Great communication and installation
Pierre Cornet was very helpful and took time to answer my questions on inverter, panels and etc. Appreciate the trouble taken when re-quoting based on my requests.Happy with the installation done by Josh Reeves and his team.

Excellent communications throughout the quote, sales and installation processes
Pierre was patient, informative and answered all of our questions when he came out to my property for the initial quotation process. He was not pushy with getting the sale which led to me eventually selecting Reenet as our installer. His business partner Josh came out to the property to inspect the roof which led to a revised quote before the deal was finalised, so there wouldn't be any surprises with pricing after the installation was completed. Josh and his installation team did a great job and I am very happy with the system so far.

Easier than you'd expect
The process was easier in the end than expected, and both the installers who quoted as a result of "solar quotes" were helpful with queries and requoting when requirements changed.09 December 2019

fantastic local service
sales process not pushy and very responsive. always happy to answer questions about solar design, products etc etc ( and i had many!). Price was very competitive.josh inspected the house twice before installation which made my wife and I more at ease. On time, tidy and efficient.
Follow-ups on the enphase setup have been good and any issues with the meter. Helping to organise the grid connection. Just waiting for an inspector to come out.

Everything was great from go to woe
They were the only installer to come on site to properly prepare the quote. They followed up with us at every step. The installers were efficient and really nice and willing to help out on a weekend. Just fantastic!!Panel rating: 5/5

They went the extra mile.
Pierre went up on the roof to understand our tree shading issue.Josh who managed the installation, was in the area and came over a few days later to look at our very old and fragile cement roof tiles. This extra step made us feel really comfortable that there would be no issues when it was installed.
They were great to work with!

Friendly, understanding and patient installers
I found Reenet Solar to be very helpful, easy-going and very accommodating. I found the quotation process very good. They were the only company that inspected our rooftop (they actually walked on the roof) prior to quoting which I thought was great. Installation was very swift once the quote was finalised and there was good communication throughout the process. The installers did not leave a mess and overall the installation was very tidy (but there is always a little room for improvement). Reneet Solar organised the grid connection after the install and there was very little to worry about. Overall I was pretty happy with my choice of installer and would recommend them to others.Panel rating: 4/5

Quality system, great company to deal with
Can not speak highly enough of the way bith Pierre and Josh dealt with the design and installation of our new solar system..Pierre was more than happy to indulge us with any changes to our system or quote, no matter how tedious the request was.
They designed a good system and at the right price compared to the many other quotes we got.
Installation was done in a timely manner, and Josh did a very neat job of installation.
Can't recommend them highly enough. I would definitely be using them for my solar needs in the future.

I chose Enphase microinverters with individual panel level monitoring and am very happy with the end result

Installation was done within two weeks without waiting for an initial deposit. Everything was upfront and honest people to deal with. Very happy with the installation. Only downside I saw is their responsiveness for email and calls. Would have been bit better.

Reenet Solar people are fantastic.
The customer service (Pierre) was fast and kind. Electrician guys(Josh and team member) are nice and work fast and correctly. They listened what i want and job done more than i expect.
The price was good. I got 6-7 quotes and this company was the best price and tried to match i needs.
I don’t hesitate to give them 5 of 5.

Pierre (Business Director) was very patient and took time to answer any questions I had about solar installation (panel and inverter brands, prices, etc). Even when there were supply issues from the manufacturer, he was quick to provide alternatives that turned out to be a better outcome.
Josh (Electrician and Installer) was very professional and very particular about the aesthetics of the solar installation. Despite my house being double storey and that my electrical switchboard is positioned on the other end of the house away from the garage, he managed to install the inverter in the garage and installed the power cables very discreetly.
The 6.175kW solar system has been running for over 10 days now and has been producing as muh as 34 kWh of electricity on a good day in April.
After getting more than 10 quotes, I highly recommend Reenet Solar to anyone who is looking for a competitive quote with high quality installation.

Pierre the salesman was excellent. Very patient and explained everything in laymans terms. Josh and Dan the electricians were also fantastic. Answered every question and did a great job on installation. Very neat and tidy. Made the whole experience very stress free. Go with these guys you will not be disappointed.

We were attracted to Reenet from previous reviews and the fact that they were a small organisation and that Joshua, their electrician and installer was one of the owners. Pierre came out to our house (a fair way from St Kilda) and went through the installation with us prior to the work.
We were very impressed with the evident organisation, skill and workmanship of Joshua and Dan. The obviously both knew what they were doing. All components delivered (I checked) were exactly as quoted. The system has been working well and peak output is close to the expected maximum given that we have both north and west facing panels.
Our system is 20 Q-Cells 325W panels with Enphase IQ7+ Micro-inverters.
Thoroughly recommended.

