Very happy
Reclaim Solar Energy met all our needs when it came to customer service, pricing, product quality and installation and after sales follow up. They were all very professional from the sales to installation. Install booked in, arrived as promised and delivered exactly what was quoted.The grid connection was all arranged through Reclaim and they kept us informed every step of the way with what to expect next. Cannot fault them.
10 months later we asked Chris: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
System has performed very well, as expected. Very happy with our savings over the last 12 months. Our system also included the My Solar app which allows us to keep an eye on performance and savings. We recently changed retailers and used My Solar app to compare retailers for the best deal and to also check the new retailer’s billing to what power we are using and generating.

Solar installation
Andy was awesome, he explained things in layman’s terms so I could understand the process and went above and beyond to get my system up and running. It’s good to know that I have a local service that is there to provide support only a phone call away. Thankyou Andy.21 December 2022
Fantastic Installer, Quality Workmanship.
Reclaim Energy were very informative regarding the whole process, even to the point of having their Engineer speak to me on several occasions to answer a few questions about some components of the system that I had and the suitable options available. I asked for the best middle of the road equipment as the top quality parts would push the price out of my budget and that is what was installed. We also added Solar Analytics and a timer for heat the hot water system during the productive period of the day.We installed 24 panels with 2 x 5KW inverters, this gives us 2 separate 5 KW systems operating independently of each other.
The work was done with no problems at all, the guys were very professional and did an extremely neat job.

From start to finish, the local Newcastle company, Reclaim Solar Energy, provided a top service. The Sales Manager Lauren was always available to explain and consult on our needs. She helped up to make the right decision on the size of the system we needed when other companies had not explored our particular requirements. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We'd highly recommend them.
