Product, installation and communication - Excellent

This is our second supply and installation of solar panels from PureGen Energy and we cannot be happier. From day one, Vincent was extremely helpful and provided us with thorough knowledge of the products, experience, and advice we needed. During both installations (in 2019 and in June 2022) we were very pleased with precision and big attention to detail and tidiness at the end of the day of installation. Vincent, Geoff, Luke, and Jack are easy to work with, they listened to our thoughts during installation and were very flexible to accommodate our changes. We would highly recommend PureGen Energy to anyone

Would highly recommend PureGen

We first had PureGen install a solar system when we renovated about 5 years ago, and have recently had PureGen expand the solar system and install a Telsta battery and car charging circuit (note the price below is for the most recent work).

We're extremely pleased with PureGen's guidance, work and the system. The battery and car charger were all a bit new to us, and PureGen were great at helping us understand what we needed and how it would work. The work is neat and tidy, and the system works extremely well - while it is summer, we've barely drawn anything from the grid since the system has been installed.

These systems aren't cheap, but I always believe in paying for quality and having been a customer for more than 5 years I'm very happy with the service and follow-up we've received.

A great experience

Vincent and team are a cut above. They clearly know the product and industry, and were more than happy to spend the time talking through potential options and products before I decided to proceed. Installation was a smooth and professional process.

I had to make one follow-up query after installation which was attended to promptly.

PureGen Energy offer peace of mind in an industry that can be very difficult to navigate.

great after sales service

I truly sing the praises of Vincent Moran and Puregen Energy. An initial problem with one of 6 batteries was fixed without fuss and without delay. the initial installation of solar panels, and then batteries was accomplished in a most professional manner. Because the system works so well, we almost never need to contact Puregen, but when we do our requests are treated with respect and promptness. Well done, all round.

We are so pleased that we chose the PureGen Energy team to install our solar energy and battery system. Because we live in a big house and consume large amounts of energy, we installed 33 LG solar panels and 8 Enphase batteries. We followed Vincent's recommendations of brands and system size, and the energy produced and stored by our system has matched our consumption habits perfectly. The PureGen Team went way beyond what we expected in terms of customer service and follow-up monitoring of the system. Vincent even spent many hours free of charge working and collaborating with our electricity supplier to fix an electricity meter problem caused by the electricity supplier. This is certainly gold standard customer service. Based on our flawless experience with Puregen, I cannot recommend them highly enough to install your solar energy system.

Just like to pass on a couple of comments about the installation process of our additional solar cells and the new Enphase batteries.

As far as we are concerned the process was seamless. Matt and Corey were extremely efficient, caring, very helpful and informative and struck me as genuine, polite, pleasant guys and I have to say that they are a real credit to your organisation. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Looking forward to being able to monitor the system going forward.

From initial contact, through to installation and continuing until the present we have been greatly impressed by the Pure Gen team. Before contacting Pure Gen we had spent many hours researching solar panels and batteries, so were armed with lots of questions which Vincent patiently and professionally answered. The system was installed in the specified time frame. Each day we look on line at how the system is functioning. We are amazed at how well the system is functioning even during the winter months. The service that we have received has been exemplary. It has been our pleasure to recommend Pure Gen to several of our friends. 10 out of 10

I found that after talking to 5 different companies, that there are a lot of cowboys out there, who prey on peoples general lack of knowledge about solar and battery storage. Everyone I spoke too, except for Vincent, from PureGen Energy, went the hard sell and offered no genuine advice about what would work best for my situation. Vincent spent time on the phone with my Wife and I to discuss our exact needs and pointed out the advantages of different size systems, together with the pros and cons of battery storage and the truth about warrantees with different brands of panels. We opted for a 6kW system comprising of LG panels connected through EnPhase micro inverters and three EnPhase 1.2kWh AC batteries. The batteries are modular, so we can add more later if required. The complete installation only took a day and a half. Matt and Corey, the electricians assigned to the installation, were extremely professional, explained the installation process, how the system worked and they cleaned up after completion.

The whole process with SunGen (PureGen) was amazing. The consultation process was simple yet very informative. The team listened and understood the material and research I had and complimented this with alternatives and experience that was second to none. I felt informed and confident that the decisions we made will achieve the best possible outcome. The installation team have been amazing, they have been very professional and have taken the safety of the crew as the number one priority. I genuinely believe this is the most important aspect of the installation. The quality and craftsmanship displayed by the team has been tremendous, the attention to detail the time spent making sure everything is perfect is very much appreciated. The team have respected the quality of the products being purchased and the look and aspects of my home. I can not rate SunGen high enough in their approach and service proposition post installation. As and when technology improves, I will be using SunGen to upgrade to batteries, micro-inverters for high output panels (eventually) and increasing panels when my solar hot water fails. I will be recommending the Sungen team SolarQuotes to everyone I know.

My actual cost was increased dramatically due to the fall in the RECs price between when I was quoted and installation so I stored my RECs and so paid 26,000 rather than 18,000. The guys seemed very helpful and the system looks good.
