Solar Energy Made Easy

I found the quote process easy and prompt. The representative came a time that suited me, and was thorough in his explanation, citing the pros and cons of the choices.
We arranged a date for the installation itself-panels, inverter system, and battery-and it was all completed that day, having arrived on time.
The installers were polite, and tidied up well when they were finished, and organised connection to the grid afterwards. The man in charge was easy to talk to and answered any questions patiently.
I would definitely recommend Renew Co Solar to anyone looking for a solar solution.

Very professional. Great support

Our installation was complex. Being a emergency centre it was imperative that the installation of our new Solar and Battery was well planned and executed to prevent any unforeseen outages or other issues. The team were excellent, and we are very satisfied with the result.

Excellent install team, very neat installation

RenewCo Solar were efficient with their quoting, which included an onsite inspection and discussion, so I understood exactly what was proposed. The installation had some unique roofing to deal with, and RenewCo Solar liaised very well with my roofer/waterproofer. Their quote was competitive to others for similar quality panels and inverter.
The install team were punctual, polite and tidy. On completion, they organised the grid connection and tested the system.
All RenewCo Solar's staff were in-house, in other words their workers are NOT subcontracted, which I thought was a significant advantage over other companies that did subcontract their installation staff.
RenewCo Solar's backup support has been reliable and helpful.

Fantastic installer, awesome experience from sales to delivery to aftersales

I worked for the first time with RenewCo Solar when they uninstalled all my existing solar panels so that the roof restoration could be done. After the roof work was completed RenewCo then re-installed and recommissioned all panels back.

On-site team was punctual, very professional and had great manners.

When the team discovered one stripped connector cable, they didn't only tell me about the issue, but at the same time the suggested the different repair options with their recommendation, to which I agreed to.

I was impressed with the whole process and with everybody involved from initial discussions, the actual on-site work and project closure and follow-up.

So, when we decided to get the new battery system installed to our existing solar system, I contacted RenewCo for system proposal and then decided to give the whole work to RenewCo. And I couldn't be happier with that decision. Again, everything went really smoothly.

RenewCo aftersales support has been really good as well. I have had some questions after the installation and the RenewCo team have always covered them very well.

I can highly recommend RenewCo for all solar and battery works.

Great Installation great products

RenewCo quoted me 14 additional Rec solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall 3 inverter to add to my existing 40 Trina Honey roof top solar panels. Their quote was very thorough and professionally presented. Their pricing was competitive with other quotes I had. On the day of installation they brought a large team and the entire installation was completed on the one day. The quality of the installation workmanship was first class. The installation team arrived on time, completed the work, cleaned up after themselves and ensured the Tesla app was running on my 'phone before they left. I had quite a few cracked roof tiles which they replaced for me and took away the old, broken tiles. This is great customer service as it was not covered in their installation proposal. The system has been running perfectly since it was installed and the battery backup functioned seamlessly during three power outages. I would be happy to recommend RenewCo, their staff behaved professionally & ethically at all times, this includes both the sales staff, the office staff and the installation team. I was particularly impressed with the installation staff who went above and beyond what was expected of them. I am a happy customer!

Friendly and effective team

The quote was simple - they came around and provided a few options. We then accepted one of the options and they set me up on a WhatsApp group with all of the relevant team (admin, installer, mgt etc) - that made the process smooth and predictable, and gave me a channel to reach out on and get quick answers to my questions. The install went smoothly - although one connector wasn't fastened - and I saw this in my low solar generation and reported it to them - and they quickly sent a team out to diagnose and resolve the problem. All up it went really well and I am saving a lot of money from my new solar panels and heat p[ump hot water system.

Great experience from quote, through installation and commissioning, and afterwards for questions!

I used SolarQuotes to get a couple of potential installers, but quickly settled on RenewCo Solar. The team listened to my (sometimes quirky!) needs, and we came up with a solution (over a number of iterations) which did what we wanted. When I wanted a battery, I went back to RenewCo Solar, and had the same excellent experience.

Installation was as scheduled, quick, effective and tidy - we knew where we were up to, and what would happen next etc.

Commissioning seamless and gave me all the help I needed.

After the battery went in, I needed some assistance with our (relatively new at the time) combination of SolarEdge inverter and SignenStor battery system, working with Amber for wholesale tariffs - the team at RenewCo Solar went out of their way to help, and sorted out the various issues (many of which were intercompany interactions, rather than anything that RenewCo Solar themselves were actually responsible for!).

