Highly Recommend Candy and Ron (and the entire team)
TLDR: extremely happy customer and highly recommend!We were extremely happy with the service and install by Candy, Ron and all of the team.
From the initial visit to listen to what we wanted to achieve to the finalization of the install everything was very thorough.
Candy looked at our bills and made recommendations that would work for us and our lifestyle. Also advised on what we should change to maximize the use of our solar system (eg changing pool pump usage etc).
The install was extremely thorough and very well done.
Ron ensured that on the day we knew what was being done and discussed alternatives to ensure we were happy with our choices for the inverter location and panel configuration. Had a friend who is a licensed electrician drop by (unrelated) and he saw the work that Ron and Amy had done and said that “they went well over and above a standard quality install”.
Our system is performing very well and even had a follow up call from Annie checking in recently that everything was ok and if any questions. Annie advised that they will continue to monitor the performance of our system and ensure our bills are what they expected going forward (also with a view on ensuring we are making the most of how we use our energy going forward).
In short, do not hesitate to reach out as I am sure you will be as impressed as we were.
