Third time we have used and always great service

This is the 3rd solar system we have had installed with PSW. In this case, they arrived at 7am and were completed before midday, with the panels generating power that same day. When we had an issue with another solar system that had been installed over 3 years previously (we changed our WiFi), they talked us through resetting up the system. So, great price, installation, products and after care!

Great teamwork

As I used to be in the industry many years ago and have installed 1500 plus solar systems I can say that PWS were one of the easiest and simplest to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and all correspondence was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
From my first contact, the service was non pushy, informed, friendly and quick. From quote to install was less than 2 weeks and I can’t fault them at all. Happy to recommend them to my friends.

Fantastic and expert service

My experience with PSW was fantastic from the initial contact I made on 30 September when I wasn’t sure what I wanted, to completed installation of Aiko panels, Tesla Powerwall 3 and Wall Charger on 26 November. I had numerous queries about how the technology works and requested a few changes to sizing and products along the way. Derek and team were able to helpfully deal with all of this and I feel very happy with the system I have. The installation team were amazing. It was a big job with an awkward roof and wiring challenges to deal with. Led by Taylor, they managed the job professionally to deliver a very neat and tidy result. I couldn’t recommend PSW more highly - as well as having a wide range of products, being price competitive and skilled installers, they clearly believe in sustainable energy solutions and are playing a big role in helping people to achieve this.

Very happy with our Powerwall 3

We got quotes from several installers which I would recommend everyone do as it is a fairly painless experience. However most installers steered us in the direction of their preferred solution or were a bit more expensive, so we ended up contacting PSW. Their salesperson was most helpful and listened to our requirements in order to produce a quote which we considered excellent value.
There were difficulties in getting appropriate approvals for connection to the local Western Power network but our installer kept us informed of progress and worked through the issues which were related to the newness of the product. I rate the installer highly for communication.
The installation went exactly as they said it would and was completed in the specified time. There was one glitch after the system was commissioned where it incorrectly reporting power usage. However when notified the installer promptly returned on site and resolved the issue, which was related to specific Western Power metering requirements (also new).
We are very happy with this system. We can monitor how our power is being used and use excess solar to charge our EV. Our large array of panels facing a mix of East and West allows us to harvest power into the early evening which is fantastic for air conditioning on hot days, and we have survived our first power outage of 30 minutes without interruption to our computers. And so far we have had plenty of battery capacity and don't look like requiring power from the grid.

Fast and efficient from quoting to completion

From the beginning of the process, the quoting team provided excellent and efficient service. Installation team did the 6.6kW system with inverter in half a day.

The whole process took less than 2 weeks to installation day.

As someone who likes to keep records of purchase, the back office sent all the system documentations which was very appreciated.

Top install job for an amazing system

After a couple months of learning, researching, and seeking advice, I decided on the Sigenergy inverter + battery system and requested quotes from a bunch of installers while waiting for the 3phase system to be approved by the CEC.

I spoke with Derek at PSW, who was more than happy to get technical and answer my many questions, and also provided a competitive quote. He was as keen on the Sigenergy system as I was, which was a vote of confidence to me.

The PSW team was really helpful, and kept me informed during the entire process prior to install - their customised Client Portal was also a great touch.

The install was done over a couple days by a great team of guys who were punctual, tidy, and friendly. Given that the Sigenergy system was pretty new to market, this actually was the first install they'd done of it, and I was impressed as they were at how smoothly it all went!

Overall, I'm really happy with the system, and while going all-in with the battery system is definitely an investment, I'm convinced that it is the best solution for my family's needs, and it's already proving its worth.

A very satisfied customer!

The entire team were amazing from day one. From getting a quote based on a system that suited our needs, to the paperwork and installation, every step went smoothly.
The installers Dan and Peter were amazing and so professional and helped me install the app on my phone to monitor the system.

Well polished sales process, clean installation and value! - Highly recommended

I'm really happy with the experience I had with PSW, the sales process was clear and not pushy, they gave me multiple options to suit my needs and the price was very competitive based on multiple quotes (via SolarQuotes).

Once the order was placed, they have a well polished workflow for planning and install. I knew exactly what was happening and remained informed through the process, and all interactions pre and post install with sales and admin staff was also professional and prompt. Their technicians arrived on-time, were professional, and listened to what I wanted to achieve a really clean install. Overall, the quality of the install exceeded my expectations.

Before leaving the technicians ran me though the shutdown procedure, ensured all my questions were answered and I was satisfied. Post install support promptly provided additional material on operating the system, all related warranties and vendor information, along with establishing monitoring.

All arrangements were made with our electricity supplier for connection and registration for feed-in, we were kept informed of the status of these processes via the PSW customer portal.

PSW's experience in efficiently delivering solar solutions was evident, and has obviously been the product of repetition and continual improvement.

Fantastic Sigenergy Install!

I'd been waiting for the 3 phase Sigenergy inverters. PSW were able to maximise the panels which, along with the battery, means that I'm pretty much self sufficient now.