All in all, an excellent experience!

Incredibly helpful and they do what they say and when they say they’ll do it.

I got rejected by other companies because of the shape of my roof.
These guys studied the issues, came up with a solution and I’ve gone from paying $150ish a month to making money.

Brilliant installation for a complex system for a church in northern Wollongong.

RenewCo Solar have provided an upgrade of our existing 48-panel solar system, which used a Fronius 18kW 3-phase inverter, to a complete Solar Battery system.
During the quotation visit it was very easy to discuss our needs with the engineer, and he understood all the needs of our rather complex multiple building installation.
The new system uses a stack of three 8kWh SigEnergy batteries with a 20kW hybrid inverter, giving a total storage capacity of 24kWh.
The system was made even more complex, since the panels are on the roof of our church hall, the batteries and inverter are located on a mezzanine floor just below this, while the gateway and connection to the grid are located on the wall of an adjacent building where a child-care centre is operated. The batteries, of course, could not be co-located in this position because of safety issues with children. This necessitated a 75m cable run between the batteries/inverter and the gateway to provide full backup for the site. RenewCo Solar was able to offset the cost of this by allowing a trade-in of our original inverter.
RenewCo Solar is a family run company, and all of their personnel were very easy to work with and have produced an eminently workable system. I highly recommend them to any potential customer.

Great installer designed a system that's perfect for my needs

RenewCo Solar provided us with various design options in a timely manner. What I really liked was
that there was no pressure applied to complete the deal as quickly as possible and we had plenty of
time to evaluate the options proposed.
We decided to move forward with a solution consisting of REC panels and a 8.0 kW Sigenergy
SigenStor solution. So far, the system has performed well above expectations and includes a
number of innovative features. It has performed so far performed extremely well. Also, the
system’s safety features, including overcharge protection and battery temperature monitoring, give
us extra peace of mind. We love that we can easily, and cost effectively, expand the store capacity
by adding more to the stack in the future. To top it, the look of the inverter and battery module is
very modern and easy on the eye.
The removal of the old system and installation of the SigenStor system was completed within 7
hours. The team arrived punctually as agreed and was well organised. Overall, the experience was
excellent and communication by the RenewCo Solar team was precise and informative at all times.

Fanastic service, very professional

After my inverter died and our old system had been in place for 14 years, I started getting quotes from several solar companies. While two companies offered the cheapest phone quotes, I was more interested in a company with a strong reputation and professional service, so I opted for RenewCo Solar.

From the moment Matt from RenewCo arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. He was extremely professional, never pushy, and very informative. He took the time to explain all our options and was completely honest in his recommendations. I felt confident in his advice and knew this was the company I wanted to go with.

So far very happy

We reached out to a number of companies for quotes but RenewCo Solar was the only one that turned up to our house...all the others used satellite imagery to provide a quote for panels and a battery. We wanted really good panels and a high capacity battery so got the Powerwall 3 with REC Alpha Pure RX panels. The quoting process was efficient although there were a few things I had to go back to them on with the quote, but these were all sorted very quickly. Install was very good, and the team cleaned up after themselves. At least so far (noting we only installed a week ago) system is working well...more than 80% of the time we don't need to pull any power from the grid.

Absolutely professional and transparent people and process. No surprises at all.

Punctual appointments, knowledgeable and communicative sales people and solid back up staff and installers. Quote was for 13 panels but during installation there was room for more so they added another 4 at good price. When I get the battery, I will be making money, not paying a bill. The two way tariff process was explained well.

Great service and no cutting corners.

Getting all three quotes was critical to making my decision. After the first quote I was sure I was going to go with them. Then after the second quote, which came in much cheaper, I was sure I was go with them as a value proposition. Ended up going with RenewCo, who came in at the most expensive, but gave me the most tailored, but more importantly, the optimal solar system for my needs. Installation was neat and I remain happy with the after installation service.

Honest efficient and reliable

I chose Renewco as they were the only installers that advised me on a bigger system of kWh (which is covering my needs for the near future instead of looking at a lower basis), with better quality solar panels and advised me on the fact I was eligible to a rebate from my council!

Good communicators, do what they say they’ll do, think holistically

We are quite happy with our experience.

They took the time to visit the site, are hyper accessible for questions and queries and were competitive in pricing.

