It was over Christmas so not very timely, there have been a few hiccups but they are very willing to fix any problems. The field is changing so much with software and because I have 2 systems I wanted software which would show me both systems and I wanted my usage and production and Solar Analytics gives me good data.

I found it almost impossible to compare the various suppliers and systems because there are so many variables and too few common qualities. I ended going with a local mob that had installed a system for a mate of mine and he had no complaints. I feel the industry is full of sharks and felt it better to go with a local mob, even though I payed more, in case something goes wrong. This way I can be standing at their doorstep to redress any issues I'm not happy with.
