommend Resinc to anybody considering solar or a solar battery.

Lower bills are fantastic

We went solar to avoid high power bills and use air conditioning without having to worry. Our experience with these guys has been great from start to finish, and the installation was smooth. Getting a battery completes the solar set up!

We went solar with them because they came by and explained how everything works. Jesse was really helpful and the installation crew was professional and did a great job.

The app is easy to use and even our first partial bill was cheaper. I would definitely recommend going solar and getting a battery with it too because it really feels like it completes the solar setup!

Anker is so futuristic!

Rising power costs and energy security pushed me to go solar, and after a doorknocker visit and reading great reviews, these guys felt like the right choice. The team was knowledgeable and easy to deal with, the install was smooth, and I’m already seeing a big drop in the energy I’m purchasing from the grid. No complaints for us!

For us, it was the door knocker that really pushed us to take the next step and install a system with RESINC. Getting a bettery makes a difference!

Getting a battery with RESINC has been a great decision. The team was punctual and reliable, and Ady was especially helpful throughout the process. Installation went smoothly, and the app makes it easy to monitor our system.

We decided to go solar mainly to add value to our home and make our power bills easier to manage.
