Good experience with Popp’N Solar
Sales Process. Pleasant experience.
. Quality information with good direction provided.
. No pressure sales process.
Installation
. Well explained.
. Punctual and completed ahead of time.
. Had a cancellation and we were moved up the line.
Customer Service
. Excellent with all issues covered and assistance to setup computer application appreciated.
. No issues with system to date and only require assistance when solar application went off line and responded to call within 60 minute with house call between jobs.
Did not proceed with battery option at this stage.
