Superior product, price guarantee, super helpful team

We DID get a cold call from Resinc which we know is usually a warning sign - but we immediately checked them out, and hit up SolarQuotes and CHOICE to do our due diligence and compare to other providers. Resinc ticked all the boxes Finn said to tick. We did pay more for our system than the other quotes we received but Resinc guarantees post-installation service for many years, repair SLA's and a price guarantee over 10 years, and we made the decision that having those was vital to us. We didn't just want a product and installation, we wanted the whole package.

Resinc ensured we had details of people to call and they have provided thorough support when I have had basic solar questions. The guys who installed on the day were on time, happy, professional, quick and dealt easily with our tight roofline. We felt in capable hands. They took me through the app and showed me the system was all working. Resinc was in immediate contact afterwards to book us in for a check-in for some time after the meter was switched over and we had time to review the data.

There are so many good things to say about Resinc - the time they took to explain everything (and lots of follow up calls we requested, thanks H!), the deal we received, the products we installed - not to mention the company's social responsibility credentials which was important to us. Really happy with the choice we made.

Can't fault anything

From the beginning of contacting Resinc I can't fault their customer service in any regard. The process has been amazing with the sales rep being very helpful even after the install was done and i was unaware my system was being monitored which gives me huge peace of mind.

Solar savings

Our panels were installed in march after receiving hefty electric bills. After one month our electricity bill had been reduced to 12 dollars. We have been delighted with the whole process, sales, after care, and tech support and we've appreciated been educated on how to get the best value on our solar installation.
