They listen to what I wanted, they didn't mind that the sale wasn't straight away, they were happy to wait to make sure I got what I wanted. They've explained everything really well to me and not put any pressure on me.

Absolute magic!

We previously had a small solar system on our house with no battery, and when we decided to upgrade, we knew we wanted to include a battery with the new system. Then Resinc knocked on our door and told us about the rebate, which was perfect timing. After doing some research on their product and liking what we saw, we decided to go ahead with the installation, and now our house looks like it uses almost nothing from the grid, which is absolutely magic.

Great installation

The installers were very friendly, they did a great tidy job. No problems afterwards, everyone we've spoken to on the phone has been lovely. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly. We even had someone come out to visit us to make sure we're happy, we haven't had any problems at all.

Happy with our install

We previously had solar on our old house, so when we moved into our new place, we knew we wanted to get it again, but not without a battery. When a RESINC doorknocker came around and spoke to us about the rebates, we knew it was something we had to do. Their communication has been great, and Anj, the salesperson, was very informative. We would definitely say go for it, and get a battery too if you can afford it.

Easy to deal with

We decided to install our system due to the rebates bringing the price of the batteries down and really making solar something worthwhile. We honestly can’t fault these guys. From sales to installation, they have been great. We would definitely recommend going solar with a battery.

Great company!

Everything with these guys has been quite good. We’ve had no problems. They installed the system on the roof, and we don’t even have to worry about our system. They check in on it for us and make sure we’re keeping our bills as low as possible.

Resinc has some very capable young people on the team. Bailey was very encouraging during our post-install visit and took the time to explain everything clearly. We’ve also been updated on the other services Resinc can provide, especially the advantages of the in-house services they’re developing to better support customers like us.

Overall good experience

We weren’t happy with the initial system installation. After a year, we decided to upgrade to a bigger system, which is now meeting our needs and expectations. They came to the table with a better deal, and when things went wrong, they owned it and fixed it professionally. We’re very happy with the end result.

The communication is fantastic

The service has been really good, every interaction we've had has been excellent. The support has been great and so has the communication every step of the way. Beautiful Installation!

Resinc promised to have backup service when the solar panels where installed as part of the deal. They have cleaned the panels on an annual basis to improve the energy efficiency of the panels. We've also had a follow up appointment on a semi-regular basis regarding our energy bills and advice in relation to saving more on the bills.

Anker is great!

We installed solar to hopefully save on some bills moving forward, and with the addition of a battery, we’re hoping to make the most of it. Our bills look like they’ve dropped quite a lot, which is great. We’re just waiting to see how it will work out for us in winter too.

Gald we got it!

We’d always thought about getting solar, and when a doorknocker came around and spoke to us about installing a system with a battery, we decided to go ahead with it, and we’re so glad we did. Our power bills have gone from around $200 a month to just $40 for the quarter on our latest bill. We’re super happy with the results and would definitely recommend installing solar.

Very professional. Quality installation

We decided to go solar when energy prices shot up it just made sense with how expensive power had become.

Our experience with Resinc has been really good overall. The team has been super helpful, even when we were a bit tight on time, and the contractors on install day were great to deal with.

The installation itself went smoothly. A few roof tiles cracked during the process, but the installers replaced everything straight away and were very relaxed and professional about it — no issues at all.

We’ve used the app to monitor our system, especially early on and during really hot days when usage is higher. It’s easy to navigate and simple to understand.

Overall, we’re happy with the process and the support from the team. Would definitely recommend going solar to anyone considering it.

Anker is amazing!

Basically, I’m as happy as can be. I’m just waiting for my first full bill to see the full impact, but overall everything has been great. The support has been fantastic, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the system performs over the year.

Strong communication

The communication is really good, the installation went smoothly, no hiccups or problems. The workmanship was all neat and tidy. Great 2 years!

We would like to say that over the last two years with our system, everything has been perfect. The customer service has been great, and any questions we’ve had have been answered clearly, we were never made to feel silly for asking. The installers were also amazing at the time. They were very considerate with the placement of the panels and didn’t just rush the job. They were thoughtful throughout the whole process, and we’re very grateful for that.

Been amazing all round!

I’d been thinking about solar for years and finally went ahead with a loan option, which made the biggest difference in helping me make the decision. The whole team has been great, especially Joss, who was really informative and easy to deal with. Installation went smoothly and my usage already looks like it’s dropped. I’ve already recommended them to people at work and told them to get a battery too, I believe it’s a must have, especially with the rebates available.

Whatever Resinc said they would do, they did and within the timeframe they promised.

When our battery had an issue, the team reached out before we even realised there was a problem, which was amazing. The follow-up service has been extremely helpful the whole way through.