Experienced and professional installers

Process was fast, and responded well to all my questions. They followed me up often and filled me in whenever there were updates. The boys who installed were on time and professional taking real care when working on the house (huge contrast to the solar installers). There was an issue two days after installation and they kept me in the loop with multiple calls a day to fill me in on progress. Would use this company again 10/10.

Excellent Service & Reasonable Price

So far i am very happy with the service and installation of my 6.6kw Solar System and inverter.

The office staff were very happy, positive & accommodating and answered my questions in a timely manner.

The installation team were just as efficient and friendly. they arrived around 730am and had completed their tasks by 1130 am. 15 panels installed, and inverter installed.

I am just waiting on Western Power to replace my old Analogue meter for new Digital before use.
Unable to comment on efficiency yet.

Would highly recommend.

Simply excellent

Sales/quoting was an excellent experience. The team helped from the very get go and made it such a quick and efficient process from start to finish. They went out of their way to help us out and that was greatly appreciated.

Installation was also great, the team came out when they said they would, provided information and education around the system and were efficient in getting everything set up.

The admin team have been brilliant and have sent through all the necessary information to make sure we’re well informed.

Professional service, not pushy.

Of the quotes I received, PSW Energy were the only company who offered a choice of inverter without the sales pitch of pushing me towards the most expensive model. They were also the only installer who sent out a technician to check out my roof before they provided a quote. They were friendly, professional and competitive on price. The installers cracked two tiles during the install but were quick to replace them. The installers stuck around to make sure the inverter successfully connected to Wi-Fi. The follow up email the next day explained all I needed to know to keep an eye on my system. All in all, very happy with their service.

Top quality installer all round

Was looking for a battery upgrade for my solar system. I enquired with a few places but after seeing a Ad on Facebook, enquired with PSW energy.

The process was fairly easy with Russell answering any questions I had while being fairly relaxed and non pushy which I usually got with some sales people. Once everything paperwork with paperwork, it was a clear communication on each stage and what would be happening. They were always clear and quick if they needed anything for the process to still keep moving forward.

On installation day the guys rocked up early as per the brief. It was clean installation and the tradies were professional and tidy. They answered any questions that I had and helped me set up my battery app on my phone.

I was super happy with the process from start to finish and can see why PSW energy is so highly related within the community.

Excellent Installation Company

I recently had 6.6Kw solar panels and switchboard upgrade on 3 phase installed by Perth Solar Warehouse after getting a few quotes from others, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to find out the requirements and the only company to send someone who actually went on the roof to check system was going to work for me.

The installation process, the team of guys were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs and cleaned up after themselves job done in one day. The installation was efficient, and they took the time to explain everything clearly setup the login app etc.

Amazing company

Non pushy sales and excellent service by PSW

The sales experience was quite different to other installers who had sales people who would push products which would get them to their target.
Joshua from PSW was more interested in finding the best product for us. Even though we were interested in Tesla Powerwall 3 he advised against it as we had 3 phase home and TPW3 was restricted to 5KW inverter in WA. Went with his advice for a 3 phase 10KW system instead and am very happy with it.
Penny from Installation Support was very helpful in setting up the system and is only a phone call away from clearing any issues or doubts.

Efficient and simple process from end to end.

We had a 6.6kW system with battery installed to replace an old 2.5kW system. The whole process was painless from start to finish. We were kept informed throughout of what was happening and when things were scheduled. The installation team were prompt and efficient, made a few tweaks to the planned installation which improved the output and cleaned up really well after themselves. A couple of months after we had the system installed, we decided to add another 5kW of battery.

The process of ordering the additional capacity was simple and straightforward and the installation was efficient. The technician was on time and cleaned up thoroughly when the work was finished. We are really happy with the whole system. I highly recommend Perth Solar Warehouse for your PV needs.

Straight forward, informative

I had reached out the PSW of my own accord after having done some research online. I was quite surprised that despite being based in Dianella, they were happy to accommodate all the way from their base in Bibra Lake. In comparison to other companies local to me, they were still the best value for money, despite my choice of panel being a little bit more expensive than the "base" model.
They managed to even squeeze me into an earlier opening as well for my install.

Day of install itself, they were polite and cleaned up after themselves, assisting with any issues with the app installation.

After-care appears to be quite robust as well, although I have not had any significant issues as yet.

Highly recommend PSW Energy for before, install and after sales service!

Took me awhile to get solar... years. I looked into four installers and formally engaged with PSW Energy all those years ago and another solar installer. The other installer was pushy, numerous follow up phone calls even after we said we'll call you.

PSW Energy promptly answered any question I had, were never pushy and always willing to adjust the quote i.e. different inverter/ panel manufacture, Solar Analytics etc. Jesse, Joshua and Russell all provided advice about the system. During initial quoting investigation they were competitive with other solar installers. They weren't the cheapest however their sales approach and great reviews here was the overwhelming factors in selecting with PSW Energy.

