Helpful and honest

Sam from the after sales team was really informed in helping us understand how to read our solar bills and ensuring our the solar was working well. he was honest and polite with greatly provided information. Resinc as a business

Experience with resinc solar

Resinc offered good customer service. They set the sales process up very well and made it very understanding and smooth. The installation itself went well however on completion of the install their was some paint spillage on the driveway this problem was resolved between resinc and the contractors to our satisfaction.

Great experience

Had an excellent experience all round with Resinc. From install to after sales everything has been smooth and professional and we have saved a lot of money on our bills. Unlike other service providers Resinc is pro-active and checks on their customers, it's very refreshing and gives a nice peace of mind as a customer

12 months on

Knowledgeable & they were able to answer all my questions. If they were unable to give me the answers needed for said questions they took the time to find out. Referring too the app they installed for me on my computer, They were able to help me download the software on my laptop which I was unable to figure out myself at the beginning of the installation. After having solar for 12 months I realized putting solar on was the right idea.

Great service

Service with Resinc is definitely a highlight. I'm made aware whenever the system disconnects from the wifi or if there is any other problems i'm unaware of and everything gets addressed quickly and to a high standard.

I can't fault them

It was full disclosure, they tell you everything up front, they give you so much information and they answered all of our questions and they answered them well in a way that we could understand. The install team were really friendly and clean, no mess. The follow up service is amazing, most companies don't keep in touch after they get your money but these guys check in. I love the warranty and the life of the panels, not having to pay a power bill is the cherry on top.
