Battery
We initially went solar to reduce the cost of our electricity bills. We haven't had any complaints with resinc. If we'd known about them when we first installed our solar panels, we would have gone with them then as well, but we only got our battery through resinc.Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. If every company operated the way Resinc does, the world would be a better place

Great experience
We installed our system almost 6 years ago and have had no issues. It has been a set and forget solution for us and our bills have remained consistently low. The only thing we have to worry about is changing energy providers.Panel rating: 5/5

I think the after-sales support has been incredible. I really like the fact that Resinc is watching our system in the background, as it gives us a lot of confidence knowing everything is being looked after. Jasmine was awesome during the Momentum Session, it was really helpful and she explained everything clearly. The fact that Resinc even offers panel cleaning is fantastic because it saves us from having to get up there ourselves. The Zoom meeting with Colin at the start was also really informative. Overall great experience
Our biggest motivation for getting a system with these guys was to try and save money on the bills and utilise the rebate that came with the batteries too. Happy to say we've done exactly that. Our bills went from $200 to $250 a month down to $20 to $30 a month, which is great to see. Overall fantastic experince highly recommend it.Panel rating: 5/5
