Good communication and information throughout the process and good workmanship.

Good service
I liked dealing with REM electrical because I was dealing with not only the owner of the business but he was also an electrician and the installer. He had the technical knowledge I needed plus he was not pushy. Other quotes I received were through quite aggresive sales people who often had scant technical knowledge.
