It is vital that permission to go ahead is received from your energy supplier eg country energy. Also be sure that a gross metre(NSW) has "your name on it" immediately, as there seems to be a shortage of these. Only pay a small deposit with half balance paid at completion of work and rest when it performs to your satisfaction, ie, metre put in and supplier inspection completed.