Once we accepted the panel layout quote and deposit paid, the job was booked for 2 weeks time. Application to Synergy and booking Smart meter reprogramming were quickly organised by Russell/ Kate from PSW Energy and progressed seamlessly with appropriate progress update sent via email.

Day of job
We were told installer would arrive between 7 - 9am. First installer on site at 7:07am with the balance of the team arriving by 7:30am. Warwick was helpful when selecting the final location of the inverter. The installers were polite and appeared to work well together. Only 3 tiles were broken which were replaced by the installers, there was about 8 of them so I was expecting more to be broken. Install finalised well before 3pm (school pick up time). Shown what the lights mean and how to isolate etc.

Panel Layout Change
Original - 14 NE 10 NW (on second story, no shade)
Installed - 18 NE 6 NW (bottom story + shade issues)

Something that hadn't crossed my mind was the potential for asbestos to be discovered which rightfully but frustratingly meant the panel layout needed to change. House was built 1977 and renovated throughout the 80s and 90s so maybe, in hindsight, not so surprising. The estimated energy output only changed by 75 kwh annually but imagine more will be produced in the earlier part of the day when at work etc.

The Good: Enough roof space to modify design, designers worked quickly to modify and issue the new layout and provided advice on how to maximise panels facing NW and manage shade. No second story meant install price reduced. Installers had optimisers on board, were able to fit to affected panels that day but...

The Bad: Less panels facing NW (when we get home), shade now an issue; decided to fit optimisers$$$ (the cost of which was mostly covered by no second story charge). As of now late August/ early Sept, PV generation slows from 4pm and intermittent grid power consumption commences. I'll update once we're in the peak of summer.

Without a doubt, highly recommend PSW Energy to install solar panels and inverter.

Excellent customer service

Big thanks to the friendly installation team who took extra time to discuss and explain to me about the panel layout changed due to the limitation on my roof. And take extra effort to adjust the panels layout to achieve my requirement to minimize pigeon access under the panels. Excellent customer service. Quality workmanship.

PSW was fantastic. They came highly recommended from my work mates as most people at my company use them.

PSW made the whole process super easy, I was sent emails with all the install dates. Everything was on time no delays.

I was booked in with them and ready to go, the week before my install my mum had a health scare and was out of work. So pretty much my money I had set aside for the panels was put straight into her account so she could manage through a tough time. I contacted PSW to try and cancel my contract and rebook for a later date.

They were amazing and instantly said you're booked in, we will just install it as agreed and they worked out a payment plan with me. Never have I had a company out their own neck out and help me out. Couldn't recommend them to enough people 10/10.

Great installer

The entire installation process was smooth and rather quick, less than half a day. Customer service was also good without being too pushy, they let you take your time on deciding what's best and are always happy for a chat with any questions. I have a minor roof seepage after the installation as it rained overnight, called the customer support and they send a guy out to rectify the issue immediately, on the day itself which was pretty efficient.

Great

Long story short. My 20+ years old PV system showed an error on inverter. Quick Google search found a solar repairer that I won't name. Couple hundred dollars later I've been told that the system is dead and it needs replacing. With a quote from same repairer for replacement of PV being high, I thought "let's do some more Google-ing". That's when I came across PSW. Quote for the replacement was almost half as much and from step one everything went smoothly. Over the email I've got quote, was happy with it, booked installation date and job was done. Friendly crew and highly recommended. Thank you PSW

A fantastic experience

From initially contacting PSW they were great. Russel the salesperson was so helpful and not pushy at all, the products PSW have to offer is fantastic at a great price. Great to deal with, professional installation.

Sales/quoting was very easy - I told them what my needs were regarding quality of the hardware and they immediately offered me an appropriate solution.

Installation was fast and professional - 2 people arrived at 7am and were gone by lunchtime. Cleaned up their mess and were happy to answer my technical queries.

Lots of email correspondence prior to and after the install. Liaison with Synergy was taken care of without my involvement.

Disappointly the Fronius inverter documentation given to me was basically an installation guide than operating manual. I had to find and download the operating manual from online.

Apart from that, a top shelf company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Especially appreciated the no pressure sales approach without any attempt to rush towards decision, with all information and advice provided freely and fully. Satisfied /customer

The quoting process was quick and helpful. I made my choice on the quickness of the replies and information given. The Installation was on time and the men were very polite and helpful, giving me information as they went along. They had to work in inclement weather but still got the job done in the time they said. They were tidy, and quick and when all was done they quickly organised the grid connection and everything worked well. The Installers went through the operation of the Inverter and told me what to look for and all was explained to my understanding.

Excellent customer service

After reading the review in Solar Quotes, I contacted PSW and got a quote for 6.6kW system - replacing the existing 2kW. Process was quick and easy, all online, I was asked for photos of meter box and existing inverter. Provided quote is very reasonable compared to some online prices I found. Installation was smooth, technician came early morning and new PV was up & running at 4pm - only 1 technician & light rain. PSW organised the rest with Synergy. Overall, excellent service, saved lots of my time in research and installation.