Pierre and Josh were wonderful to deal with. Pierre was happy to field all my questions over the phone and email. Josh was amazing on the installation day. Both were absolutely professional and it was great that Josh both designed and installed the system and that the installation was not farmed out to a sub contractor. Very happy with both the service and the system.

My 6.35kW LG Neon 2 / SolarEdge system was installed by Reenet just before Christmas. While the paperwork is still being processed, the system has been working as expected without a hitch.
While Reenet provided me an attractive price for my system and was backed up by excellent reviews here, my decision to go with them was influenced by the pre-sales service provided by Pierre. I wanted to work with someone who will not wash their hands off once the installation was completed, and I could immediately get a sense that he will not let me down. He was patient through my innumerable calls for clarifications and also revised the quotes as I kept changing my choices. To top it off, he also organised the install within a week, which I was pleased with as otherwise I would have been waiting for another 3 weeks or so due to the holidays. I was also pleasantly surprised the trust he had on his customers as the installation was completed without taking any advance or deposit.
On the day of the installation, Josh and his crew turned up promptly and did a stellar job. Installation was neat and tidy, and got everything up and running by 3pm.
Even after the installation, both Josh and Pierre have been prompt in responding to my questions. Kudos to them.

Reenet were good, but one thing they could have done better is to explain how they 5kW limit with Ausnet worked.

We have chosen Reenet because of its excellent service. Originally, the quote was higher than other installer but Pierre , the sales director, came up with different alternatives of different brands of panel for us to choose, although in the end we didn’t select the cheapest . Because of possible shading on part of the north facing roof, Pierre proposed to split part of the panel onto the west facing roof to achieve optimal result. This is absolutely professional. The electrician, Josh, is also an professional guy who didn't mind doing extra work in putting the inverter in the garage rather than simply next to the switch board for the best result. We have only to pay when the certificate of compliance is received, not even 10 % deposit before the installation. They trust us before we trust them. It was an awesome experience with Reenet!

After getting several quotes for Solar systems I chose Reenet Solar supply and install my system. One Factor in this decision was that they were very competitive with respect to pricing – but it certainly wasn’t the deciding factor on going with Reenet.
Pierre from Reenet took the time to talk to me and actually understand what I was wanting to install and actually talk over different product options and the benefits of each WITHOUT huge sales pressure.
Reenet was the also only installer that took the time to have their Installer/Electrician (Josh) come out onsite during the quoting and design process. As part of the onsite inspection they identified that due to a 2 story property on my west side – I was likely to have some shading issues going into later afternoon and an extremely complicated roofline on the house was going to be a major factor in panel locations . During the onsite inspection Josh talked through panel locations and product options for dealing with shading.
Ended up getting quotes from Reenet for a EnPhase system and Solaredge HD Wave in order to ensure shading was not a problem – ended up going for Solaredge – predominantly due to price:
6.2KWh Solar system comprising:

Best days Solar Production over the past few weeks has been 39.7 KWh (imported 5.88KWh, Self-Consumption of 8.5KWh – so exported approx 31 KWh ) – which I am really happy with!!!!
Certainly, happy with my choices regarding System and Installer and would certainly not hesitate to recommend Reenet (https://reenetsolar.com.au/) as worth talking to for anybody looking for a new system. Give then a call and have a chat to Pierre – you won’t be sorry.

After getting one quote from RACV Solar, our eldest son recommended we get a quote from Reenet Solar. Not only was Reenet's recommended system and array superior it was also cheaper; despite opting for the slightly more expensive micro-inverters. These allow each panel to function independently of each other, thus maximising the efficiency of the overall power production (sounding like an expert already!).
Our telephone, email and personal contact with Reenet representatives: Pierre and Josh has been so helpful and informative. Their attention to our needs and prompt follow up during the quotation, installation and connection phases has been first class. Even when I changed my wifi modem, after our system had been installed, they were quick to offer personal assistance should I have difficulty in changing the online settings for our daily internet performance reports.
Overall, we are thrilled with our choice and looking forward to our next and future Electricity Bills from Red Energy.

The installation was sensible and practical. The sales process was also good, not pushy at all. The installer conducted a full inspection BEFORE the quote was finalised.
You get a good feeling when the electrical inspector comments "This is a good job, I know when I am inspecting Josh's work, it is always good".
I chose Reenet based on a personal recommendation of recent work and would be happy to recommend them to others who were considering getting PV solar.

I can strongly recommend Reenet for your solar project. Both Pierre and Josh are a pleasure to deal with and the quality of the workmanship is second to none. Our project was 7.3 kW / 24 panels / 2 story house and the team completed this end to end in 2 days.

Everything went well until there was a delay in the final Electrical Safety Inspection. That's when an absolutely jaw dropping email arrived demanding final payment - this after I made contact with Reenet in an attempt to figure out what was happening.