They also had a more rounded understanding - of the electrical and metering needs, and didn’t focus just on the solar panels which would have tripped them up.

They really took the time to understand what our objectives were and made a solution accordingly.

Excellent Customer Service

Very happy with our experience with Renewco Solar which included quoting in person and then efficient installation process within 3 weeks by a courteous and helpful team. Now 3 weeks later all going smoothly.

In addition to the solar installation they replaced a gas hot water system with an electric heat pump and substituted an electric stove for a gas one in order to deal with an inaccessible gas leak we had inside our house. All done and dusted in one day. They also handled the paperwork with our energy retailer for grid connection. Their ongoing backup via Whatsapp group is efficient and provides peace of mind.

Honest, transparent, good value and great service

RenewCo Solar have provided great service starting with a really clear explanation of the options, a transparent quote and no pressure to sign up. The system offered great value for money, as we received a superior product for less than what other companies were quoting. Installation went smoothly; they turned up and completed the job in line with the times given and left the site clean.

The system is set up, they took care of the rebates and grid connection. After having a terrible experience with another provider, we could not be happier with the service we received from RenewCo Solar.

Excellent work

Very positive experience with Renew Co. Carson came in person and did the quotes and explained the plan in detail. Most companies don’t come and just do the quotes according to satellite images. The installation work is excellent and they are very professional. Highly recommended!

Attention to detail, easy to deal with

Excellent customer service and easy experience throughout
Provided the most detailed and accurate quote in terms of number of panels (on a multilevel uneven roof). A lot of care was put into initial quote/report including site visit and accurate measurements so we could make an informed decision.

Great experience

A smooth process from beginning to end with RenewCo solar. Out of all the companies I had quotes from, Matthew from RenewCo was the only one who actually got up on the roof. He was also the only one who knew the rules for our heritage area back to front!
The top quality components were installed very neatly by a polite and efficient team.
The communication was absolutely exceptional throughout the process, and they remain available to help with any post-installation issues (not that we've had any!).
They weren't the cheapest quote but they really do go above and beyond so it was well worth it.

Fast Installation for a Townhouse Outside of Typical Location

This is the second time we have installed panels with RenewCo and they have again exceeded expectations. They were extremely open to adjustments I wanted to make in installation hardware and provided good guidance. I really appreciate them making their way over to Canberra to install panels on a very tall Town House, where they'd typically install at homes in Sydney. Installation is tidy, and they were able to achieve this within a day.

The Best

I have a very challenging roof but from the first meeting with Matthew, he quickly laid out a plan how they would tackle the installation and quoted what I considered a reasonable price.
During the installation, where we met with a number of weather challenges, I was extremely impressed with how professional all the installers conducted themselves. These guys were so polite despite all the questions I had.
Whilst this was installed closer to winter, I'm quite happy with the performance thus far especially in recent weeks where the day is longer. Looking forward to summer.

Communication with all the other teams within RenewCo was also great - my impression is that the company is very well managed and they truely worked as a team.

No hesitation to recommend them and looking forward to deal with them in future for other installation.

Great installation and customer service

I asked for a few quotes with different brands which they promptly provided until I was happy with the price. The installation was very professional. Just one thing I didn't realise with the Sungrow is that if the backup circuit draws more than 18 amps it cuts off, even if the grid still has power. However, RenewCo were quick to work out a solution for me and I've been very happy with the system which has been working well with Amber automation.

Excellent experience

It's now 3 months after RenewCo installed my system and it continues to deliver with no issues. Their customer service was excellent both before and after installation, their advice beforehand highly valuable. Installation was smooth, and after installation follow up with Ausgrid etc done very effectively. Overall, I can't fault any aspect of the experience.

Prompt courteous service for a premium system.

The RenewCo Solar team were knowledgeable and helped me design a large (26 kW) premium system that was tailored to my requirements. Their tradespeople were courteous and prompt and did a great job. Most helpful, organised and energetic team

RenewCo Solar was great from the start. A passionate team that enjoys and are interested in what they do. Happy to full-fill my requests such as a copy of the shade report and changing the layout. Paid a little more and was worth it!

Out of six or seven quotes only Renewco inspected the site.
Quality of their operation was clear from the very beginning.
They stick to a small number of quality Panels and Inverter, so no complicated choices.
We are very happy with Solaredge Inverter and REC Panels.
Installation team were on time and easy to get on with - Smart meter gets installed in 3 days.
