We installed 2 systems, one at the office and one at home, We waited until the whole procedure is completed to make sure we get the full picture, and we can now say that working with Powervault was amazing through all the stages, Quotes, Planning, Installation, and now ripping the fruits. Communication was great and that was very important to us. We are now on our 4th month and received 4 electricity bills of $0 plus credits in the office unit and we cant wait to see the saving on the home unit. How good is that? Don't hesitate to go Solar and don't hesitate to do it with Powervault, they make a long and complicated process, easy and stress free. We must mention Christian to be an outstanding and trustworthy representative of the company, Really he was so responsive and a great guy to work with. Well done!!!

Needed more input from sales & after sales regarding critical dates for inspection, lodgement with our energy provider etc as the timeframe to feed in from acceptance of quote was too long.

Original Review on 08-11-2017:

It is now 4 weeks since I accepted the quotation and my supplier blames the delay on Essential Energy. Essential Energy say they have not received any application to install from the supplier. The supplier cannot (won't?) tell me when the application was submitted so I am at a loss to know who is playing games.

I will be happy to do an update for you when I eventually get my system installed. In the meantime please treat this reply as information only. It may be helpful to your readers if you can find out what the normal delay is for gaining approval to install from the relevant authorities, I am sure Essential Energy don't have a monopoly - or do they?

8 months later we asked Graeme: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Yes, except for the realtime wifi reporting mentioned above.

We had an unsatisfactory experience with several other suppliers who either didn't quote on the system we wanted after saying that they could or, in the case of energy Australia, quoted a price in an email but then after we had paid in excess of $500 deposit we then received a contract which revealed hidden costs which hadn't previously been stated. It then took 3 weeks to get our deposit back.

The information provided by Solar Quotes enabled me to ask the right questions to obtain a quality system that suits our needs at a reasonable price.

These guys are new in Mildura.
Time frames blew out to 8-10 weeks to get it installed , first due to getting the panels, then organising their subcontracted sparky (who BTW was excellent).
Luckily we weren't in a super rush , though I was close to cancelling by the end of it , just very poor at communicating full stop.
Installation appears good so far but it's only been ~3 months.
